Alex and Alice at the reception were absolute rock stars, and Alex from the concierge went above and beyond to help us out. Not the best experience… the day we were set to leave, there was no hot water available on our floor. We had to call front desk about 6 times before they let us shower in a different room. No apologies we’re given, and staff seemed nonchalant about the inconvenience. I understand that some issues may come up, but it would’ve been nice if some urgency was given toward those who were inconvenienced on the floor (or even a notice to let us know the hot water isn’t working).
