ARGH!!! I confused The Golden Hotel with The Prince Guest House, and I accidentally wrote an OK review for The Prince. The Prince Hotel / Guesthouse is horrible and freakin' loud. Stay away! As far as this place - The Golden Hotel. It's pretty loud, too. I was placed behind the front desk, and you hear a lot of customers complaining because it can be hard to find a worker. There are signs or a phone number, but people still stand at the counter and get angry. (Maybe they didn't have a SIM card yet and couldn't call the number. I don't know.) This place has nice bathrooms, so there's that. Would I stay again? A lot of these guest houses are going to be loud. It doesn't help that the customers are pretty loud and clueless when moving around in the morning and night. There's nothing to do about that, though.

November 2023 Under construction It's noisy day and night. Not recommended Work on the exterior walls started at 9 a.m. with a bang. Interior work was done on the upper floor from midnight until morning. There were noises all night. I couldn't sleep at all. It was hard. The toilet and shower are together. To use the toilet, you can collect water in the tank and flush it yourself. You can borrow one bath towel by asking the staff. There are no tissues With the weak yen, it costs just under 10,000 yen per night. I felt that prices were high in Hong Kong. The location is good. 3 minutes walk from Mong Kok station. It takes less than an hour from the airport by bus on A21.

first off, it's an aparthotel with generous room size, the building is well maintained and private, you can't get any more comfortable than this compare to all the accommodations available at the similar price range. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, basic daily fresh towels, mineral waters supply, a cosy share lounge with refreshments on the 1st floor next to the reception office, which offer additions space to work if you don't feel like getting out. It's a perfect option for both short and extended stay definitely. the area is also full of hidden gems and surprises for both locals and tourists, with temple st night market and Nathan road just around the corner. If anything to complain, perhaps the lower floor might be a bit noisy during the day when traffic is heavy. otherwise, I'd say it's the best home away from home.

Great location beside Harbour City and Gateway Arcade and only 5 mins to star Ferry. Staff were polite but not overly helpful. We were supposed to have a welcome fruit bowl but didn't. Room was a good size and very comfortable but the electrical fittings are over due for refurbishment. Will use again because of location.

Arriving at the end of Chinese New Year is a challenge - for both hotels and non-mainland travelers. The hotel managed the flow of visitors well. The concierge service is top notch, friendly, fast and welcoming. The only downside I have to state is that the cleanliness of the room is more in the 3 star category. I had to change my room due to a strong odor coming out of the AC, which was likely caused by the excessive mold around the AC. The room change was however swift and without issues. Overall, the location is what sells this hotel. It is conveniently located for all types of Hong Kong travel.

We booked the deluxe room, it is small as typical hk 4 stars hotels. When we got the room, the toilet bowl wasn’t clean, some poop spots there, called the service, they said will come and clean but we left the room around 45 mins, the housekeeping hasn’t arrived. The next morning, I called service for 5 times then they picked up. Otherwise the location is in the heart of mongkok, is consider good but due to the slow economy of HK now, many shops around there closes early as compared to the prime time before covid. The Ming Court is still good, can go there for their dim sums and Cantonese food. The ground floor staffs are good, helpful and able to help us in where we wana go by getting taxi for us. - Location is very good, easy to get to Jordan station never had to use a taxi. A lot of shops and restaurants all around. You can walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade and the K11. U - Clean but small. The room is very small there is no cupboard space. The shower pressure is very good but bathroom is very small as well. There is no soap to wash your hands. - the service is good, front desk is helpful with inquiries. The cleaning staff is also very nice and accommodating. - the hotel lacks the amenities of other ramada chain hotels. The quality standard is definitely lower, however it’s all worth the price relative to other hotels in HK that meet the same standards.

