Guests must submit fully vaccination card and passport (for foreigners) or any valid government ID (for locals) once reservation is confirmed. These will be submitted to the building administration.

Guests must properly coordinate about his/her arrival time or travel itinerary.

Upon arrival, please present the original copy of submitted documents for verification. Security will also ask you to sign up health survey forms.

Guests have access to swimming pool, gym, and common areas.

Other things to note
For long term guests, cleaning and change of beddings is done every after 5 days.

Only the registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

If guests will leave the unit, kindly turn off all the appliances especially the air- conditioning units.

Minimize noise level during late hours as not to disturb the neighbors and avoid partying.

Properly dispose trash in sealed bags in the garbage Shute to prevent pests.

Clean up the dishes and food containers after using.

Conserve water.
