This hotel was grand! The most beautiful I have experienced in India. We had this welcome ritual where Rajhistan hats were placed on males and bangles on femals, it was so cute. The room was royal and fortunate for us a wedding was held on the same day, so the place was beautifully decorated with flowers and lights. The breakfast and dinner were superb. It was my birthday and they even brought a cake for me ♥️ I give this hotel an 11/10!

Hotel location is good, there is parking lot, welcome drink is delicious, service is warm. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel. The room is designed in a gallery style, and friends can talk softly at the sofa area on the inner gallery, which is very convenient. Breakfast is Indian, Dosa is delicious, and there is also a Western breakfast. There is also a McDonald's option opposite the hotel, suitable for children.

I stayed at the hotel for business and it is located at the “new” side of Jaipur, not too far from the airport and away from the traffic jams of the old city. The room, amenities etc are all suitable for business travellers. The only thing is that the hotel transfer to the airport booked was not punctual. We booked for a 2.45PM departure from the hotel but our driver was early and showed up at 2.15PM. We told the driver that we would leave at 2.45PM only. To our shock, at 2.45PM, the driver was unavailable. In fact, the hotel sent him on another job. We were only provided a replacement driver at 3PM. We already paid for the transfer, otherwise we would have booked a Uber to send us to the airport there and then. Such a shame, otherwise the whole stay would have been brilliant.

I arrived at 3am; it took forever to check in; the lady asked me to pay for breakfast, even though it was included in my booking. The hotel is very tired, but clean. At breakfast, aske for the coffee twice, and it was never delivered. The checkout time is 12, and I was aware of it. From 11:15 to 11:30 the reception called me twice to ask when I am going to check out… Upon the checkout they kept me waiting for 10 min (while they were checking the room)…. Totally unpleasant experience.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Overall, it was very good, but the only regrets were that the towels were collected on the second day but were not replaced with new ones, and that the refrigerator could not be used. However, everything else was very good. The interior was nice and clean, and the morning of the second day had to be around 5:30 a.m., so they prepared breakfast for me to take out and even made me coffee. I did. thank you very much!

The hotel is beautiful, and the welcome ceremony also makes the hotel feel very friendly and welcoming. The finishing environment, location, and price are the most luxurious configurations in the area. Food can't pick faults, because Chinese people like to eat very limited things, so they have to find something to eat, they are already very happy. The female staff of the hotel are very good. I saw families with children who are willing to take care of them. But male employees are not the same, and there are often obvious and implicit tips for asking for tips, which makes people very upset. There are many activities in the evening, puppet shows, traditional Indian dances, music and more. After the 2 minute puppet show ended, the Indian came out and asked me for a tip, which made me very unhappy, so I responded to the lobby manager when I left the hotel. But this is not pleasant and does not affect the overall evaluation of the hotel. A family traveling with children is highly recommended for this hotel. The pool is also super large.

We arrived at Jaipur at 9 o'clock in the evening, so we chose a hotel near the airport. The tall and thin brother at the front desk gave us a free upgrade to the suite. So I had to eat here, and the on-site settlement would have to be tax-efficient than the Ctrip package. A lovely heritage hotel in Jaipur. The rooms were large and spacious with Aircon and a fridge. The room we were in initially had a very small bathroom which was not shown in the pictures. Upon request they were able to move us to bigger room the next morning. The breakfast hall was small but food was good. There was a small pool at the back of the restaurant area. We also had dinner in the evening and this included entertainment of folk music and dance. There were two restaurant areas including on on the rooftop.

This time, the hotel I was most looking forward to was a bit of a gap when I arrived. It may be that the previous reviews are too good. The expectations are too high. The hotel may be quite satisfactory after a few days. I don’t think the hotel is good-looking, but the children really like the small pool. But there is enough water and clean. Even if you pay for meals upstairs, you don’t take the initiative to find money. Although it is not much in RMB, this approach is a bit uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can improve. Besides, the location is closer to the train station but it needs to be called tutu. About 10 minutes by car, there is nothing in the surrounding area and there is no place to go on foot but it is convenient to call tutu

Our group of people lived in 3 rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy. The decoration was very Indian. Each room was different. The front desk and room service staff were very warm and friendly.
