      The hotel is very close to Shinsaibashi only 5 min walk. Room is very clean and bed support is comfort. The best part I like is the front yard at the hotel entrance, this gave a very open feeling about the environment, not crowded with other buildings. See the photos attached. The staff there were friendly and some of them can speak mandarin so the communication is easy for me. The breakfast is good value for the money, with just enough choices, especially the yogurt bottles. The only negative is there was no fruit in the choice. Definitely recommend to stay in this hotel if you want to stay near Shinsaibashi for shopping.

Make sure no escalator or elevator at this metro location , it’s about 60 stairs up and down daily. It’s the end of shinsai bashi, business in this area, selling bento lunch time on the street for avg 500 yen. 7-11 next to hotel, very good price drug store 3 min away. A lot of 100 yen incl tax Food and product for sell. Of course cosmetic as well. Will book again if offer a good deal $45 usd per night (I stay for 5 weekdays).

      It's probably the biggest room we have ever stayed in Japan. Excellent location but be very careful when you book especially if you are a non smoker. The hotel insisted that I have booked a smoking room and we have no choice but has to stay in one but they took the trouble to freshern up the room but took 3 hours. Its' not a new hotel but well maintained. we stayed on Friday & Satuday night and there was loud noise/music from the street at 2am lasted for over one hour! the second night was fine.

I would like to use a room or pool that has been upgraded someday! The location is also far from Umeda, but there are always buses running so you don't have to wait. Also, Nakanoshima, where the hotel is located, has a river flowing in front of you, so it is very comfortable to be calm and not noisy.

      Talking about the shuttle bus: I arrived at night and went to Osaka Station and came out according to the Sakura pass, but it was really bad to find the shuttle bus. It turned out to be across the road (picture 1 is a shop that crosses the road, do n’t go in) Walk about 200 meters on the right, and the sky is blocked by an elevated road. There are stop signs at several hotels. The car will stop on the road when it arrives. I was familiar with it the next day, and there were many meals in Picture 1. I walked to the doutor, and every time I went to Japan, I would eat breakfast there. Said the hotel: just a bottle of water for members, no drinks coupons, Ctrip must not be upgraded, unfriendly. The bus driver was friendly. Room and bathroom compared to Japanese hotel is large and new.

      I used it when I was on a business trip to INTEX. I was looking for a cheap hotel with a small budget, so I didn't expect much, but when I arrived, I said, "Is this price really okay? It was a nice hotel that made me want to say. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Hommachi station, and there is a convenience store nearby, but there is a place to drink at night. Namba, sightseeing spots in Osaka such as Shinsaibashi are also close by taking the subway, and if you get off at Shin-Osaka by Shinkansen, it is the best place to come by one subway. I also like the interior of the room, which has a slightly Japanese taste. The bedside has not only a normal outlet but also a USB outlet, so the charging environment is perfect. It is a hotel that you want to make a permanent inn when you go to Osaka in the future, whether you are on a business trip or private.

      It is indeed the official hotel of Universal Studios, and the convenience of the location cannot be said. My favorite is not the hot spring, but the large terrace. It's really nice to take pictures on a clear night. There is also a piano in the lobby on the first floor. The breakfast is also good, very rich and worth recommending. The skin care products in the hot springs are all made of Sekkisei, and you can apply them casually. The intelligent butler screen on the bedside is good, the fly in the ointment is that I was a little disappointed with the size and bathroom when I first entered the room, which is not as good as the Kamanza Hotel in Kyoto Samsung.       Compared to the age of this hotel, Ise City Hotel, which has been used for 2 nights at Ise City Hotel, the room after renewal is clean, cute and bright. It was soothing and everything was clean and well cleaned. I feel better. The color of the cloth in the room was also turquoise and pop color, and the refrigerator and glasses were stored in the cute treasure box design, and cleaning was perfect everywhere. There are soap, cleansing, face wash, and all-in-one gel in the washroom, and there are plenty of amenities. The glass is also red, blue, green and pop colors that make it fun with the interior. Everywhere is beautiful and the best! was. It's even better to see the sunrise from the window in the morning! I was deeply moved.

      We stayed in the hotel for three nights(Dec 17-19).When we arrived at the front office counter, we were warmly welcomed by the very polite staff. When we went up to the room, we noticed the corridor was a bit narrow by acceptable. During night time and as the weather was very warm,we switched off the heater then we felt there was no natural ventilation . The bed was too soft and hot and we could hardly fall into sleep. On the last day morning, we had breakfast in the dinning room. The food was good but we felt totally disappointed by the dust as per photo fully covered on the table and rack next to the dinning table. How come a 5 star hotel allow this dirty environment at the dinning area. The management to my mind should bear the full responsibility. We state the fact with good comment and poor management on F and B issue.

