Сам по себе отель хороший, особенно с учетом того какие отели вокруг. Близко море и станция Nervi. Хороший завтрак. Важно что есть парковка (правда 45 евро в сутки), так как в Нерви припарковать машину почти нереально. Но есть ужасные минусы: - невыносимая вонь в номере. Персонал сказал что от кондиционера, попросил не беспокоится, поставил освежитель воздуха, но ничего не изменилось. - нежелание помочь. После того как было заявлено что в номере ужасный запах, логично было бы предложить другой номер, компенсацию, ну хотя бы что-то. Предложили только не переживать. - единый балкон на много номеров, к нам дважды за проживание заходили чужие большие собаки. Так быть не должно. - очень дорогой ужин в ресторане. В целом это не проблема, но качество еды среднее, не на эти деньги - вода в душе рандомно меняется от ледяной до кипятка несколько раз за пару минут, это нельзя контролировать Очень жаль что в целом такой классный отель допускает такие провалы. При цене 1000 евро за ночь так нельзя.

Arrived with my handicap husband to the hotel. The door man just looks at me taking all off from the car. I bring the cart to take the luggGe and bring it inside - still he looks at me - no help what so ever even when the reception saw me -  still no help  The room in a very low maintenance- sticky floor and poor bath  The parking at the hotel cost 20 euros per day  We’ve just wanted to leave as soon … so from me not recommendation - mostly because of their attitude !

The hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .

Hotel in a classic style. A nice bonus to the room in the form of a free visit to the spa. Conveniently located near the railway station. The bed and bedding are class. There is a Russian-speaking manager. The cuisine in the restaurant is at a good level

The hotel is in a good location, on the main street, but it does not have its own parking lot. It is not convenient to park at the gate. You need to park in the independent parking garage at the back, which costs about 10 euros a night. We stayed for a short time, but the room was very good and we slept well. I would like to praise the breakfast, which is very rich in Europe, with a full range of varieties. The breakfast room is also very beautiful, like a room in a movie. The front desk service is very good and answers all questions. Overall, it is quite good, except that it is a bit expensive.

This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged. Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area. Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided. Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go. Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

The hotel is located in the center of Genoa near Piazza Ferraria, surrounded by supermarkets and different restaurants. The hotel room is neat and clean, with all toiletries available. There are many choices for breakfast, which only costs 8 euros. Genoa is a sister city of the Belt and Road. There are a large number of containers from China at the port, and the goods transported are distributed to all parts of Europe. Just like the agricultural products of Italy in the Middle Ages, wine was exported to all parts of the world from the port of Genoa.

The hotel is close to the train station and it takes 5 minutes to walk. The room was clean and the key was very distinctive. The only downside is that the hotel decoration is old, like the decoration of the last century. If you are taking a train from Milan to Nice, it is recommended to stay at this hotel for one night.

A great hotel right next to the train station. The historic center and the port are just a stone's throw away. There is a lift station nearby, from where you can ride up the hills and look at Genoa from above. The hotel itself is brilliant. Everything is at a high level. At first, the wallpaper design on the walls in the photos on the Internet was alarming, but in real life it looks nice, and the hot air balloon under the ceiling that echoes the wallpaper design finally melted my heart. The view from the balcony in the room onto the square is breathtaking. The cleanliness in the room is perfect, the wonderful slippers came in handy. The room was warm and comfortable to sleep in in winter. The beds were comfortable, and we had a wonderful rest. The restaurant is very nice, such a typical family Italian restaurant, very cozy. We arrived late, did not have the strength to appreciate the terrace of the neighboring Savoy, so there will be a reason to come back!)
