There are few choices for breakfast, but the taste is okay.
There are several bars at the door, you can hear a little sound before going to bed, but it does not affect sleep.
The sauna room is not the same as the domestic ones, it is electric heating, and it feels not very safe.
There is only one inconvenience, everyone should pay attention! !
The hotel is in an old complex. The elevator is only available from the second floor, so it is not very convenient for people with a lot of luggage. When I went there, I asked the waiter to help me move it up. They only helped me when I checked out. We moved to the elevator. So the four boxes on the last floor were moved by our two girls. If there is less luggage, this problem is not your problem. The other places are great.

The noisy mini refrigerator was equipped with one bottle of water from the rubber, in front of the anti-covid rules. The bathroom is not suitable for the washing of the bathroom, because you need to move your hands from one side to the other, and in the shower glass there are still adhesives to avoid breaking them. The room was opened on a terrace in common with the other room after being climbed up from a three-stage Ikea wood, to the front of the safety standards, and through a lower window. The terrace with powerful air-conditioning machines has a beautiful view of the motorway box. In the asthetary, common to the three rooms, there is a hot coffee and drink machine that is a offense to the famous Napoletano coffee. The gentleman who grew us seemed very shocked by our presence and the fact that we had accepted his offer of two cornets, which probably came from the table of the last King Borbone. We are convinced that Naples can be better.

|0.69km from city centerI’ll try to make this as constructive as possible, so I’ll start with the good. The property is located in a convenient location close to the Central Station, although the area around the station is a little dirty with some homeless people. When you get into the apartment, it’s clean and nicely decorated. The room was for 3 people and was pretty nice. Now for the downsides… When we arrived, the elevator was broken, so we had to suffer through carrying our luggage up 2 stories of stairs. Luckily, they apartment building was able to get the elevator fixed within a day or two of our arrival. Also, there were only sheets on the beds, no blankets. So that first night, we were cold. We later got blankets from housekeeping (housekeeping is only there for a few hours in the morning). There was no iron available, so if your clothes are wrinkled, you’re sh*t out of luck unless you brought your own. Communication was lacking. We ran out of toilet tissue and was told they would leave some at the front desk. They never did. We went 2 days without them restocking our toilet tissue. Luckily, we had wipes with us. They also never came to clean our room. The description for the room said “daily housekeeping” but I guess they just meant for the common areas. We were supposed to be provided with breakfast cards each day for the each of us (there were 3 of us in a room). We were only left one card one day. Never saw another card after that (this was brought up to the staff via WhatsApp and the cards still weren’t provided, just like the toilet tissue). Apparently, garbage gets collected around 1 in the morning. You can hear it loud and clear, at least from my room. There’s also a bell or something that goes off every morning at 7:30am. Again, you can hear it loud and clear from the room we were in. If you’re planning to stay in Naples for only a day or two, you might be ok with this place. Other than that, meh.

I expected it to be expensive, considering the area, but it was very affordable, and my room was huge and very clean. It’s in a stunning ancient building in a picturesque courtyard - with arches and stairs that almost look Roman! Lorenzo the owner is a young Neapolitan guy and super nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

B&b is located in a complex of condominiums, has several rooms, we have the industrial room. This is very clean room, with all the comforts, comfortable bed, unpaid bathroom, as well as a pleasant view! All works. Excellent location with 5/10 min walk you reach the most interesting points of Napoli. Silent, we have been sleeping very well. |1.01km from city centerWe stayed here for 3 nights on the occasion of the 25th April long weekend. Structure in a fantastic location, a few steps from the historic center, and from public transport. Comfortable room equipped with every comfort. Clean and fragrant environment. Nice structure, he rested well. Room with balcony, excellent for us smokers! There is also a kitchen available for guests, we have not used it but it is equipped with everything. As soon as you leave the door you will find restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. we will return to Naples because it is an enchanting city as well as the people who live it and we will certainly stay in this b&b. |0.36km from city centerThe room was large and the bathroom one of the biggest hotel bathrooms I've ever seen. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well. The air conditioning worked very efficiently. Breakfast was very reasonable at €7 per person. The room was very quiet, and I heard no noise from within the premises or from the street outside when the window was closed. Renato was an excellent host and always willing to assist. He called a taxi to the airport when I checked out, which was there in 4 minutes and cost €20. The property is located in the first floor, but that was in no way an inconvenience, There is a lift (elevator) for people with a physical problem, or who simply don't like walking upstairs. It is a short walk to Via Tribunali, Via Duomo, Naples Underground and the cathedral. I walked everywhere in Naples, and it was not a problem. I highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Naples.

