Camellia Peninsula is also called Camellia Mountain and Monkey Mountain. It is located on the northeast side of Da Nang, about 13 kilometers from the city. Once an important radar and communications base during the Vietnam War, it now preserves a large area of native forests with pleasant scenery. The famous Lingying Temple Peninsula is located on the south mountainside of Lingying Temple. The temple does not charge tickets, and of course you can donate a little incense money. In addition to burning incense and worshiping Buddha, you can also overlook the beautiful scenery of Da Nang city and bay at Lingying Temple. From Lingying Temple to the north of the Camellia Peninsula, you can see the millennium-old eucalyptus tree, which is about 26 meters tall. They love this eucalyptus tree so they have given it a rare beauty and wonderful shape. If you have enough time, you can also climb the top of the mountain, which is rarely visited by tourists and is particularly magnificent when the weather is fine. The top has a helicopter tarmac left by the US military, but it has now become a watchtower. Note that the road to the top of the mountain is very steep, if you ride a motorcycle, the motor of the car and your car technology is not a small test. To the west of the Camellia Peninsula is a small Tien Sa beach, near the beach there is a monument and a chapel, and if you are interested, you can go and see it.

Rented a small motorcycle, we went to the Camellia Peninsula, but the time was a bit late. Da Nang is too dark fast. It was dark at six or seven o'clock. I rented a motorcycle to the Camellia Peninsula on the first day of the New Year. The scenery along the way is very good, especially from the Camellia Peninsula to see Meixi Beach, the scenery is very spectacular. It is best not to rent a car, otherwise the return journey is not convenient. There is Lingying Temple on the Camellia Peninsula, there is a large Guanyin Bodhisattva statue, and the Vietnamese also burn incense and worship Buddha. It feels a lot less commercial than the domestic temples.

Must-see destination in Da Nang, Vietnam, with stunning views, unique attractions, and a lively atmosphere. However, it can be crowdy so it's best to visit during the off-season or early in the morning.
