Hotels near Hagiwara Seimen in Tokyo

Hotel was easy accessible from Shinjuku station through an underpass. There’s a video from hotel website that shows how to get to hotel using the underpass. There are eateries/restaurants/Lawson/familymart in the hotel. Lobby looks nice and grand. However the room and toilet are kind of old fashioned. Luckily it was still quite clean. The laundry machine for washing and drying were separate. After wash you have to go and manually transferred to dryer :( and you can’t monitor the washing status through tv. 2 other hotels we stayed b4 have this service. The rooms and facilities needed an upgrade. Will not come back again.

Near inaricho st. subway and 7/11 , family mart, Lawson Clean , good amenity, good house keeper , good receptionist , good room

Good escape for you especially if you transit for long time or just lost your flight like me hahaha. They provide free shuttle bus to airport vice versa

See attached for the ”********” (If you don't see this picture that means trip.com block this picture to prevent ”freedom of speech” since trip.com is a Chinese company which former company named Ctrip.com) I don't get why this ******** is still working at this hotel. She had no manner to work as a front desk but more as a janitor who does not need to apply a skill for good attitude and communication skill. I told this ******** to change the bedsheet. ******** replies ”2pm is cleaning time now 3pm”. I told this ******** to ask the cleaning lady to see if they are willing to do so, if not, it's fine. ******** replied with threatening voice ”only this time next time we will not clean your room” I don't get how you guys hired this ********. I've been staying at your hotel on and off for almost 3months. The rest of the staff are great except this rat **** ..?! Suggestion: If I'm your CEO of this hotel business I will fire this ******** right on the spot to make sure her poor service does not ruin the rest of the business. Hope you'll be mindful about your future business Also many hairs on the floor.

This is a beautiful hotel set in a nice, quiet location, with all the amenities close by for a relaxed stay in Tokyo. It's a clean tidy comfortable hotel (4/5 star rating). The luxurious rooms come with en suite bathrooms, toiletries, A/C, heating, flat screen TV, tea/coffee facility, daily room service and so on. There is also complimentary coffee/tea available all day in the lounge area on the ground floor. Kasai subway station is only a minute's walk from the hotel to visit attractions/places of interest in Tokyo. Bus station is also located within walking distance (just near KFC) for travelling to Narita & Haneda international airports. Restaurants, fast food outlets like kfc/McDonald, convenience stores etc are all located nearby. The Buffet style breakfast provided (with a very limited selection) could have been a bit better though. Especially on the day of our departure at 06:30 am in the morning, the restaurant was serving breakfast but it wasn't buffet style, instead Japanese Obento box meal was served with Rice, Veggies, piece of Fish etc which was obviously also cold. (That would have been okay for lunch perhaps!) Most overseas guests, including us gave it a miss. The Restaurant is also quite small in capacity and guests are permitted in batches of about 25 people at a time, to sit down for breakfast. So if you are late, you have to join the queue and wait patiently or give it a miss if you are in a hurry to depart somewhere. As such, on this issue, there is certainly room for improvement for the hotel. But apart from this, Ilfiore is a beautiful, comfortable hotel in Tokyo as mentioned. The staff are also very polite, courteous & helpful. Il fiore means -- the Flower! Well, we were fortunate to witness some the Cherry Blossom during our stay in Japan! We had a wonderful time in Japan. We will probably visit again but until then we say... Domo Arigatou &... Sayonara! Malay Adhikari (Melbourne, Australia)

Located in a residential area. 10 minutes to the JR line. Comparing to the ultra-small hotel room in central Tokyo, the one lies on the large side of the spectrum!

Location is really convenient, close to train and many good restaurants nearby! There’s also a few convenient stores nearby! Room wise is really small but gets cosy. Although they do clear your rubbish, change your towels and toothbrushes daily, they don’t clean anything else. We did indicate for room cleaning a couple times but the floor was still dirty and there were hairs in the toilet floor. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They do provide a variety of amenities that need to be taken from the reception lvl. On the room floors, they do provide water and ice dispensers. Overall, a good hotel 👍🏼

Hotel unfortunately is a 3.5* at best. Reasons: 1) previous half drunk water bottle in refrigerator, 2) water remaining in tea pot, and 3) hairs remaining in bathroom shower. What truly lowers the value is the daily rate to use the gym. Rather than a place for a quick workout management has decided to offer the pool and gym as a ”spa” facility for a cost of $42.00 per visit with no discount for multiple days. As a business transfer whose time was limited it is simply ridiculous to justify the expense for an hour workout that costs half the daily rate of a hotel room here. Creating a profit center for the hotel may be a good business decision but it is terrible service for a guest. In addition, the concierge was absolutely no help in assisting me with a cosmetic that I had forgotten and the lobby is at least 85F. Not comfortable small bed as well and would not recommend a stay here.

Location: Near to Shinagawa Station which link to most of the place you will visit as a tourist. Cleanliness: the room is clean, not feeling any uncomfortable. Service: We reached the hotel around 1pm, although the check in time is 3pm, the reception staff willing to help us to check in earlier without our request which surprise us. Facilities: we do not have time to try their facilities, but in room facilities is well maintained. View: I forgot which floor we stayed, but the view is awesome, before we checked out we can see the Mt. Fuji which is superb.
