Don't let the simple exterior of Comer Beber Amar fool you! This place is FAR from simple. Providing a unique mix of modern, Spanish cuisine, Comer Beber Amar provides a culinary adventure that rivals the "finer" Valencian restaurants. Tucked in beside the Holiday Inn Valencia, one would normally dismiss such a place as an over-priced and mediocre tourist trap that preys on the customers of the Holiday Inn. What one discovers inside this restaurant is far from such a stereotype. Exceptional food with attentive and personal service! After six visits to the city, I continue to make this a regular stop on my travels.