|1.84km from city center民宿離地鐵有一點點的距離。但還算近。從Museo 過去是上坡。拉行李會有點累。民宿裡面很舒適。Host也很親切。老先生不會英文。民宿附近環境就比較接地氣一些。早餐沒有蛋。但糕點非常好吃。很喜歡。房間很舒適，有個小冰箱。但也有老公寓的問題，水壓不足和熱水來的比較慢。要注意民宿7點關門。晚到就進不來了。另外就是wifi有點差。然後手機訊號也差。整體來說還是滿意的。重點：附近有一家小雜貨店。一瓶二升的水賣我1歐元。同樣的水之後在超市買，只要0.3歐。但民宿附近好像沒有大超市。
The location is a bit of distance from Museo station, especially if u carry luggage’s. It is uphill from the station. The B&B inside is very comfortable, so is the room. The breakfast does not have eggs, but the pastries are delicious. Many different varieties. The wifi somehow is slow and weak. The cell phone signal is weak as well. Overall, I have a good stay in this B&B

The zipper on our backpack broke, so Valeria gave us 2 giant safety pins and advice on where to get a new one. She always made sure we were headed out for our day's trip in the right direction. The day of our departure, it poured rain and we thought that was our biggest problem. Valeria informed us of a public transport strike so, at great effort, she managed to find us a taxi. Not easy as all Naples was doing the same thing. All this AND a splendid breakfast, spotlessly clean room, quiet street, lovely neighborhood. Apartment beautifully decorated.

|1.75km from city centerStayed two nights in May with a friend! Chosen based on the positive reviews which however do not reflect absolutely what we found! LOCATION: excellent, perfect for getting around Naples in all respects! STAFF: nice Now let's talk about everything else. Room compared to the photos shown on Booking and on trip much smaller and run down. The room was on two levels on the floor below there was a very uncomfortable sofa with a towel that I don't know how long it had been there! Under the mezzanine as a hanging decoration of fake grapes that would look pretty if it weren't full of dust! Soft bed and go well it flies over! Extremely small bathroom with a mat for when you get out of the shower so small and unsuitable that it was more dangerous than anything else! The shower with a giant step is a curtain that fixed absolutely nothing a 2x1.5 bathroom was completely flooded! Cartigenica present only 1 roll to be requested more if necessary I would say that at least two rolls left in the room would be useful since the staff is not always present! Few towels and terry shower towels, face and bidet towels (not present) made with recycled pillowcases !! Very small balcony from the photos it seemed super exploitable it is cramped alone! Change of sheets and towels on request but it is assumed that in the morning the room will be fixed at least a wet mat replaced or towels changed if left on the floor. The breakfast is not understood! I think only possibility of coffee and cappuccino, nothing else was offered to us. Good coffee, frozen brioches cooked every morning but still served too hot (it seems we were too early risers but if breakfast starts at 8.30 and I show up at 8.40 respect the times, right?) good puff pastry. Since the service is served by the staff, you expect that upon arrival you will be offered what was available or in any case that you will be provided with a basket with jams or various choices but in reality for everything you wanted you have to ask (it seemed almost disturbing) since I'm paying for a service I would also like the height! The entrance door should also be cleaned because it is sticky and full of hair to the touch! You understand that Naples and the Neapolitans are characteristic but having paid 150 euros for two nights I expect much more! I would not go back and would not recommend it as a choice!

