"This hotel has a lot of character, though the winding hallways felt a bit like a maze. We also had to get our key cards reprogrammed three times at the front desk before both room keys worked. But aside from that, everything else was great! The hallways are clean and modern, and there are three elevators, so you don't have to navigate the 'maze' much (except for walking to the very end for breakfast). The location is excellent; it's just a few steps to Puerta del Sol, making it easy to reach any major attraction in the city center. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, and they always greeted us warmly when we returned. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse – one of the most extensive we've seen across the 7-8 countries we've visited. The buffet had rows and rows of food! Our room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate, very tidy, and everything worked well. Overall, this was one of the most comfortable hotels we stayed at during our trip, apart from the initial hassle with the key cards on the first day. It would be even better if they could fix those faulty key cards!"

"The most outstanding and unexpected hotel of our entire European trip, far exceeding our expectations. We booked it quite casually, but we were both very satisfied. The hotel's location was excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. The ground floor offered complimentary fruit, bread, and coffee of a very high standard, almost like takeout. The bedding was clean, and the room was beautiful."

"Overall, it's pretty good, very close to the airport. Convenient. I recommend the buffet, even though the selection isn't huge. If you're looking for a place near the airport, this is the best choice. Great value for money."
