Fantastic hotel, central and easy access... the only one but we could not use the wellness space because it was full booked, they could give priority to the hotel guests, for the rest, all right

Located next to the train station, the room I was in was from the train, but the cars and motorcycles passing by on the street were sometimes noisy. The hotel is very clean, there are no disposable toothbrushes and no electric kettle. The front desk service was very good.

I have stayed in the IBIS Leuven Centrum on business several times. The location is central, within walking distance from the train station and the town, along with the business district. The rooms are not large, but are a good size for a short stay in the heart of the beautiful city of Leuven. Basic and sleek design meets exceptionally clean presentation, and the service is excellent - friendly housekeepers too, and their standards are high. Breakfast is very good, particularly for the price point. The hotel itself is not noisy, but people coming and going can be heard (particularly if they are speaking loudly) and it is possible to hear the TV's from other rooms if their volume is on high, nevertheless the beds are VERY comfortable and I have always slept well here. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. I take you a point in the cleaning assessment for using a moquette, not because it was dirt or much less, cleaning is deserved a 5 too, but I know it is vital for people with allergies and other impediments with it. Poor information level at the reception. Parked in the parking garage. Not a lot of parking spaces, small and difficult to park. The machine is on a steep ramp. You can park free just outside the hotel, but we did not get that information when we arrived. Located in walking distance to the city centre. Room is nice. Dinner was poor, go to the city instead. Breakfast average. Need some cleaning on the walls.

Got a corner room on 1+ floor. It was beautiful. Breakfast was all anyone could dream of. Bring a sleep mask to avoid light in the morning. Everything was clean. The bad was good, not too hard. I loved the high ceiling. The pictures will convince you.

On booking.com extra comment was added, honeymoon trip. No acknowledgement was received from the hotel regarding this. Emails we received was over and over again to upgrade the room and extra services. Little acknowledgement of congratulations and thank you for choosing us was enough as customer service. Easy fast check in. Room location was well explained. The room itself was very nice, size wise and clean. slippers, bath rope and extras were foreseen. Also there was a little welcome card with a cookie for the honeymoon. Thank you.
