For closer attractions like Galeries Lafayette, Montmartre, and the Arc de Triomphe, or even catching an international train, the metro is easily accessible. The Louvre is only 600-700 meters away on foot, and Musée d'Orsay is just a bit further. Notre Dame is also only about 1 kilometer away. It's truly the best base for first-time visitors to Paris. The hotel service was also superb. We arrived at the hotel at 9 AM due to an early flight, and without us even asking, they proactively checked if a room was available for early check-in. When it wasn't, they explained the situation and helped us store our luggage. We explored the surroundings and were able to check in before 12 PM, which was very thoughtful. The quality of nearby restaurants is also good. The only minor drawback is that the room is small. The Hotel is positioning as a 4 Star hotel. Unfortunately it needs a lot of renovation inside. As you can see at the pictures there is necessary to renovate the room doors and paint it again.
Upon arriving at evening 20.10.24 I was told the hotel doesn’t see my reservation at all and they have no booked room for me. After 30 minutes negotiations, check the data, connection to provider I obtained the room only. As the receptionist told me there was a crackdown of the hotel booking system recently.
Thank you for the reception officer to provide me 2 rooms apartment for the first night.

We booked this hotel as it was ranked very high at the time on Trip Advisor (8/3000) or something like that. The hotel itself is petite , clean and has the friendliest of staff. But I do not understand why it is ranked so highly on TA. Rooms are extremely tiny, and the worst part for me was the beds are so tiny - with the bed widths AND also bed lengths being so short. I found it very difficult to fit , being a 6’2” guy, without crouching into a fetal position each night to try to get to sleep.
We were two friends and booked “twin share” but the single beds were still joined by the same base and could not be separated either. Between this and the small size of bed, it made for poor sleep at night. Other negatives were the bathroom sink was blocked, walls are thin (so you hear people talking on their phone through the walls at night) and the location: This hotel is in the 9th/10th Arrondissement and honestly it’s not the best neighbourhood, particularly at night. Next time I will pay the little bit extra and stay in the 2nd or 3rd Arr.
Hotel staff are you be commended though, they always had a smile and friendly greeting and helped so much in providing amazing restaurant suggestions and local spots to visit. Although you cannot see the sea from the balcony, there are many shops near the hotel, so you don't have to worry about food. Firstly, the hotel staffs are nice- all three I’ve encountered are super helpful and friendly. So credit to them 😊
However, the hotel itself really needs some WORK.
1, The room does not look as the one I ordered online- it looks rather small, despite the fact that I booked the double comfortable room with spacious view in the advertising picture.
2, the Center heating system smells like TOILET. I turned it on because it’s still march and sometimes the room got chilly at night. And guess what, I often smell the toilet 🚽 air here and there …… it really disgusted me.
3, also please note to fix the TV. As shown in the picture, there’s no signal and since it was the last morning I stayed, I didn’t bother asking anyone to check but the screen would turn green.
The location is super convenient so I had the chance to take trains to many tourism attractions and wineries, but if you’re looking for a place with nice amenities that at least function well, it isn’t your best option.From€85

The advantages are that the hotel is located in Angel Bay, the breakfast is delicious, and the room has been renovated and is not too old. But there is one thing that is very unsatisfactory. We booked a double room with a child's bed, but when we checked in, we were assigned a very small, very damp room in the most corner (facing the linen room). There was no bathtub, the bathroom was very shabby, the washbasin was very small, the room space was almost too big to open the suitcase, and there was no light... It was not until we found that the room facilities were broken and strongly requested to change rooms that we were given another double room, which was three times larger than the previous one!!! There was also a bathtub, and the bathroom and washbasin were also in the normal star hotel format. Me and my partner got only a weekend staying. Staff is really lovely, very helpful with everything. But for me the problem was the room- too small and walls were really thin, we had a loud guests in the next room and we could hear everything, that was a bit annoying as we expected for more privacy. The shower was really good though, but there were no toilet fans in the room, so if you had a shower all the room would be humid or with some smell.
The breakfast menu was ok, the fruits salad wasn’t good, all the fruits very bitter, couldn’t eat anything. Jelly options were less then expected, but in general it offers different kind of breads and sweets boulangerie.

Our family had three suitcases, and the elevator could only fit the three suitcases and one person, so the rest of us had to take the stairs. There were some stains on the bed sheets, but otherwise everything was fine. The room was quite spacious, and we could spread out all three suitcases.
