#World Heritage Tour The site of the Subashi Buddha Temple, also known as Zhaoqili Temple, one of the ancient sites of Guizi. Located in Kuqa County, Xinjiang, in 2014, the site of the Subashi Buddha Temple was successfully listed as a site in the Silk Road: Chang'an-Tianshan Corridor. As early as the 3rd and 4th centuries, the local Buddhism in Kuqaguizi has been very prosperous, is an important Buddhist cultural center in the Western region. The site of Subashi Buddha Temple is the largest site of Buddhist temple found in Xinjiang. After the 12th century, the Subashi Buddhist Temple began to decline gradually, after thousands of years of wind and rain erosion has been completely unrecognized, and all the existing ruins are now seen. With the Kuqa River as the boundary, the site is divided into two parts: East Temple and West Temple. The Dong Temple has Buddhist temples, pagodas, pagodas, Zen rooms, monks, etc. In addition, there are many grottoes and many burials. A large number of cultural relics have been found one after another, including murals, statues of gold and bronze statues, mud and plastic, wooden carving ancient coins of the Tang Dynasty, and ancient text materials such as Chinese, Guizi, Huiyan, and Xiluwen, but unfortunately we can't see these at present. Also unearthed in the Han, North and South Dynasties, Tang-era coins and silk fabrics and ancient minority national writing wood and scrap paper, which confirmed that at that time, Guizi had a variety of cultures. 📍 Address: The south foot of Chertag Mountain, northeast of Kuche City, Xinjiang Kuche City, Aksu District, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, 18 kilometers away from Kuche #Humanities and History Discovery #South Xinjiang Travel #Discovery Journey Color
