I had a pleasant two-night stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I did find a some ants on the desk. The bathroom design could be improved, as it tended to get a bit wet after bathing, creating some inconvenience. Each night, the resort surprised us with local sweet treats, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and charming. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the resort's design; the overgrown trees made it feel a bit gloomy, and there seemed to be a lot of insects and mosquitoes around. The swimming pool was large and warm, making it enjoyable for swimming, and the beach was well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the smoothies and butter. However, breakfast service ended at 10:30, and when I arrived around 9:00, there was less food available than before. I liked the crème brûlée, but it wasn’t refilled afterwards. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very attentive during this time; I had to remind them to clear my stack of plates so I could continue eating. Aside from that, the service was generally quite good. I might consider returning if I visit Mui Ne again.

as expected of a 5-star hotel, the hotel was very clean with amazing amenities, including two types of pools and beachfront views. breakfast had a very wide and delicious spread, easily making it one of the highlights of the resort. the rooms were very well-furnished and well-maintained. service was great and welcoming as well, but I would note that we arrived at 11am and our luggages were left in the corner of the main entrance unattended for most of the day. when we came back around 6pm, they were still there, and after checking in, we waited for more than 15 minutes and the luggage had yet to be delivered up to our room. when we headed down for dinner around 6.15pm, the luggage remained at the main entrance which struck us as unsafe. while it was delivered by the time we returned from dinner, it was slightly disappointing, but not a dealbreaker for us. overall would recommend!!

My family went with 2 adults and 1 child. When we arrived, there was a welcome drink, a greeting letter and fruit in the room. The space has many trees and lakes, so it feels relaxing and cool. There are 4 swimming pools including 2 small children's pools, 1 oval pool with a jacuzzi and 1 infinity pool by the sea, very beautiful. The room is beautifully designed, spacious, with lots of light. The bed is wide, the blankets and mattresses are clean. Before booking, I read reviews on gg and saw a low score due to poor staff attitude, but when I arrived, I was satisfied with the service and reception. The minus point is that the regular room without a swimming pool will share a wall with the room next door, so the soundproofing is poor, and you can hear people talking clearly. There is only 1 resort in Ke Ga Bay area, there are no other activities around, suitable for relaxation.

The sanitation is very good, the service attitude of the service staff is very good, and the breakfast is quite good. The rooms are spacious, sunny, and well ventilated. The most important thing is that the beach scenery is very beautiful, the beach service staff are very good, but it is more convenient to travel, there are good seafood shops nearby. The best thing is that there is steam in it, and the massage feels the best.

Самый лучший отель в Муйне, отдыхаем в нем не первый раз. Отель находится в самом центре поселка, кафе, магазинчики, аптеки и проч начинаются прямо на выходе с территории отеля. Персонал выше всяких похвал, любая просьба выполняется моментально. Очень чистая ухоженная территория, на пляже и возле бассейна всегда есть свободные лежаки (отель был полностью заполнен), работник несколько раз в день выравнивает песок. Есть счастливые часы когда можно получить бесплатно мороженое в кафе на пляже. Очень вкусные завтраки и обслуживание за завтраком, очень вкусные блинчики пекут. Нам дали ваучеры на 2 бесплатных массажа в spa отеля. При выезде (мы выезжали после завтрака) дали нам в дорогу бутерброды, фрукты, водичку. Контингент отеля большей частью европейцы, немного китайцев, немного русских. Обязательно еще вернемся❤️

The hotel room was beautiful. The hotel had a private beach which unfortunately had litter so I couldn’t swim. The beach area was nice to just relax all day. The hotel also had a heated pool which was nice as Vietnam was a little chilly when I visited. The location really sucks if you want to do the sand dunes. It’s too far and you end up paying way too much on transportation. The breakfast was ok and had a variety of dishes. The coffee could use upgrading. The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Overall the stay was good.

First time we are staying at The Cliff, all the staff at The Cliff are so nice and well trained. We really enjoy our villa, they are so kind to arrange villa with wonderful view, we even can see the fireworks from Beach Club. But if you are a light sleeper, be aware buggies car will park there and staff will cleaning up (hard working) until midnight. So little bit noisy. One thing I would like to raise the question is : Why do you charge for the latte and espresso for breakfast? I do not see it at 4-5 stars hotel/resort.

we stayed here during TET, the overall environment of the resort is amazing, it is chill and clean. my daughter and myself got stung by a jellyfish and they didn’t have nurse on duty but thanks for Ms Phuong who took care of us. The staff is attentive, nice and helpful. There are many choices of the breakfast but it takes pretty long for getting a coffee as the machines don’t work very well. There were some vietnamese customers dumped the trashes on the floor in the restaurant that is disgusting, the staff should have given them reminders. It is a good resort, I will recommend to my friends and come back for sure.