Suggest to take a stroll to nearby waterfront bridgehead where there are lots of bars and cafes. The Cake shop across the street GOKAN is a hot spot for locals.       The executive lounge, which was open for a short time in Corona, has returned to normal time, so we were able to have a light dinner and breakfast at the lounge. I wanted to go to the beauty treatment salon, but when I looked at the hotel homepage, there were only a few menus, and the link to the beauty treatment salon company homepage caused an error, so I stopped. All you have to do is call, but I think you should manage your homepage properly. It's a shame that the leaflets at the hotel had various menus written on them. I wrote a lot, but overall it was a very satisfying trip! Hilton is a great hotel for families. In many cases, the other 5 stars cannot play with children due to time restrictions on pool use and age restrictions. However, I always think that Hilton affiliated hotels are kind to families with children. I would like to stay here again next time!

      Hotel location is good. There is a subway station next to it. At the end of Shinsaibashi, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the most lively place. The room is quite large. Well maintained. The lighting in the room is too poor to adjust. The linen is very comfortable, and the toiletries are not high-grade. Many of Japan now use pola. Stayed 3 nights and ate breakfast for 3 days. Breakfast is not good. There are too few varieties, some are à la carte, and some are self-service. The basics for 3 days have not changed. The more delicious ones are udon noodles and jade roast. Service is ok. No communication and no communication. However, no discrimination against Chinese has occurred. After all, this level of hotel staff quality is still okay.

The subway Namba Station Exit 12 can go directly to the elevator to the hotel! And Namba is a super transit station, you can turn a lot of lines, the Nanhai tram to Kansai Airport can also be found in the Namba subway station, but the subway is all around, be careful not to find the wrong direction. And the hotel is bustling around, gathering shopping street, commercial street, drugstore, appliance store, such as Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, BIC Camera, Black Gate Market, etc. Very close, just a short walk.       I stayed here with my husband at early November 2019. Only for one night. However, the experience we had was incredible. We arrived early in the morning at Namba station. Since this was our first trip to Osaka, so finding this hotel was difficult for us eventhough we used google map. After almost half an hour, we finally managed to find this little hotel. The front officer was very nice, helpful, warm, and friendly. She told us the check in time at 3 PM and check out time is 10 AM. So, we just dropped our luggages there that morning. The location is very strategic. It is walking distance to the famous Dotonbori, shopping malls, restaurants, family mart, tax free shops, and stations. The twin room we got is not big, but it was fit for us. It is clean, and with complete bath amenities plus pajamas. The bed and pillows are very comfy for us. The breakfast was excellent, so all the reviews here about it are 100% true! Fresh breakfast, Japanese style combined with Western Style. We enjoyed the breakfast so much despite the restaurant is quite pack. But not a big problem

      Staff impressions: Matter of fact, good command of english, helpful. Room amenities: we stayed in a Japanese style room. It felt *very* recently updated. Tatami was fresh, wood looked new, en suite bathroom was very modern. Had a TV, mini-fridge, safe, microwave, induction cooktop (but no pans). Beds were futons, clean, new, pretty typical in terms of comfort. Ductless heater/AC. Room oddities, if you're not from Japan or haven't traveled in Japan before: 1) The lights/AC/power will not turn on until you drop your key in a slot on the wall by the door. 2) There is a panel on the wall that has a number in Celsius. This is the temperature control for the how tater heater for your bathroom. If you don't turn this on before your shower you won't get hot water! :) 3) The overhead light *can* be turned off at night. One of the remote controls in the room is the controller for the overhead light. Don't take your key out to turn off the light, it'll kill your AC/heat. 4) The level of service you typically receive in a Japanese hotel room like all linens replaced every day, bathroom stuff (toothbrush, toothpaste, soaps, shoes, etc.) being replaced, etc. will not happen. Didn't bother me as I don't care for that but it might be off putting if you're used to it but the price is great. 5) Ductless AC/heater is controlled with a remote control. Location: About 900m to the closest train station which can be a haul with your bags. Super close to Nippombashi which was a big selling point for us. Kinda on a side street so quiet and empty at night.

      The corner 々 was not cleaned well and dust was accumulated and I didn't like it. There was a bad smell in the room and corridor and it closed. There were several days when the wall was thin and the next room was noisy, and I could hear the conversation until the morning and couldn't sleep until the morning.       I stayed with my daughter for the first time this time. My daughter is in a room with a loft bed. It is a little far from the station because it is just from Tennoji Park, but the location where you can enjoy walking back and forth. Amenities are selected, but except for the room bath, shampoo and conditioner are provided in the hot spring, and the face washing for the makeup drop is provided, so I think it is good to choose other things. The hot spring is a time change system for men and women, so it is recommended to be checked before staying. The hot water was smooth and tired and had a good sleep. In the meal, the facilities environment such as organic natto and LOHAS are also friendly to people, and the point is high among me. Together, it is suitable for sleeping with parents. The hotel does not clean by default, I think it is very environmentally friendly, and this can lower the price.       We stayed in a 1-bedroom unit there in end-July 19, our second visit paid to it since nearly 3 years ago. It was a pleasant stay. Nice and clean room, though there were signs of deterioration in the room condition as compared with our previous stay. The western-style breakfast was basic, that you got a dish with eggs, cold cuts and sausages apart from the self-serve bar topped with limited choice of breads, vegetables and drinks. Having said that, it met my breakfast needs. The best of this hotel is that every unit is equipped with a washing machine with dryer. We used it with no complaint. The next best is that it has free TV cable-box which offers a wide choice of TV channels for viewing. This is not something readily available at many other hotels in Osaka. Will continue to stay with it if travel to Osaka again.

