The modern streamlined Taiwanese restaurant Songhe Noodle Village, located in the west of San Gabriel Valley, is a great new restaurant in Yinhu. The spicy peanuts in the store can be described as unique: first, the peanuts with skin will be fried into a wonderful golden yellow, very crisp and delicious, if accompanied by green onion, leeks, cut into small circles of hot red Thai peppers, while a few drops of pepper taste is more unique flavor. Vivian Ku, the chef and partner at the restaurant, advises diners to try rice with a lightly sweet pork dumpling. Vivian Ku's parents planted pea seedlings and cabbage in the fields of Bakersfield, which became a favorite of vegetarian guests in the store. If you like hot tea, Songhe Noodle Village has a lot of good tea, and the digital timer on the table will remind guests whether the tea is made. Another signature dish here is Taiwan beef noodles, which are all from family farms in Northern California. This seasonal menu is not a common occurrence in Los Angeles. The owner's grandfather owned a noodle factory, so we recommend tasting the noodles on the menu. The vegan dandan noodles made with sesame sauce, chili oil and cucumber are definitely worth tasting. The beef noodles on the menu of Songhe Noodle Village are also the choice recommended by the waiter for the guests many times. The beef noodles here are extremely traditional, the noodles are strong and flexible, and the beef is soft. The most worth mentioning is the vegetables from the family farm in the noodle soup.