You'd expect a desk or workspace in every room to be de rigeur in a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately this is Hong Kong. My previous hotel did not have that, and I ended up with a very sore back from being hunched over. The Ramada, however, at least has a little adjustable tabletop and a stool in the room. But what was really a godsend was the lounge / business centre next to reception. Lots of tables in a bright and comfy room, it became my office of sorts. The staff are nice and accommodating, letting me use it in the middle of the night as well. Thanks to them and the room, I was able to clear my work and fully enjoy my last few days in HK.

Good location. Easy to access all public transports and plenty of restaurants nearby. 24/7 McDonald's is only a short 5mins walk in case if you want it. The room is really tiny and a bit smelly due to age and maybe mould...the toilet was pretty dirty and it had a broken wall with a cracked shower base. We changed to a different room on the 2nd day which was a bit better. If you have tight budget and are a lone traveller, I think it's still ok to stay here for a night or two just to save money. After all its location is good and the area is safe. But if you travel with your partner and family, this hotel is definitely a no-go.

Location wise despite it is located within the old industrial area, with just a little walk to the left you find McDonald’s, 7-11 and the local supermarket there. This homestay is in a great location, right in the city center, 3 minutes walk to the subway station. There are a variety of restaurants and shopping centers nearby, which will definitely not make you bored! I stayed in a separate private room, the bathroom was shared, and there was a floodgate downstairs in the building, which made people feel very safe. This is the traditional Hong Kong Tang Building, with a long history and culture, but it feels different from the interior of the homestay. The homestay has just been renovated and renovated, which is more comfortable. Not suitable for travelers with large luggage as accommodation is on high floors and there is no elevator. However, this place is really perfect for friends who plan a short stay in Hong Kong or a backpacker! The room has large windows, bright and airy, very comfortable. The whole room is kept clean and tidy, and there is a market downstairs, 3 minutes from the subway station, and there are large shopping and food courts nearby. In addition, the landlord can speak Mandarin, so there is no problem with communication! Overall, I really recommend this homestay. Like what many have reviewed, H1 hotel is a very strategic location. There are many eateries nearby, the congee stall is a must try. It is also near exit C3 and C4 of Mongkok MTR Station. There is a shopping mall (Langham plaza) just a street away. There is also a wet market behind the hotel that sells very fresh fruits and vegetables (opens 8am- about 7pm daily). You can get your dried goods (e.g. sea cucumber, mushrooms, etc) from there as well. Walkable to many locations in Mongkok like the ladies market. There are also many city buses you can take at the bus stop near the hotel. We didn't take buses as we mostly travelled by MTR. As for the hotel itself, like many have also mentioned, the TV and WiFi does not work. So do be prepared to standby more roaming data if you're planning to stay here. Its a pity we can't watch any channels from the TV (probably bad antenna), but you can probably screen mirror from your devices if you've a HDMI cable. It does not matter much to us as we're mostly out and only back late night. Housekeeping is done every 2 days but on days that there's no housekeeping you can request for new sets of towels or other amenities at the front desk and they'll send it to your room. Soundproofing is not the greatest as well, you can hear people talking along the hallway and doors closing. But it does not matter much to us. The streets are quiet at night so we had a great sleep for the 5 nights we were there. Staffs are not always smiling but they are helpful and friendly if you're polite to them. Overall, will recommend this hotel for its price, cleanliness and strategic location if you're just planning to stay for a couple of nights.

In a residential building, I thought it was a fake youth hostel. After checking in, I found that the experience was great. I recommend it with five stars. 1. The girls lived in a five-bed room. Land is very expensive in Hong Kong, so the house space was larger than expected. 2. The room is very clean, and the quality of the guests staying there is also relatively high, and the hygiene is well maintained. 3. There is an independent bathroom with a wash basin, and the other wash basin is at the door, separated from the room by a thick curtain, which can be used for sound insulation and will not be disturbed by the sound of opening the door. The bathroom is also separate. The design is very convenient. 4. The beds are very comfortable and have light shading. Each bed can be charged and has lights. 5. There is extra space on the upper bunk, which is convenient for storing luggage and packing things. 6. Various small details and very considerate designs everywhere, it can be seen that the hostess is a very caring person. 7. The hair dryer is from Dyson, which is great. 8. There is a public area with free snacks. The rooftop has a great view. You can chat casually or blow dry by yourself. There are many foreigners. If you have enough time, taking some time to chat is the most interesting experience of staying in a youth hostel. 11. The subway station is not far away. There are many restaurants in the direction of the subway station.

