All wine tasting masters will not miss Benfu Magier Manor (Penfolds Magill Estate), before I am coming, a friend told me to come to Benfu to taste wine. About Benfu Margill Manor, in 1845, the young British doctor Mr. Benfu and his wife planted the first vine seedlings here, and built a stone house called "Grange", which is later known as the world. And the birthplace of the Ben Fu Glamorgan series, known as the "Australian Wine King". Now, people come here to not only feel the strong historical atmosphere, but also have the opportunity to taste this classic Glamorgan series wine. In 2015, Benfu Magier Manor Restaurant was renovated. Visitors to the restaurant enjoy the Gülen Xu wine with a dedicated red wine glass and enjoy the special Gülen Xu display wall in the restaurant, a whole face made up of the private collection of Gülen Xu from 1951 to 2010 by the creator Max Schubet. The memorial wall to highlight this legendary world-class brew.

This is a winery opened hotel, belonging to a more luxurious hotel in Adelaide, the wine inside is a specialty of the winery, the red wine beef inside tastes good, the adult wine tastes good.

Benfulmarger is a must-visit winery in Adelaide for wine culture. He is one of the top ten wineries in Australia, the scale of the winery is very large, the wine tasting area has a collection of nearly 100 years of wine, all kinds of prices, everyone can taste. At the same time, buying Benfu wine here, the price is much cheaper than the domestic online store, very cost-effective.

After having to cancel previously being locked down in Melbourne, I finally made it to the restaurant for the first time. Staff were very accommodating for an early arrival, beautiful venue with a view overlooking the vineyard. Had the Tasting Menu $220 with the Sommelier's Wine Pairing $200 which was exceptional, with many welcome surprises throughout the degustation. The epitome of fine dining only 15 minutes from Adelaide CBD.

Restaurant was excellent. Food was amazing and service impeccable. We loved the opportunity through the Fork to cross it off our bucket list, and was everything we thought it would be, fantastic experience.
