Singapore Cenotaph Review

The memorial, about 20 meters high, is situated near the Coastal Art Center, facing the Old Parliament Building. It was built to commemorate 124 Singaporeans who died in World War I. The memorial to the victims of World War II (1939-1945) was later inscribed on the back. It was inscribed in four languages (English, Malay, Chinese, Tamil) - "Their sacrifices have saved our lives. " We saw the monument here and searched the name and significance of the monument on the internet.

After we left the mangrove forest, we returned to the original place where we got off and took 925 to the Cranzie War Monument (not direct, about 800 meters away, look at the electronic map). This is a cemetery, which contains a small number of victims of World War I, most of them World War II, when about 24,000 people died, including British, Indian, Australian and New Zealand nationalities. This is a very peaceful and quiet garden, which is managed by special people and planted flowers.

纪念碑是纪念二战时期抵抗敌军英雄的一个地方的，其实也是比较容易忽略的一个地方的，貌似没什么游客，正好经过看到而已的，不是很建议专门过来的一个地方

The monument stands in the Binhai Bay Binhai Park. It looks very solemn. It was built to commemorate the people who died in the First World War and the Second World War. It is a typical human attraction and worth visiting.
