Guozijian is located in Guozijian Street (formerly Chengxian Street) in Andingmen, Dongcheng District, Beijing. The ancient Yongjia Road on both sides of the street is adjacent to the Confucius Temple and the Summer Palace. The Confucius Temple and the Guozijian Museum opened in 2004, reflecting the rules of ancient "left temple and right learning". It is the yuan, Ming, and Ming of China. The highest administrative institutions of state management education in the third generation of Qing Dynasty and the highest institutions established by the state, also known as "Taixue" and "National Learning". The Guozijian was built from the Yuan Dynasty to the 24th year of Yuan Dynasty (1287 AD), and the Ming Dynasty Yongle, the orthodox years, had a large-scale renovation and expansion, Qing Qianlong 48 years and added a group of royal buildings, forming the current regulations. When the "transformation law", the construction of the school, abolished the imperial examination, and the Guozijian school was suspended. The center building of the Guozijian is one of the "six palaces" in Beijing. The ancient system of the "study of the heavens" is the only ancient "school" in China. It is the place where the emperor Linyi lectures. The architectural style is unique. The ring with the garden pool clear water, four stone bridges can reach the four gates, forming the system of "opening the water", to the meaning of the world, passing the meaning of education, the hall for the painted ceiling, set up dragon chairs, dragon screens and other royal utensils for the emperor "Linyi" lecture. The ancient students studying in the state sub-supervisory school were called "supervisors". The overall building of Guozijian sits north and south, for the three courtyards, the central axis is arranged in turn with Jixianmen (gate), Taixuemen (second door), Liuli archway (the front and back two sides are engraved with "Qianqiao Jiaoze", "Xuehai Festival View", all of which are Qianlong Emperor Royal Books), Bianyu Palace, Karen Hall, Jingyi Pavilion, On the east side of the front courtyard, there is a Jingzhu Gate and the Confucian Temple. The Confucian Temple is also known as the "Pre-Teacher Temple". It is the place of the royal sacrifice. There are three courtyards. The buildings are in turn the Pre-Teacher Gate, Dacheng Gate, Dacheng Hall and Chongsheng Temple. The two sides are arranged with 198 yuan, Ming and Qing three generations of Jinshi title monuments. The main building of Guozijian has been preserved for more than 700 years, and is the only site of the highest university in ancient times. Guozijian is famous for its long history, unique architectural style and deep cultural connotation.
