”I recently stayed at the hub by Premier Inn London City Bank hotel. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. I slept well on the bed, which was very comfortable. There was no noise, and the room was quiet and had a nice smell. The staff was very nice; they talked to me well. Especially Adii and Sourav were very friendly. I stayed for 3 days as I came for a business meeting from the USA, and they treated me well. The breakfast was very delicious 🤤. They cooked everything well, and the breakfast timing is also good. At last, I suggest to everyone if you want a comfortable place in London, come to this hotel.''

The hotel is located in the center of a lot of attractions in the surrounding area, the road is reachable, the rent is not expensive, the room is large enough, the waiters are friendly and courteous, the facilities are not large, there is a coffee machine in the lobby to drink at any time. No housekeeping service for 5 days, generally satisfactory

I am not sure why the Cove has such a high rating, but for me staying there was regretful. I stayed for 15 nights and one of the primary reasons I chose this place was because of the amenities (washer/dryer) since I was traveling for just over three weeks and wanted to be able to address my laundry upon arrival from Amsterdam. I booked the large studio, which was exactly as pictured, with plenty of space and nicely planned. It was actually perfect in presentation. Issues arose quickly, as the washer/dryer actually would wash clothes, but the dryer component only added two hours onto the cycle and proceeded to drench the clothes with water, leaving them sopping wet. I thought I had done something wrong, so I tried again the next day, but it just repeated. When I contacted the front desk for help, I was told that maintenance was not working that day and that I should utilize the washer and dryers in the basement. After making the trek down there to do so, one of the dryers was broken and subsequently the dryer I used to dry my jeans was also broken after waiting an hour to see if my clothes were dried. That left only one dryer left and that was in use. Needless to say my day was shot dealing with all of this. The second issue was the bed, which was concaved and it was very difficult to be able to sleep. The only way to communicate with the front desk is by either going downstairs to them directly or through the Whatsapp, which is what I did. This was another complication on my day as I spent all day trying to get resolution; which ended up being housekeeping coming by around 4 in the afternoon to change all the bedding; which did help somewhat. They further told me that they would have the maintenance people come to fix the washer/dryer the next day. Despite indications that they did arrive the next day to fix the issue (because a rag was left behind), I was busy with my vacation and waited three more days until I tried to deal with the laundry issue again, only to find out that the problem was never fixed. They never communicated to me that something was done and I just assumed that it had been solved. Thus, here I was again one week into my stay and complained again stating that I was paying for amenities that I specifically wanted and that I was not happy. So they offered to move me to a full one bedroom unit the next day and assured me that they would make sure everything was operational. While the one bedroom was larger I do not feel that it was a better accommodation compared to the room I booked, except for the fact that the washer/dryer actually worked (Hooray!!!). There are some very positive things about this accommodation and that includes the heated bathroom floors, heated towel rack, excellent heating and air conditioning, the size of the room and the location being easily accessible to three underground stations and multiple bus lines. As far as the upkeep of the rooms, I feel that the large studio was slight

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Really good location, 1 minute walk from the underground. As soon as we arrived the customer service from reception was really friendly and welcoming. We were served by Jude. We got told we were upgraded free to a suite with complimentary champagne as it was my partner's birthday! The room was amazing! The decor was lovely and luxurious. Really clean! We loved having a bath and watching tele in it! Lovely having robes and slippers to use whilst staying. We went up to the roof terrace bar/restaurant overlooking london which was amazing. Really relaxed, chilled environment. We went just for drinks and had some lovely cocktails. Staff were really attentive and friendly. Others around us had food which looked really good, we were jealous! I would definitely stay again at this hotel as one night was not enough!

