This hotel is absolutely perfect, and the service was outstanding! I've stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to fellow Chinese travelers! The facilities are very new, and they even upgraded me to a two-bedroom apartment for free, which must have been around 160 square meters. The restaurant is also excellent; I tried the steak house and ordered an improved version of the Whiskey Sour, which was delicious. The ambiance is great, and you get a fantastic view of the Nile River from the window – very chic! You can take a boat from the riverbank downstairs, though I didn't go myself as I wanted to try a felucca. When I checked out, they kindly extended my checkout time to 2 PM. If I hadn't already booked my next stay at the Movenpick Resort Aswan (Movenpick Palace), I would have loved to stay an extra night, haha. In short, it's just one word: perfect.

The room decor and facilities were quite new, and the service was excellent. The fresh juice was delicious! However, the bathroom's soundproofing isn't great; it seems to be right next to the adjacent room's bathroom. On the second night, after lying down, the next room suddenly started playing what sounded like Arabic or Indian music continuously in their bathroom. I could hear it clearly while in bed and couldn't sleep at all. After contacting the housekeeper, they were quite effective in negotiating with the neighbors to stop playing the 'divine music' publicly.

The hotel and staff were phenomenal. The reason I took one smile away for facility, was I wanted to get a pedicure and they gave a referral in the mall that was terrible. They should not refer anyone there; it was uncomfortably juvenile in the environment. I ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes listening to workers talk, argue, show pictures on each other's phones. Other than that, it was an incredible experience. Khaled Abdelkhalek with the concierge was outstanding. He was taking care of every need. I booked 2 tours thru 4 Seasons with Marwa, she is on an entirely different universe, so intelligent, kind, intuitive, and I could keep going with praise. If you ever need a tour, she is the one for you!! I also had Mohammed as the driver, between Marwa and Mohommed, they are the dynamic duo. I feel so fortunate and honored to have met and been able to spend time with them. I had several hours to wait for my flight, so I sat in the lobby and had something to eat and drink, they were so accommodating. I do not recall if her name was Daliah or Liza but she was great. Took care of me and was very kind. I travel a lot alone, and it can be tricky sometimes, but the people at the 4 Seasons made it seamless and like home!

The best service in terms of speed of responding to any request, hygiene, care for services, and also good reception, especially from a brilliant brother in the reception department, and all the staff are professional and gentle, and no doubt that Forcisson Neil Plaza is one of the best hotels in Cairo.

Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely wonderful! Lush greenery right beneath the pyramids—the ambiance, service, security, dining, gym, room service... everything was excellent. The hotel can arrange transportation to the pyramids, and after breakfast, you walk straight into a direct view of the Great Pyramid of Giza, going against the flow of the crowds entering from the main gate. This was fantastic for the hot weather! The hotel's rich history goes without saying; the palace where the Cairo Conference was held is currently undergoing renovations, but you can see the exterior. The staff are highly professional, incredibly warm, and attentive when answering questions. We even stumbled upon a beautiful wedding! Everything was just superb! The pyramids are definitely worth seeing, but the Marriott Mena House, with its pyramid views, is even more worth the visit.
- Hey-trip
The environment here is absolutely stunning, right by the pyramids! Dining at 139 with that pyramid view was incredibly worth it (definitely book in advance). The pool is also quite large. Facilities: It's a standard five-star hotel, a bit older but that's common in many places abroad. Service: They offer a fantastic shuttle service, dropping you off at the north gate of the pyramids in the morning and picking you up with a phone call when you're done. Super convenient and saves you the hassle of finding a taxi. Just for the scenic restaurant and the pyramid shuttle service alone, it's an incredible value!

If you ever get the privilege to stay at the four seasons DO IT! THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! I haven't checked in to my hotel because I was in luxor all day and I messaged them through their app to see about room service being there before I make it in. They delivered my meal already as I said it was okay knowing time wise I would be in late and assume that service ends at some point of the evening. I've only had lunch today I haven't been in a bed in the last 48hours, they set ny room up and delivered my food with out me checking in! Theyer amazing they set my spa time for tomorrow evening as well. They also able to offer massage in your room, their guest services is top notch. It's pricey but they absolutely take care if you! I've been to the one in Maui as well, absolutely not disappointed!

The hotel is right on the edge of the Nile River, with beautiful scenery, convenient transportation and very good service. The restaurants, shopping mall, and swimming pool in the hotel are very good. Very satisfied, I have always liked Four Seasons Hotel. There is also a Japanese restaurant on board that is not expensive and of first-class quality.

If you want to stay in a good location with magnificent view of the pyramids this hotel is your best affordable option.. very clean, staff are very attentive and helpful especially Mahmoud from the reception, and the view is mind blowing. This hotel is facing the new Grand Egyptian Museum which is not fully opened yet, but the visit is highly recommended. Rooms are big and spacious although a bit dated

A five-star hotel near the pyramids, it is very convenient to get up early and go to the pyramids. The breakfast is white food, I am not used to it, but I can eat enough. The hygiene is OK No toothbrush is provided, there are large bottles of shampoo and shower gel, and slippers Compared with Mina Palace Marriott, it is more affordable, and compared with the pyramids, the service is better and safer

Lovely hotel in a prime location on the Nile. Our room had a lovely view of the Nile and the pool area. The room was modern and had all the amenities you would need including some luxury Byredo toiletries which were a nice touch. Though it’s a newly renovated hotel, the downside was that our non-smoking room had an unusual smell in it and also upon check in, the entire carpet was wet. The breakfast buffet was good although some items were a bit stale by 8am (pancakes in particular) which could’ve been better if fresh. There was no room service options from your room so we tried the restaurants but wouldn’t really recommend. We tried Kamala which is a pan-Asian fusion and though we were the only guests dining, the food took over an hour to make and wasn’t the best. The Solano restaurant again was okay, much fresher than Kamala. Would recommend the hotel for its location however the reception can get really busy and the staff could do with being more attentive to the guests they’re serving rather than those impatiently interrupting.

