The hotel was very comfortable.
I chose this hotel because of its location, size, cleanliness, and classic interior.
First of all, the location was quiet, even though it was close to Avenue Montaigne.
Of course, it was clean.
The interior was wonderful, and as an interior lover like me, I learned a lot about the use of fabrics.
The bedding was so comfortable that I bought the same pillow and comforter at a department store in Paris before returning home.
The staff were all cheerful and kind, and I never had a bad experience. When I was leaving, my bag with my bedding in it broke, so the staff worked hard to reinforce it with duct tape. I'm very grateful!

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. Before arrival, I requested a room on a higher floor facing the courtyard, and the hotel kindly arranged exactly what I asked for. I really appreciated their attention to the request.
They also surprised us with beautiful honeymoon decorations in the room, including balloons, a bouquet, and a lovely message card. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a very pleasant stay overall. The only small downside was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak, but it was not a major issue.

We stayed at this magnificent hotel during New Year's week. The room was wonderful, very personalized and cozy, equipped with every comfort, and had a splendid balcony overlooking Gare du Nord. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and courteous. The hotel's location is exceptional. The metro is practically right outside the entrance, allowing quick access to all strategic points in Paris. The rooms are perfectly soundproofed, and the breakfast is fantastic, rich and varied with all kinds of food, both sweet and savory, including cheeses and fruits.
I definitely recommend it. In Paris, it's one of the best hotels overall for value for money. We loved it!

The hotel is conveniently located; the main entrance isn't far from Montparnasse station, just a short walk across the street. There's another metro station very close by on the back side, accessible through the shopping mall on the right. However, there are no restaurants nearby, only three small supermarkets (including the one in the mall) which aren't great – limited and poor quality selection. It's best to buy whatever you need at Marks & Spencer or McDonald's in Montparnasse station before dark.
The hotel room facilities are new and decent, and it's quite spacious. The window is large but can't be opened. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, and the quality is acceptable. At the restaurant, the hostess let the two foreigners ahead of me go straight in after checking in, but when it was my turn, she told me to wait on the left for someone to escort me. Then, the foreigners behind me were also allowed to enter freely after checking in. Annoyed, I confronted the hostess directly.
The person who checked me in was a Chinese-speaking woman (though I didn't need or see any benefit from Chinese service). She assigned me a corner room (that's the first red flag). I paid the deposit in cash (second red flag: showing my money). The third red flag is that the room door didn't have a deadbolt. Around 10 PM, half-asleep, I was suddenly woken up by the door opening. Luckily, I had a door stopper with an alarm, which scared the person away. I immediately went downstairs to the front desk. After checking the surveillance footage, she made a phone call and then told me it was staff maintaining the carpet or something, and they didn't realize the room was occupied. The front desk immediately moved me to another room, but I couldn't sleep a wink. In the morning, I went to the front desk to check out early. The front desk called the manager, who repeatedly tried to persuade me to stay. The manager was very polite and clearly regretful about the incident, offering me a better room with assurances that there would be no more issues, but the damage was done. If it weren't for the alarm, I can't imagine what might have happened. I insisted on checking out.
Throughout this awful experience, Trip.com's response was swift, proactive, and helpful in assisting and dealing with the situation. They did everything they could, which is why I feel confident choosing Trip.com.
When traveling, safety is always the first and most important priority. When a hotel room door doesn't even have a deadbolt, that's already a warning sign.From€198

Considering how expensive accommodation generally is in Paris, this hotel is a real gem. First off, the room size isn't as cramped as many others; there's still plenty of space even with a double bed. There are two small wardrobes, and they provide a generous amount of hangers, which is incredibly convenient. They offer not just bath towels but also bathrobes, which is a fantastic touch for this price point.
The most impressive feature was that my room had a balcony. From there, you could see the street below, and in the distance, you could even catch a glimpse of the tip of the Eiffel Tower. Looking north, Sacré-Cœur Basilica was also visible. On a clear day, it was absolutely beautiful. The entire room faced west, so you should be able to see the sunset, though I didn't get to experience it.
The hardware facilities are excellent. The faucets are from a famous brand. The bathroom is compact but well-equipped, even featuring a heated rack for drying clothes. Besides air conditioning, the room also has a heater, which is really useful during the cold winter months. Plus, there are plenty of outlets for all your charging needs.From€69

Thank goodness, this hotel is a million times better than any I stayed at in Italy! The bed was soft, the room had a kettle and bottled water, and the front desk staff spoke perfect English. The hotel is also super close to the metro, right next to the Eiffel Tower, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and all sorts of restaurants nearby – incredibly convenient. 1. Excellent location just across 3 major metro lines (and a bus line). Made it super convenient to commute around the city. It’s also Around 15 min walking distance to Tour Eiffel
2. Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Beds were comfy!
3. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast.
4. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up.
5.We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay.
6. There was a local market on Sundays and Wednesdays right under the train track.
Cons
1. The lifts are small and only one was functioning during our stay so be prepared to wait or walk down the stairs.
2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a comfort room where we could replace supplies e.g towels, toilet paper etc. Since we stayed 6 nights, we were given 1 free housekeeping. Overall wasn’t an issue for us, but may be an expectation for some.
3. You can hear the trains zoom by, but the disruption was minimal as the windows came with decent sound proofing.

The hotel was exactly what you'd expect from a palace.
This was my third time in Paris, and this time my main goal was to stay in a wonderful hotel.
I was moved by the beauty of the 19th-century mansion, the view from the large terrace was stunning, and above all, the high level of hospitality made me feel comfortable.
Upon leaving, I forgot one of my bags due to a lack of checking, but they called a taxi and delivered it to the airport.
Thanks to the Shangri-La Hotel, my trip with my daughter became an even more wonderful memory.
