Tianhou Temple was built in the middle and late 19th century and is one of the spiritual hosts of overseas Chinese in southern Vietnam. It has been renovated and expanded many times since it was built. Now the style is being renovated in 2006. This ancient building has a distinctive Lingnan architectural style, simple and elegant shape, and the temple is beautifully decorated, so it was selected for the list of Vietnamese historical and cultural monuments. The Tianhou Temple is dedicated to the Mazu Niang of the sea god, who is kind and dignified. People often come to the temple to burn incense and worship Buddha, pray for the blessing of the gods. The temple walls of the temple also have exquisite murals and beautiful reliefs.
