Cambodian BBQ Restaurant Review

柬埔寨大热天，餐厅就然没有空调，想想30多度的高温吃火锅是怎样的一种销魂的感觉呢？这家BBQ特色就是和传统的中国火锅不同，是烤的，而且有各种其他的肉类，什么鲨鱼啦，鸵鸟啦之类的。很有意思。

味道还是不错的，可能是饿了的原因吧…感觉像汤上的烧烤，样子还是新鲜的，蔬菜在汤里味道不错，都喝了好几碗，肉类觉得鸡肉和猪肉比较好吃，嫩，其它的什么鳄鱼肉直接就换鸡肉了，墨鱼还可以，鲨鱼肉一般般（也不知道是不是真的鲨鱼），蔬菜和饭和蘸料都随便要，随便加。两个人一个7种肉类的套餐，加两杯生啤，一个花费了24美金左右吧…值得尝试一下！

这家餐厅的位置很好，就在酒吧街的主街上，沿马路开放式的设计，让走过的路人可以看到食客在吃饭，感觉很不错，我们点了传统的柬埔寨BBQ套餐，有六样荤，素菜和面，两人套餐18美元多，火锅中间烧烤旁边是汤锅，调料味道很不错，两个人刚刚好吃饱，生啤很不错。

在柬埔寨酒吧街里逛完了所有的烧烤吧之后最后还是决定了这家，因为这家店不在酒吧街里面，在旁边一条更为宽敞的街道旁边，刚进去的时候以为走错了店，因为他们的烧烤实在太像中国的火锅了！但是跟店员询问之后发现没有走错才坐了下来，店员开始会为我们在锅的旁边倒汤，然后自己可以加入面条蔬菜等等，然后最神奇的是烧烤的部分是在锅中间的烤架上，可以一边享受火锅的乐趣一边是吃烧烤，味道非常棒，猪肉串很嫩，很新鲜，配上柠檬调成的酱汁，酸酸的，真的是很特别的经历。
