"The service was great as soon as you entered the store! During the Chinese New Year, I also gave small gifts and cards, but the greetings on the cards were not in Chinese!
The room I booked was relatively small, but it was enough for me. The heating was not enough and not bad. The heating of the room and the exhaust fan of the toilet are noisy! For some friends, the bathtub in this hotel is necessary and quite large. Toiletries are from Sudan.
Breakfast is not too many, but very delicious!
The surrounding attractions can be reached in about 17-20 minutes, Calton Hill is about 29 minutes, and Edinburgh Railway Station Waverley is 21 minutes."

"This hotel is conveniently located near Haymarket Station, making it easy to get to all of Edinburgh's attractions. It was cherry blossom season during my stay, and the entire city was breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel breakfast was very extensive, and they even offered local specialties like Haggis to try. My only minor regret was that after checking in, I noticed the bed type was incorrect from what I'd booked. However, the front desk promptly resolved the issue for me. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

"The service far exceeded my expectations!! I originally booked the Indigo Edinburgh, but due to renovations, they didn't inform me beforehand. When I checked in, they switched me to one of their backup hotels, which was completely different in price and class! I was furious! The Indigo's service and management are terrible!! It happened to be a weekend in Edinburgh, and I almost couldn't book a hotel. I managed to find the Scotsman Hotel across the street, and checking into the room was a complete surprise! They had prepared welcome champagne, and the room's color scheme was very warm and conducive to sleep. Even though I was only staying one night, the front desk staff didn't treat me badly at all. They were very enthusiastic in introducing the hotel's services, and there was also a very stylish cocktail bar, although it closed a bit early; they stopped providing the drink menu at 11 pm."

"Really lovely location in the heart of Edinburgh’s west end…. Great bed and bathroom with excellent amenities. Only improvement for me would be less extreme wall art - I found the huge photograph of a man on the wall of the living room space rather intimidating and odd, and some of the other modern art pieces were not to taste either, so if returning is request a different room. Staff were absolutely lovely and the breakfast croissant at Huxley next door was perfect."
