We went at the end of March. The attention and interest in the hotel starts the moment you enter the hotel. The employees are very cheerful and help in every way. Since it was March, we did not use the sea and pool, but they had very large and beautiful pools. The sea and pier also looked beautiful. They are very sensitive about cleaning, everywhere is very clean, and the room cleaning is done without any delay. There are all kinds of local and foreign drinks in the bars, cocktails are excellent, teas are always fresh and fizzy drinks are served in bottles. The patisserie in the lobby is very successful. The food is very diverse and very delicious. All the restaurants in the hotel are of high-level restaurant quality. It is very clear that they use the best of every product without compromising on quality in food. We did not encounter any negative points. I would like to thank all the employees of the hotel very much, I hope to see you again soon.

Sea view room, you can see the sunset, and the sunrise, the snow-capped mountains turn into golden mountains. The dining facilities are very good, occupying a beautiful beach, the Mediterranean Sea is clear, you can see the snow-capped mountains on one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other side, the scenery is unbeatable, three meals and afternoon tea, all available, it should be said that food is available 24 hours a day. The Turkish food is just too ordinary, there are a lot of food, and there are few edible ones. The chefs in this country are not good, and I, who can't cook, want to have the confidence to make more delicious food. The museum is 700 meters away, which is very convenient. You can walk to the old town along the beach, the location is very good.

A large nice hotel. Rooms are a good size. Lots of places to eat although trying to get a booking at one of the a la carte restaurants can be a little tedious especially if not staying for a week. The buffet restaurant is very nice lots of variety with something for everyone. Good location to walk to the shops after dinner. Entertainment is varied with lots put on to suit children and adults. Would say more a 4 star plus.

Заселение прошло быстро, номер был просторный, чистый, с современным интерьером и регулярной уборкой. Питание — на высоте: разнообразный шведский стол, свежие фрукты, мясо, рыба, диетические и детские блюда. Особенно порадовали десерты — каждый день что-то новое и очень вкусное. Бармены знают своё дело, коктейли вкусные, алкоголь качественный. Территория отеля ухоженная и зелёная, много мест для прогулок и отдыха. До пляжа ходит шаттл каждые 10 минут, дорога занимает всего несколько минут. На пляже чисто, есть бар, лежаки всегда в наличии. Анимация — отдельная тема! Ребята очень активные, весёлые, каждый день спортивные игры, вечерние шоу, живая музыка. Детский клуб тоже понравился — ребёнок был занят весь день. В целом отель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Идеальное место для семейного отдыха, а также для пар. Обязательно вернёмся ещё раз! 💙

The hotel description mentioned billiards and bowling. In fact, it doesn't exist. This fact was very disappointing, since we chose the hotel specifically for these entertainments. In winter, there aren't many activities, half of the hotel doesn't work. I liked the food, the indoor pool, the spa, the service and the attentive staff. The breakfasts are simply delicious. Thanks to the chef!

From the very first moment, Concorde Deluxe Resort Antalya impressed us with a smooth and pleasant check-in process, making us feel welcome right away. We chose to stay at Venezia Palace Deleluxe Hotel and we were extremely pleased with our choice. We found ourselves in a wonderful environment during our two-night, three-day holiday. The hotel staff always welcomed us with a smile and tried their best. The cleanliness of the dining hall was perfect and the food was really delicious. Esra, Emine, Fatma Nur and other staff were very attentive while taking care of us. Additionally, Mr. Orhan, Mr. Serkan, Mr. Kadir and other staff did their best to help us. We were also very pleased with the spa services. Ms. Sema and other staff relaxed us with massage, scrub and foam services. We had dinner at the à la carte restaurant, which is full of flavors from Turkish cuisine, and we were pleased with the quality of the food and the attention of the staff. It was also nice to have a fish and pastry restaurant. Döner, ice cream, cake, desserts, tea, coffee and other drinks were unlimited and delicious. We were amazed by the beauty of the sea and the beach, and the garden and landscaping were also very impressive. We would like to thank the hotel staff and managers and wish them continued success.
