波士顿的小龙虾是世界出名的，我们肯定要尝一下，另外到了美国正宗的川味也吃不到了，所以点了四川水煮鱼，熏鱼海蜇双拼。葱姜双龙虾，色香味俱全，肉质鲜嫩又量多，满满一盆，而且龙虾肉与壳也极易分离，说明师傅火候掌握得特好，在大油锅里烧的，到底与家里小锅里炒得不一样，香喷喷的，好吃极了。不像我们在国内有时吃龙虾，满手抓得油兮兮，牙齿啃的嘎嘎响，但肉还在里面。另外要说的是2只龙虾只要19.90美元，太价廉物美吗。水煮鱼里面的鱼片很多，肉也很嫩很嫩的，尤其是那辣味，可以说恰到辣处，如果再辣些肯定会受不了的。还有那蟹粉小笼，一咬一口汤，且馅内蟹粉也很多。餐馆的服务还不错，餐厅老板站在门口招呼客户，老板娘收银，儿子当班服务，态度挺和气的。其他服务员也能做到有求必应。我们吃的满意，当然小费就多给些啦。
