the ultra chicfrom the very nicely decoarated entrance to the exclusive warm service, the whole experience is one of the best i have ever experienced .The food is a very high level of culinary art and tastes.A must when in Hongkong.

5 star chineseThis Chinese restaurant is in a class of its own, situated on the ground floor of the intercontinental hotel Hong Kong. Hong Kong is full of great Chinese restaurants but you cant go past this one. From the minute you arrive you are looked after like royalty, the staff is efficient and friendly. The waiter suggested my meals and organised half portions without any hassles. I started with barbecued suckling pig with a crackling to die for, followed by stuffed crab head, I finished with stir fried lobster with black bean sauce, asparagus and spring onion. Absolutely gratifying. I suggest if your in Hong Kong this is a must. 5 stars in my book.

Outstanding Great, great food and the service to match. The Dim sum lunch that was simply outstanding. I am in joyful bliss, feeling complete happiness.

Top restaurant of Chinese cousinI had a dinner there first time, though I travel to Hong Kong for more than 10 years. I know Chinese food very well and started to like it finally. But I can not use expression Chinese food for this restaurant, it was delicious from the starter to the rice bowl in the end. I am not sure that without my great friend from Hong Kong the experience was the same, but my dinner was really top.

Enjoyable mealWe had an enjoyable meal whilst staying at the hotel. We ordered the Peking Duck 24 hours prior to our meal. Whilst we enjoyed the meal I would not say its a 2 star michelin restaurant. The service was good but again definitely not on par with other Michelin star restaurants. Also there appeared to be no dress code and guests appeared in track suit tops, trainers and scruffy jeans, thus was not quite what we expected. It is expensive, our bill came to over £450 for three people. Having said the above, the food was very good.
