Basilica of San Carlo al Corso Review

The Cathedral is a neoclassical building built on the site of Santa Maria, a former church, dating back to the thirteenth century. The current church was completed in 1847 and is part of the Grand Diocese of Milan. Impressive is its classical colonnades, the altar is surrounded by beautiful marble sculptures. The ceiling of the ceiling offers lovely murals, while the domed ceiling is decorated with plaster work and stone carvings

Not too far from the cathedral and the second arcade, there is a place in the old town that feels quite similar to the Parisian Patriarchs. Differently, the smaller square and church are lined with open-air restaurants on the side. As soon as you enter the door, a man lies in a glass cabinet under the round statue, making it look like a sacrifice, rows of seats arranged between the halls surrounded by stained glass with paintings, and a mummy covered in gold clothes

Although it is not a major landmark in Milan, it is part of the Cardinal Barberini complex on the Quirinale hill
