The hotel was very comfortable.
I chose this hotel because of its location, size, cleanliness, and classic interior.
First of all, the location was quiet, even though it was close to Avenue Montaigne.
Of course, it was clean.
The interior was wonderful, and as an interior lover like me, I learned a lot about the use of fabrics.
The bedding was so comfortable that I bought the same pillow and comforter at a department store in Paris before returning home.
The staff were all cheerful and kind, and I never had a bad experience. When I was leaving, my bag with my bedding in it broke, so the staff worked hard to reinforce it with duct tape. I'm very grateful!

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. Before arrival, I requested a room on a higher floor facing the courtyard, and the hotel kindly arranged exactly what I asked for. I really appreciated their attention to the request.
They also surprised us with beautiful honeymoon decorations in the room, including balloons, a bouquet, and a lovely message card. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a very pleasant stay overall. The only small downside was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak, but it was not a major issue.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right across from Gare du Nord station – you can see it as soon as you step out! Despite being by a train station, it's not dirty or run-down at all. The hotel facilities are excellent, they even offer a complimentary mini-bar, and there's a kettle in the room. The AC noise is barely noticeable. The overall decor feels very Parisian. The room we chose was quite spacious and even had a balcony. The shower stall was also large and very comfortable. All in all, it offers great value for money. This hotel is a brand new, five-star property under the Accor Group in France. It boasts a very smart, modern, and stylish design.
The location is incredibly convenient, with a metro station right outside the hotel entrance, making it easy to get to any attraction. Right next to the hotel is a huge, two-story supermarket, offering a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, food, cosmetics, and more.
The 32nd-floor Skybar is very popular and open until 2 AM. We heard it offers views of the Eiffel Tower, but we didn't have time to visit. I'd suggest avoiding rooms on very high floors to escape the bar's music.
The hotel's gym is fantastic! It's fully equipped and has a great atmosphere. Plus, there are many restaurants near the hotel, and the stand-up pizza and pasta places are incredibly delicious!

The room was great, and the air conditioning worked very well. It's small but cleverly designed, with everything you need. The hand soap and shampoo were of good quality, and they even provided complimentary cookies and a kettle. However, there was one female receptionist who was ******. She was pleasant with the white guests in front of me, but her attitude completely changed the moment she saw me. Even though I speak French, she insisted on speaking English to me. On the other hand, the other two receptionists were excellent. The gentleman working the night shift and the male receptionist during the day were both incredibly friendly. They showed me the water dispenser (there's a free sparkling and iced water dispenser in the lobby) and chatted with me when I came back in the evening. Getting here from Charles de Gaulle Airport cost 40 Euros by Bolt, or you can take Metro Line 14 and walk 5 minutes from the station to the hotel.
The hotel is next to Bercy Park and a shopping area, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, making it very convenient. It's also a 10-minute walk to the Flixbus stop.
The hotel itself is grand and spacious, and the rooms are large. The single beds are 1.2 meters wide. The mini-fridge comes stocked with 4 bottles of water, 2 cans of Coke, and a small bottle of orange juice, all complimentary.
I was quite surprised to find two ping-pong tables in the hotel lobby.
Check-in requires a credit card deposit; we paid 300 Euros for a two-night stay.

We arrived before noon, intending only to drop off our luggage as it was two hours before the official check-in time. However, the front desk proactively coordinated with housekeeping to prioritize cleaning our room, allowing us to check in early. This was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating.
