The Old Munich City Hall is located on the east side of the Plaza Maria in the center of Munich, the former Munich City Hall of 1874, now used by city council representatives. The Old City Hall of Munich was first seen in the literature in 1310, in a Gothic style, the famous hall was built in 1392-1394, and the gates used to serve as spires. In 1470-1480, the old town hall was redesigned as a late Gothic style, and the facade was changed during the Renaissance, and it was rebuilt as a new Gothic style in 1861-1864. During World War II, the building was badly damaged and its spire was not reconstructed until 1971-1974. Very beautiful building, bright colors, really not like a building with such a long history.
