He even recommended popular attractions in Harbin. I was very satisfied with my three-night stay; I felt like I was visiting relatives.

This retro-style hotel, though not large, is very distinctive. It's decorated like a small palace, and the century-old elevator, in particular, has so much historical charm. The room decor also has a Russian aristocratic feel! However, personally, I found the bed too high and the pillows too soft, but everything else was great. The hotel breakfast was excellent 👍. There wasn't an overwhelming selection, but all the essentials were there, with a Western focus. The ingredients were clearly of high quality, noticeably better than other hotels, and the coffee was delicious and aromatic! The hotel staff were very warm and attentive, even giving us a free room upgrade, which was much appreciated! They answered all our questions thoroughly and enthusiastically. It felt very welcoming! Plus, the hotel is right in the middle of Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and taking walks! I will definitely come back!

I stayed one night at the Shangri-La Harbin, and I'd like to share my honest feedback. First and foremost, I have to thank Manager Wang Jingwen and Xu Hongyue. Their service was absolutely impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, not just polite on the surface. They truly went above and beyond to solve problems, and that kind of service deserves a huge commendation. However, the room facilities are definitely showing their age, especially the bathroom. The shower only had a rain showerhead, no handheld one, which was quite inconvenient. There were also very few power outlets available. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety and great taste. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining, drinking, and shopping options nearby. And the river view is absolutely beautiful. Overall, the service, breakfast, and location are excellent, but the hardware is due for an upgrade. I really hope the hotel renovates its facilities soon, so that such wonderful service isn't held back by outdated equipment.

Shangri-La's hygiene and service are consistently reliable. This time, we (two adults and two children) booked a 4-night river-view suite for our vacation. The detail I was most concerned about was the noise from opening and closing the room door and bathroom door, as the kids sleep until 9 or 10 AM, while the adults are up and about in the living room by 6 or 7 AM. Shangri-La's doors are truly excellent, almost silent, allowing both kids to wake up naturally for all four mornings. Since we booked for two adults and two children, the hotel was very generous, providing an extra bed and breakfast for one 7-year-old child. The room even came with mouthwash. The two-sided river view was particularly beautiful. The kids loved the heated pool. The executive room included a simple dinner. The two restaurants offered both buffet and à la carte options, which were quite affordable. They had noodles, dumplings, rice, and stir-fries, and for around 100-200 per person, you could eat quite comfortably.

The room was pretty good, although the facilities weren't brand new, and a couple of power outlets weren't working perfectly. The cleanliness was excellent, and all the staff members had a great attitude. We could store our luggage for free both before and after check-in. When we arrived, we even got a complimentary upgrade to a suite! It was a truly comfortable stay! P.S. One of the front desk ladies looked and sounded a lot like Chui Na Li Sha, haha!

I tried to book this hotel last summer, but it was peak season and I couldn't get a room. This year, my trip was later, and I managed to book two rooms easily. When checking in, the short-haired lady at the front desk, who I assume was a manager, was incredibly helpful and upgraded both our rooms – instant great impression! The tall gentleman also kindly offered us three glasses of water. By the way, the night before, my friend booked a different hotel across the street. After staying there, I really felt the difference – and it wasn't just a small one. The service attitude and response speed were completely different experiences. Choosing a HUAZHU hotel is definitely the right decision. As for this hotel: the breakfast was good, with a decent variety; the location is excellent, making it easy to catch a taxi; and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff on the third floor were very friendly and always greeted us. However, there was one small issue: in the room I stayed in with my child, I could hear a continuous low-frequency humming sound from the bathroom. Once we fell asleep, it wasn't noticeable anymore, though. I haven't asked my friend if their room had the same issue. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

A French-inspired retreat amidst the bustle, a perfect stay! Choosing Sena Residence Harbin was the best decision of my trip. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the front desk staff's warmth and professionalism were reassuring. They promptly adjusted my room due to my sleep issues, making the check-in process efficient and thoughtful. Although the hotel is in the vibrant Central Street shopping district, my street-facing room offered surprising tranquility. This is thanks to the excellent double-glazed windows; once closed, they completely shut out the city noise, leaving only peace and comfort. The location is super convenient! A ten-minute walk to the left takes you to Qiulin Company and Fendou Food Store, and another ten minutes gets you to the Provincial Museum. To the right, there are many snack bars and BBQ stalls, and if you keep walking, you'll reach the Church of the Intercession. It's also a short taxi or subway ride to Central Street or the riverside. Out of all the hotels I stayed at during my 10-day trip to Harbin, this one had the most convenient transportation. It seems they host a lot of group bookings, as there were always guests waiting to check in at the front desk every day. So, available rooms might be limited and you should book quickly. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, very patient and meticulous, and even assisted me with contacting a courier (੭ •_•)📦
