The built city's second juvenile palace covers an area of 16530 square meters, with a total construction area of 4,6008 square meters. The main building in the north is designed as a growth coaching and service center, office, exhibition hall, etc. The second to sixth floors are designed as foreign language, computer, art, calligraphy, chorus, musical instruments and dance classrooms. The seventh floor is the international exchange hall and musical instrument rehearsal hall, with a total of more than 140 classrooms. It can accommodate 20,000 people and train more than 50,000 students a year, which will greatly ease the tension of the city's juvenile palace, which has long plagued Guangzhou teenagers.