      The other house I stayed in last time was arranged in the main hall this time, and a room at the end of the corridor was given.       Very, very good choice. I went to Japan for about a month in this outbreak, and I lived here for ten days (twice apart). The rooms are super big, and there really is a living room! The price / performance ratio is super super high ~ and the two women's front desks are in American English, and the customer service is much better than the five stars I live in Gotemba! If you are in Osaka, not a day or two, it is highly recommended. Two minutes to the subway, three minutes to the supermarket. When I left, I took a taxi directly to the Sheraton Hotel and took a bus ~ Yes, when we left, there were six seasons, it was raining, and the big brother at the front desk went out to help us with a taxi ~ First class!

      When we delivered the cake at our Christmas stay, we were able to reserve plates, forks and knives. Ordinary hotels have only a trouser press, but there was also an iron and they were lent me! But the room is very satisfying! Mineral water, amenity are available, too and toothbrush was large and was soft type and was glad! Assortment of breakfast buffet was quite favorite! You can have any number of French toasts on the spot! Oranges and grapefruits were peeled and easy to eat, and there were salads, smoked salmon and prosciutto! I was sorry that I couldn't eat many kinds of corn flakes because I couldn't do it slowly before work. The dessert also had berry mousse and jelly. Bread also had maple syrup and sauce such as croissants, pumpkin loaf, cinnamon roll! Apart from what I was most happy with, the price was given, but the spa was good! Although it is not very large, there are separate lockers and a dressing room, and towels can be used with both face towels and bath towels at 21:00 and the next day at 20:00. I was able to use it for 2 days, so I returned home from work, and I switched to Kyobashi, so I came back! Although it was raining, there was a connecting passage and I could return without getting wet! The cleansing foam and shampoo with makeup did not itch, and the conditioner was thin, but it was smooth and satisfying. Soap was placed separately from the body soap, and it seems that it was replaced with a new one every day. At the dressing room, things such as lotion and milky lotion were basically simple, but there were several booths and there was no waiting for the dryer, so stress-free! I think that the hot spring is also smooth and no one is weak. I went to the place near the locker for the restroom, but there were many old types of things in this place, but it was clean and the goods were good. Not a smoker, but there was also a smoking room. The lounge is for men and women, but there is a space for women and a space for men only, with a night view, and a TV with a sofa. There was also a water server! I had a check-out at 13:00 on the plan, but I had a part-time job so I hope I could relax with him on another occasion. I want to ask again!

      Stayed at the Three Views Garden Hotel during the Shuangdan Festival. The location of this hotel is quite good, very close to Exit 8 of Yodoyabashi Station (3-5 minutes walk) and also take some time to walk to Shinsaibashi. Although the centrifugal bridge is not far away, it is very quiet. It is very convenient to have a home 711 downstairs, and FamilyMart is not far away. The front desk staff had no problem in English, which was great (but seeing the need for translation software to help guests in Chinese) The hotel has a lovely guest lounge with lots of drinks. The room facilities and size are all right. It may be seen that the hotel is some age, but it is acceptable. There is not much to eat nearby, there are Matsuya in a few minutes walk, Izakaya nearby and a few barbecues (the taste is good, see the picture below) Walking to Shinsaibashi has a lot of food!

      We stayed for a few nights in a western style room. It was a really handy location. Not too noisy and close to the train station. You can easily get to pretty much anywhere from JR Shin-Imamiya and it’s only a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Also very close to a big Donquijote! The room was comfy and there is plenty of space compared to other places we stayed in Japan. The staff were brilliant and really welcoming, although it’s not a 24 hour desk but that didn’t cause us any problems. The rooms were more like apartments really but that was perfect for us. Probably if you’re looking for a hotel (with room service and daily housekeeping etc) this is not the place for you. But if you’re after something a bit more self catering like we were then this place is perfect. Our room had a little kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, which was helpful. The rooms are clean and comfy and we had a really pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again if were in Osaka. A note about the area: I was a bit nervous at first about booking a hotel in this part of Osaka because of some of the reviews I had read online, but it turned out that there was absolutely no need for any concern. Sure it’s not the fanciest part of town but, applying Western European standards, it would probably be thought fairly average. I probably would not have ventured south of Shin-Imamiya on my own but the hotel is to the north, towards Namba, so walking to and from the station at both day and night was no problem.