|0.24km from city centerSituated right on the main square when leaving the central station of Naples, this B&B hotel is the ideal place when you want to visit the town or have an overnight stay to travel onwards. The main metro lines into town and the trains to Pompei, the Vesuvius or the Amalfi coast, are all just across the square. It is situated on the 4th floor in a large building, with other similar small hotels and B&B's. Re Diego offers an easy self-check-in by following the instructions they send via Whatsapp, so you can arrive whenever you wish. The rooms, with sliding doors, are not the largest, but they are clean, airy and quite noise-proof. Our room overlooked the square and the station, with a view as far as the Vesuvius. The air-conditioning worked efficiently, which wasn't a luxury as despite traveling in October, the weather was still quite hot. The breakfast is on a pre-order basis: the evening before you make your selection and the next morning, it is served - by a very friendly staff - in your room. This system works like a charm, and it avoids the typical food waste from a buffet-style breakfast. One area of caution: the bathroom floor is about 10cm above the room floor, so be careful when stepping out as you might misstep and fall between the shower and the bed! Just like most neighbourhoods around a central station in large cities, the square is not the finest place to hang out. It seems a bit dodgy at night, but because the hotel is not situated in some dark alley, there shouldn't be any issues. Just take the normal precautions with your luggage, wallet and telephone - something that counts for all of Naples. And one last point: don't forget to close the inside doors of the elevator or it is blocked for anyone else to use. Nobody really likes to climb three flights of stairs with heavy luggage!

Room 3 was lovely and clean with balcony going round and excellent air con with Netflix to watch on tele including in English along with various languages. The staff are lovely and communication via WhatsApp was excellent. However it’s opposite the docks and can get very loud with traffic. Our first night we didn’t feel very safe, but that’s naples for you. Breakfast was included. On first day we got freshly squeezed orange juice, with nice cappuccino and croissant, then none the rest of the stay. It is few mins walk away from the accommodation but we soon got our bearings. We did feel like it was like Fort Knox entering in and out with the unreliable lift under extreme heat. Next time I think we will stay in sorrento rather than naples city due to the surroundings. On the other hand, location was good and close to the ferry dock and metro station.

|4.58km from city centerI don’t think it was worth the price. Our apartment was on the first floor and was very dark and humid. It was clean but the couches had lots of stains on them which made it a bit unpleasant. It offers 5 people to sleep in, we were four but 2 adults and 2 kids and we need 3 sleeping spaces but when we arrived only 2 beds were made and not the third. When we called they tried to say that we had kids on the reservation which doesn’t mean they don’t need a separate bed. They said it was after 5 pm and they couldn’t do anything about extra set of sheets. We had to figure out something else until they brought the sheets the next day. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean but the beds and pillows are not very comfortable. We were not warned ahead of time that the building was under renovations and it was very loud from 8am on every day during the week, which made it hard for our kids to take a nap during the day. For the price we paid I had expected more comfort and service.

The room was very nice and clean, the location is close to the metro/central station and also walking distance to many nice cafes and restaurants. The host was very helpful and kind, and helped us to figure out our trip and how to navigate the taxi strike. The breakfast he made us was amazing, we were able to choose between a rich variety of foods. At the day of our check-out we had seven hours to wait before we left for the airport, in which the host kept our luggage safe. We had a wonderful stay, and hope to return! We definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast is served at the bar in the nearby square, a few steps from the structure. The owner, Felice, always kind and available, gave us the opportunity to leave the baggage in the structure on the last day, to allow us to be free to roll, before taking the train. Perhaps the only negative note is the lack of lift to reach the hall and rooms, and this could be a problem for those who have difficulty to take the stairs. My husband and I decided that we would return here for our next stay in Naples.