I used to live at Calico House for a few years as a student, but this time I traveled to London to give birth to my twins. During our stay, the staff took excellent care of us and treated us like family. I cannot express enough appreciation for their kindness and behavior, which made our lives more comfortable and convenient. A special thank you goes to Ina Klaus, the Operations Manager, who personally came to us and managed everything in the best possible way in the shortest possible time. Her thoughtfulness and respect made our stay even more comfortable. We received a heartwarming welcome gift from the staff for our twins 💜. I also received a lovely email from Kate Fletcher, the General Manager of Cheval Three Quays & Cheval Calico House, full of love and kindness. The kindness of the staff, especially Mohammed, Kola, Phil, and Edwin at the front desk, was unparalleled. They surrounded us with love and felt like family. Mohammed was very handy and helped us assemble the twins’ pushchair. Elizabeth from the housekeeping team was in charge of cleaning services and did an excellent job managing everything. The entire team was professional and helpful, doing their best to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. They serve from their hearts, making them very special and distinguished. The area is safe, and access to public transportation is very convenient. Calico House is located in a lively area close to supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, cafes, and pubs. The flats are fully equipped and feel like home. The only downside is that it can be quite noisy during weekdays, and the furniture in block B is quite used. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderfully attentive staff. We booked this hotel at the last minute (arrived less than an hour after booking because our previous hotel was not what we would expect it to be,) and we were immediately relieved upon entering the Westin. It smells like a spa, the staff welcomed our tired family with juice, and after checking in, Krishna (the front desk manager at the time) provided our children with teddy bears and passport books for them to collect stamps from staff throughout the hotel. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming arrival. The next morning we were attended to by Neal in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, and he was very kind and considerate as well. The location of the hotel is by St. Paul’s Cathedral and plenty of pubs and eateries. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel.

The hotel has a history of hundreds of years. The door is very small and it is easy to walk by accidentally, so that every time you go back to the neighborhood, you have to look at it. There are stairs and elevators (the elevator is so narrow that it can accommodate two adults and two large luggage). But none of these things affect my quality experience. First of all, the reception was very enthusiastic. Although English was like white paper, I couldn't understand what she was saying, but I still felt her thoughtful and meticulous care and warm attitude. The facilities in the hotel from the inside to the outside did not have a sense of centuries-old. Retained some hundred years of temperament, but the internal facilities are very modern, especially the bathroom, simple and clean, enough to meet my needs for the bathroom. Especially worth mentioning is that coffee, tea bags, biscuits, chocolates in the room are provided every day. Water and bubble water can be free and unlimited. The day before, we also bought water in the supermarket to take it back. Although it is less than 1 pound, if you need to buy it back every day, It's also very troublesome and expensive. In particular, I am a big water drinker 😂 The Nestle capsule coffee machine in the room is easy to use. It makes me want to buy a thought to bring it back for the first time. The hotel is located in the financial street. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The bus bus and subway station are close at hand. It is still very convenient to go back to the hotel to rest when you are tired. By the way, this trip to London has a much better experience of the bus than the subway. In short, the hotel likes it very much. If you have the opportunity, you will stay again. I am willing to recommend it to my friends.

Very nice hotel and amazing location. Nice shops and tesco market near the hotel, about a 3 minutes walk. The nearest underground stations are monument and bank. The employees are very cooperative and helpful. There is complementary coffee and water in the lobby which is wonderful and a time saver. Room and bathroom are clean, bed is comfy. As for the facilities, unfortunately there wasn’t a safe box in the room but you can get a safe box in the lobby which both you and the staff have keys to, both keys have to be present to open the safe box. And one of the rooms that we booked didn’t have a fridge which we didn’t mind at all. In regards to the quietness, we can slightly hear the doors opening from the rooms near us. Over all I would rate the hotel 9/10. Thanks to ismail and parshant .

The Edison is as good as ever and of such quality. Hotels in London are too expensive, so I booked the cheapest room type. On the downside, there is no view from the window. This hotel has a great feeling, the entrance is very beautiful, but there are many bars around at night, it would be scary to walk on foot. The toiletries are still specially customized by le labo. In the morning, the downstairs smells like coffee, and when you come back at night, it smells like le labo the noir, which is very comfortable. The room is fully equipped, the toilet is fully surrounded by rain, and there is mineral water. The light switch is also very delicate.