I have been here for several days and everything was so good if you compared the price and the service, the staff is so friendly and every day asking you if you need to clean the room or if you need anything, the room is clean and you have everything you need to spend some days fridge , kettle, hairdryer, shower gel ,shampoo, clean towels everyday if you need it, a doble wardrobe for your clothes, so everything you need is there. I will come back next week to hong kong so definitely I will book it again. I forgot and the bed is so comfy and big enough for two people,

We had a wonderful stay at Metropark Hotel Mongkok, spending a night with our family. The hotel's location couldn't be better – the airport bus #A21 stops right in front of the main entrance, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Additionally, if you plan to travel to Shenzhen by bus, the bus station is just opposite the hotel, offering seamless connectivity. Not only is the hotel well-connected, but it's also surrounded by an abundance of delicious dining options. And for those looking to explore Mongkok's vibrant streets, everything is within walking distance. Overall, we were impressed with the convenience and comfort offered by Metropark Hotel Mongkok, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong.

The location is very good, just a few steps away from the subway station downstairs, in an old building. The elevator is a bit wobbly but it doesn't affect use. It was a temporary reservation and the price was very good, at least worthy of the location. The sister at the front desk was very nice. My phone ran out of battery and she lent me a charging plug and cable for free. There are two layers of locks, one for each unit door, which is very safe. It's okay for me as a girl to live alone. In terms of hygiene, there are small ants crawling on the bed, but they are also found in big hotels in Southeast Asian countries that I have been to. You can sleep after being crushed, but it may be due to the climate and there are no strict requirements. Sisters with mysophobia may consider bringing a sheet to spread on. The toilet flushes very well and the shower heats up quickly. There is no separation of dry and wet areas, which is fine if you live alone. All in all, great value for money. The single room I stayed in was in my early 300s. It had two beds and felt like it could sleep three people. Larger space. It’s pretty good to live in a house like this in Hong Kong at this price. I will consider staying there again💫

Taking a high school child to revisit Hong Kong, where she had no impression of the first three trips in elementary school, this hotel is facing the bus stop, and when I got off the bus, I was looking around where I was going, when I saw a group of signs on the sidewalk in front of me that announced ”Arran Hotel”, the entrance Only one person has a wide door opening. Go in and face two small elevators. Follow the sign inside the elevator to the reception cabinet inside the glass door on the 5th floor. , told to use the card to swipe the aisle door, go in and swipe the room door. The room is small but tidy. Surprisingly, the bedding is all covered with clean white non-woven fabrics, and there is no discomfort when lying down. It's just that the lid of the electric kettle is still a plastic that is not good for the body. I don't cover it when I use it. It's relatively quiet, but it's not as good as Ibis, Hanting, Haiyou, and Elan where I usually live in China. Generally, there are laundry machines, dryers, and breakfasts. After all, Hong Kong has a lot of villains, so it's understandable.

The location is great. And it was nice of them to give us a bigger room. And I don't mind the size of the room, but how hard it is to clean the headboards of the beds (with soap and water, or a vacuum cleaner)?! It was not only dusty but moldy. I had to put my pillow on the other side of the bed (where my feet supposed to be). Couldn't sleep well because of this. In the morning I was exhausted. Not worth it.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find, it is very convenient to go out to play, there are many snacks downstairs, the boss is a mainlander, especially enthusiastic, originally set two-person room, very small, the boss helped us change to a triple room, although it is also very small, but Hong Kong is also very normal.