Moltissimi bar e ristorantini attorno all'hotel, visto la location così centrale. -struttura: si trova al terzo piano di una corte (piccolo ascensore disponibile). molto sicuro (si accede solo tramite chiave elettronica che apre la porta principale) e molto pulito, nelle stanze comuni c'e' sempre un ottimo profumo! siamo state piacevolmente colpite dalle aree comuni: c'e' un'enorme cucina a disposizione con frigo, microonde, lavastoviglie, macchinetta del caffè ecc. e inoltre c'e' un lungo tavolone che puo' accogliere una decina persone, la sera si puo' mangiare li. abbiamo soggiornato sei giorni e lo spazio comune e' sempre stato pulito e mai in disordine. c'e' anche una deliziosa terrazza con molte sdraio. -camere: spaziose e dotate di tutto, incluso minifrigo e kettle. la struttura e' SILENZIOSISSIMA, abbiamo dormito benissimo. -staff: le ragazze sono state meravigliose! accoglienti, sempre sorridenti e disponibili ad aiutarci anche in momenti di crisi (documenti persi). la reception non e' aperta 24 ore su 24 ma le ragazze si fanno in quattro per aiutarti e rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. consigliatissimo!!!

It can seem overwhelming at first but it is 100% safe, just hectic at times like some parts of new York city. The rooms are located up 2 flights of stairs so keep that in mind if stairs give you problems. The building looks older from the entrance and outside but the rooms and hotel are a luxurious oasis in the area. The rooms are modern and very clean and the hosts are friendly and super helpful. This area may have been dangerous many years ago but that is not the case at all. Located right by the metro, it's convenient and safe. I've walked around at night in this area near midnight feeling completely safe. These rooms are great for those who want to experience the true naples experience. There is literally a fish market right downstairs. While the area may seem hectic during the day, it's very quiet at night, so no problems sleeping. There seems to be a small sri lankan population nearby so there's wonderful sri lankan food shops right around the corner and a great pizzeria and Italian markets and coffee shops around the other corner. Amazing experience and I would 100% come back here again. We took the metro everywhere and it was great having a stop literally a block from the place.

Mario was extremely helpful & kind giving us directions from the train station and guiding us not to be ripped off by the taxi companies. All the water in the fridge was free which was a lovely gesture (everywhere else has made us pay for it). The TV had Netflix which meant we could have some down time from the busy city & our 2 week trip! Breakfast was included in our stay in a cute cafe down the road called Karma Cafe where we had the most BEAUTIFUL Italian breakfast. 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming to Napoli! |0.28km from city centerI had a beautiful stay here in b&b 248. I came for 5 nights and stayed in room 2. Naples is a very lively city, I don't think you will find any hotel with complete silence. The noise levels didn't bother me however it maybe wouldn't be suitable for a light sleeper; although it probably means Naples isn't the right city for you altogether. The bed was comfortable, the room was beautiful, clean and good for the price. Nunzia was pleasant in the messages and friendly when checking me in. The only real issue I had was the shower. It may be the fault of the user, but I didn't enjoy the water pressure on the shower, and there was a tiny shower head that I think would have had more pressure, but I wasn't entirely sure how to use it😅 By the end of the week, it felt like going home at the end of each day, and it's in a great location close to Napoli Centrale which can connect you to many great cities, as well as the ports if you're interested in visiting Amalfi or the surrounding area. The bed is very large and you even have some fresh fruit free on the room soqie a minibar with cheap prices. The view is more than spectacular, port, Vesuv, city centre, everything so close! That's the advantage when you are on the 6th floor. Breakfast so lovely with fresh cake of Marta and I was just great helped to find all the clullical wishes! Thank you, 11 of 10 stars!

The BnB is ideally located with close access to a Metro station, and within walking distance of the historic centre. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, with a very modern and well-fitted bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi and internet speed was excellent, which was important for me as I had a one-off work video call (90mbs or thereabouts and around 20-30mbs upload speed! fantastic!). Breakfast included a choice of homemade Italian cakes, which were very yummy. Gianni doesn't just treat his BnB as a business - it is clear to me that he loves his city so much that he genuinely cares about his guests having the best experience in Napoli. I felt very much taken care of while there, and his advice about where to get the best pizza fritte and sfogliatella was extremely important. :-) The next time I stay in Napoli it is impossible for me to consider staying anywhere else!
