This was a perfect booking, and I would highly recommend it to friends visiting Paris. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few steps from the Châtelet Les Halles station exit. This station is a famous transportation hub in Paris and even globally. Whether you're coming from the airport, going to Disneyland, or Versailles, you can get there directly without changing trains. For closer attractions like Galeries Lafayette, Montmartre, and the Arc de Triomphe, or even catching an international train, the metro is easily accessible. The Louvre is only 600-700 meters away on foot, and Musée d'Orsay is just a bit further. Notre Dame is also only about 1 kilometer away. It's truly the best base for first-time visitors to Paris. The hotel service was also superb. We arrived at the hotel at 9 AM due to an early flight, and without us even asking, they proactively checked if a room was available for early check-in. When it wasn't, they explained the situation and helped us store our luggage. We explored the surroundings and were able to check in before 12 PM, which was very thoughtful. The quality of nearby restaurants is also good. The only minor drawback is that the room is small. I chose a room type with one large bed and one sofa bed, and fitting two suitcases was a tight squeeze.From$349

Complimentary mini fridge (for the first time). Opted for a quiet room (based off of reviews being noisy), could vaguely hear trains/metros but nothing major, but what to expect being so close to the train station.
Ordered room service which was ready rapidly and very tasty, food was still piping hot once got to the room although you do need to collect the food from the restaurant.
Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods, you could also order fresh omelettes and plenty of drink choice too!

Considering how expensive accommodation generally is in Paris, this hotel is a real gem. First off, the room size isn't as cramped as many others; there's still plenty of space even with a double bed. There are two small wardrobes, and they provide a generous amount of hangers, which is incredibly convenient. They offer not just bath towels but also bathrobes, which is a fantastic touch for this price point.
The most impressive feature was that my room had a balcony. From there, you could see the street below, and in the distance, you could even catch a glimpse of the tip of the Eiffel Tower. Looking north, Sacré-Cœur Basilica was also visible. On a clear day, it was absolutely beautiful. The entire room faced west, so you should be able to see the sunset, though I didn't get to experience it.
The hardware facilities are excellent. The faucets are from a famous brand. The bathroom is compact but well-equipped, even featuring a heated rack for drying clothes. 1. Excellent location just across 3 major metro lines (and a bus line). Made it super convenient to commute around the city. It’s also Around 15 min walking distance to Tour Eiffel
2. Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Beds were comfy!
3. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast.
4. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up.
5.We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay.
6. There was a local market on Sundays and Wednesdays right under the train track.

1. The lifts are small and only one was functioning during our stay so be prepared to wait or walk down the stairs.
2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a comfort room where we could replace supplies e.g towels, toilet paper etc. Since we stayed 6 nights, we were given 1 free housekeeping. Overall wasn’t an issue for us, but may be an expectation for some.
3. You can hear the trains zoom by, but the disruption was minimal as the windows came with decent sound proofing.
