Hank's Meat & Wine Review

Hank's Meat and wine Restaurant is a special modern southeastern Asian restaurant with the typical European cuisine food and some wine.

Finally got to try the pork sausage platter. Usually out of stock in previous visits. Can be shared by 3-4 people. The Milanese Pork was pretty decent too. Rather expensive compared to the last I was there but decent trying for first timers

Had 2 lamb chops. Portions was sizable. Plates were huge. Lamb was done nicely. I'd say its good but not exceptionally so. Our meal was about RM80 for 2 (2 lamb chops and one giant watermelon juice)

Since my last review back in September 2015, I have to say we were really disappointed with our visit tonight. Gone are the 'big boys' who put so much time and effort into getting this place up and running, and working there we have a bunch of young people who really aren't engaged in their job, nor customer service. My husband and I both ordered our meals at the same time, and his, a tenderloin steak, came out within a few minutes, at 8.40pm, mine, a lamb shank didn't come at all. After I asked about my food, I was told to wait, I asked how long as I'd already waited 10 minutes since my husband had got his meal. I was so put off by the attitude that I told the girl to cancel my order. The lamb shank arrived 30 mins after I ordered, and after we had requested the bill. There was no apology or any empathy towards us! Clearly this bunch of staff do not care about customers returning or the fact that we can review on Trip Advisor.