This time I came to London and stayed at the Magnificent, the Fragmented Shangri-La, the Horse Guards and the Bulgari. The rooms in this 1,500-pound hotel had no highlights at all. I really felt like I was paying an IQ tax! Moreover, the air conditioner was very noisy, there was dust on the table, and even the pens had no refills. Several others have their own characteristics. Bulgari is not recommended.

Great experience staying at this place, easy, smooth and fuss free. The location was excellent, 5 min walk from the train and DLR stations and a short stroll to the vibrant Greenwich with all its attractions. We particularly appreciated the little kitchenette as we cook all our own meals. The bathroom was nice, spacious and warm. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay and would stay here again. Great value compared to what's available in London.

We had to leave very unexpectedly, but did find the hotel a little run down looking from the outside. We had arrived early and the room was ready, but we could only check in early for an extra charge which we declined, as we were going out anyway so just left our bags in the car. The room was supposed to be an executive room however, it was like any other room we had ever stayed in so don’t know what was executive about it. Tea tray was a bit stingy with 1 packet of biscuits between 2 of us (1 biscuit each). Only 4 milk cartons, but plenty of tea and coffee sachets. The bathroom had nice shower gel and lotion supplied with plenty of towels but, also had blue insulation tape on the radiator and the ceiling above the bath was peeling it all looked a little tired. The room was clean and perfectly comfortable, but definitely lacked that added luxury that I thought we had upgraded to with executive. Maybe that was my own fault not checking exactly what the difference was between normal and executive aside from the price. Sadly, our trip was cut short with an emergency, so we never got to stay overnight or sample the breakfast.

Some hiccups during checkin. We specified in our booking that we have 2 kids. We even stated their ages. When we arrived, they said booking is only made for 2 adults. I showed them everything I have to prove my booking. They said we used a 3rd party agent to book (ie trip.com). The agent made a mistake and we should talk to them. (What???? ) But they will do me a favour and do the talking… ?? (Doing me a favour like I did sth wromg??). In the end they upgrade us to a family suite, adding that it could be for 1 night only, they may require us to move and bla bla bla….. Yes you upgraded me but so what! Your staff’s attitude is the whole problem. I used a 3rd party agent, but it’s a company you approved of. When problems arise you blame it on customer?! I gave a 2/5 for service simply bcoz of the upgrade.

I lived in this hotel for the first time in the UK. The experience was very good at the time, the hotel is in a good location and cost-effective, so I thought I would choose to stay here afterwards. I wanted to book a room in advance for the second time this time, but chose a lot of dates without a room. Later only accessible rooms were available. Think about staying alive for two nights. Because one of them happens to be a New Year's Eve, it goes without saying that the price is not cost-effective. The room I gave was facing the street, and I didn't sleep well after a night of noisy. And this time the service attitude was very average. Retaining luggage is also reluctant. The front desk was also lazy. In short, I won't come next time. In the end, a penny is a penny, and a willingness to spend money on Mayfair's Marriott.

The service was immaculate as all staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and had a great view. There was even a complimentary ferry directly to Canary Wharf. One improvement would be that on the trip app there is a photo of pool however this hotel does not have one. After booking we saw the picture of the pool and brought swim costumes unnecessarily due to this. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay and would both recommend it to others and stay again myself.

I have spent 40 years traveling the world and I have stayed in the smallest hotels that Japan has to offer including capsule hotels. Hotel Mimi beats them all - the room I stayed in was small, really small with no window. But it was great! - I knew what I was letting myself in for but I knew all I wanted was a comfortable bed and somewhere to wash and the room excelled at both of these things. Beautiful marble bathroom with Molton Brown soaps and shampoos. Now, if you ask if it was worth the nearly £200 I paid the answer is no - but this is London and thats what you have to pay. It's comfy and quiet down there and I was able to get on with some work. Once my room was ready I discovered that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Then later in the evening Joshua was kind enough to bring me up a fan along with a key that allowed him to open the windows. So often you're just another number, but not tonight. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this hotel as often as possible and recommend it to others.

The location is very convenient, I always walk to the store and walk to Harold. The hotel room is a typical not-so-large room in London, but the magnificent room I live in is almost the same.
