Pullman Properties in Shenzhen

This isn't my first time staying here, but this experience definitely ranks number one, especially thanks to Manager Matthew, who deserves a special shout-out! I had a last-minute change of plans and arrived at the hotel at 10 AM, well before check-in time. I was just planning to store my luggage. However, after Matthew verified my information, he mentioned there was a high-floor room already cleaned and ready, so he promptly checked me in. Since it was raining, he even showed me a covered path to the subway, ensuring I wouldn't get wet. He also prepared my invoice in advance, saving me from having to queue the next day. The service was incredibly detailed and thoughtful! The hotel's facilities are also top-notch. The lobby on the 46th floor offers a bright and spacious view, and the room's soundproofing is excellent – you can't hear any high-speed train noise at all. The bedding was also just right in terms of firmness. The location couldn't be better, just a 3-minute walk from the North Station. The breakfast was plentiful, the gym is open 24 hours, and the pool water quality is great. I genuinely recommend this place!
