It's just a few minutes' walk to Tai Koo Li and Chunxi Road, and close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The hotel's overall decor is new and minimalist, and the rooms are spacious. They feature Serta mattresses and an independent fresh air system. The soundproofing is excellent, so it was very quiet at night. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the smart toilet is a nice touch. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety, including not just Western continental options, but also local specialties like Dan Dan noodles. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room are super practical, whether you're traveling for leisure or on a business trip. The staff were polite and attentive throughout my stay, check-in was efficient and quick, and the housekeeping was meticulous. This big brand delivers reliable quality. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Chengdu.

I've always wanted to visit Chengdu Haiquan Bay MGallery, and it definitely lives up to being my top choice for a private hot spring getaway near the city. The private hot spring in the villa courtyard draws from the natural Baima Yongquan spring, offering excellent privacy. The biggest bonus is the complete butler service. The front desk handover was seamless, and the butler thoughtfully noted my check-in preferences, preparing everything in advance. Their service was just right – attentive without being intrusive. The entire process was highly responsive, with all requests always handled properly. The elegant environment combined with meticulous service truly maximized the feeling of relaxation, leaving both my mind and body extremely refreshed. I genuinely recommend it and will definitely be returning.

Just a few steps from the hotel entrance is a subway interchange station, with Lines 1 and 2 connecting to the entire city, making getting around completely stress-free. Tianfu Square and the Chengdu Museum are within walking distance, so you can soak in the old city's cultural heritage with a leisurely stroll. A short subway ride takes you to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and a quick taxi ride gets you to popular attractions like Kuanzhai Alley and Jinli. Downstairs, there's a bustling commercial area with plenty of unique snack shops, making shopping and eating incredibly convenient. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views through floor-to-ceiling windows; by day, you can overlook the city's main thoroughfares, and by night, you're treated to the sparkling lights of the entire square. Despite being in a busy area, the soundproofing is excellent, offering both convenient access and peaceful rest. For anyone visiting Chengdu, I highly recommend this place. Its prime location is a huge advantage, making your travels effortless and enjoyable.

The front desk lady was beautiful and had an excellent service attitude. When we left, she even gave us cute panda headbands and bottled water, which made the whole experience fantastic.

The accommodation was spotless and tidy, with a simple, Chinese-inspired Loft design that's truly perfect for families. My daughter especially loved the cozy and charming little loft space upstairs! The hotel also has a great outdoor patio area, perfect for enjoying a cold beer and a breeze in the evening. The location is fantastic too – right downstairs is a shopping street, and it's just a 10-15 minute walk to Nanqiao Bridge and Yangtianwo Plaza! This was genuinely the most comfortable and heartwarming B&B we stayed in during our whole Sichuan trip!

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Chengdu Cross Point with our child, and the biggest highlight was the direct access to Cross Point Mall downstairs. It was incredibly convenient for entertaining our child, dining, and shopping, all without having to brave the elements. The hotel facilities are new, and the high-floor views are excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered authentic Sichuan snacks. The lobby even had a cute dog that entertained the kids. The service was thoughtful and attentive, making it a great value for families traveling with children. We were very satisfied!

Very nice hotel to stay for family vacation. 5-8 mins walk to Chun Xi Road. Lots of food option to choose near the hotel. The hotel buffet breakfast is nice with lots of variety to choose from. The hotel laundry service is excellent and all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are 5 dryers on top of 5 washing machines which is very convenient. Highly recommended for all travellers whose would like to visit Chengdu! 😊

This hotel is easy to find, and its location is very convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around by taxi. The lobby is bright, and the staff are very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and it even had a washing machine and a refrigerator. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it. It would be even better if the bathroom had a door. It's not too far from attractions like Wenshu Monastery and Du Fu Thatched Cottage. However, the hotel is quite a distance from the nearest subway station.
