Cornercopia Review

Today was my first visit after drooling over a co-worker's sandwich. I was not disappointed. The sandwiches change depending on what's fresh. You can see behind the counter to where the food is being prepared. This helps ensure cleanliness and the restaurant was clean. The food was prepared quickly. There are many options for chips including chips made from chickpeas (aka hummus). They have many selections of soda as well.