The location of the hotel is very good , the entrance of the hotel is very nice .i choose it because its new opining in 2025 but unfortunately i shocked when I saw the rooms and the toilets . The room full of dust , no proper cleaning even when i asked the cleaning person to do it. They just fixed the bed . The bathroom not clean and looks in very bad condition. If the management will not take action and put proper plan to check after there workers. Then they will lose there customers. Room service also not responding directly if I requested anything and took 2 days to do it . I think i paid too much for bad service.

The hotel is new + clean + modern and super close to the airport. And we love the breakfast! Small touches like a Xiaomi scale and ready-to-use adapters made it easy. And with our late check-in, they prepared the room perfectly — they did turndown service. 酒店很新~干净又现代,离机场超级近,早餐也很不错的。小米体重秤和装好的转换插头这些小细节很贴心。我们checkin很晚,但房间已经备好了夜床服务,谢谢~

Wow wow wow, it look exactly like the photos but even better. Splendid and scrumptiously clean hotel. All the amenities needed. If you’re reading this review just book it and thank me later. I pay €2000-3000 a night in Europe for something of similar quality.

If we consider Egyptian standards, this hotel in Cairo is probably one of the best. If we refer to the European standards of 5-star Kempinski hotels, there would be a lot to correct. From the fact that the staff should respects privacy (they just walk into the room, while I were naked going to shower and then leave, without apologizing and laughing loudly), to the fact that there is a glass screen in the shower (same in 3 different rooms) leaking water, floods the bathroom or, say, the security service harassing you at 2 in the morning because of a ”suspicious” item in the suitcase, although the same thing was in the suitcase of the previous two arrivals and no one paid attention (it was a steam iron). In general, the staff is forced to be polite and they are very slow. Just a very kind restaurant receptionist and one nice waiter in Osman restaurant. I believe that this is the maximum that Kempinski manages to achieve in terms of its own standards considering the mentality of Egypt.

The military runs this hotel. It is alcohol-free. People were smoking everywhere, which may or may not bother others. The breakfast and dining services were good. The room was clean but a little dated. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff was helpful and always willing to answer questions and offer assistance. The reception desk is not manned 24 hours a day. I was disconnected/hung up on 3 times when trying to confirm that someone would be able to check us in when I arrived after midnight. I was told it would be fine but we had to wait for someone to check us in. The pool was great and we have no complaints. We had arranged a driver to take us on our tours so I am not sure if the location is good or not. Great hotel and would recommend it.

The location is excellent, close to the airport, and convenient for traveling to business locations. The hotel facilities are a bit old. Hotels in Egypt are not cheap, but if the price difference is not too big, I will still choose an international 5-star hotel. I chose breakfast but didn't eat it. According to my friend's description, there are not many breakfast options.

This hotel is located 5 minutes from the airport and is definitely one of the best mid-Price options in the area for a long layover or short stay. The location is NOT great if you want to see the pyramids or museums but great for being near the airport. The pool area is quite nice with a bar next to it and spaces to sunbathe. The restaurants are decent quality and the flavors are a 7/10. We got the Cesar salad, mixed grill plate, and shrimp soup! The shrimp soup was awesome and everything else was just OK! The wifi wasn’t strong unfortunately but if you sign up for the ALL benefits you can get faster wifi for free too. My stay at the Ramses Hilton Cairo was a mixed bag. The Nile views were undeniably spectacular, a constant, breathtaking backdrop. The location, central and convenient for exploring, was a major plus. Staff were generally welcoming and helpful. However, the hotel felt a bit dated; some areas seemed to need a refresh. While the dining options were adequate, they weren't exceptional. The pool area was a welcome respite from the Cairo heat. Overall, the Ramses Hilton offers good value, primarily due to its location and views, but don't expect a modern, luxurious experience. It's a solid, comfortable stay with a classic Cairo charm.

I chose this hotel because it's right next to the Egyptian Museum, which was very convenient for my first day in Cairo when I was unfamiliar with the city. It's really close to the museum, and getting to Giza train station by metro to buy tickets was also easy. There were a lot of police cars around, so it felt very safe. The room itself was very new. The only minor issue was that I had booked a pre-payment model, meaning I would pay upon checkout. This usually isn't a problem in my home country, but here, they unexpectedly required a $150 deposit. The platform was responsive and said they would follow up if the deposit wasn't returned later, and the hotel also informed us immediately after receiving the payment. It was just a small hiccup, nothing major. Overall, it was a very good stay! 👍

Egypt is a place that is hard to describe. Entering the hotel is a civilized world, clean and tidy. Walking out of the hotel is a primitive society with dust and dilapidated houses. Facilities: The lobby and the swimming pool are nice. I don't know which ”Tiancai” designer designed the room. The room is small, but the balcony is triangular and very small. Two adults can barely stand together. Hygiene: General. Service: During Easter, there are many guests and almost no service. The food in the riverside restaurant is really unpalatable. I ordered a barbecue, and it was covered with a pile of black residue. It was obvious that the barbecue net was too dirty, and the meat residue stuck on it. Every bite was bitter. The pasta was so salty. I couldn't eat it. When the waiter saw the almost untouched dishes when checking out, he asked if there was anything wrong with the dishes? I forced a smile and said nothing. I was too lazy to say polite words.
