As two couples we had a great 7 day stay at Fraser Suites. I will summarise our stay as follows: Positives: The accommodation suited us perfectly; spacious, with a balcony, washer, dryer, and two bathrooms. Plenty of storage space, especially in the kitchen if you need it. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The apartment was spotless and housekeeping visited every day, replenishing laundry powder, toiletries and they also left fresh towels. The master bedroom is big, with ensuite bathroom (with a separate toilet to the shower). There is a Fairprice Finest literally next door, along with a Little Farms, and an Italian restaurant that does takeaway pizza. Other local eateries too. The Great World MRT is about a 12-15 minute walk away, but once you get the hang of the buses they are good too, as there are stops nearby. The MRT is just two stops away on this route (Riva Lodge). We didn’t use the free shuttle service. The pool area was nice and pool towels are provided. We never had to wait long for the lifts. Negatives: A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful so that I could do my make-up and dry my hair whilst my husband was in the shower. I don’t think there was one in the master bedroom either. There are full length mirrors all along one wall in the kitchen so I resorted to doing my hair and make-up in there. No spare socket by the bed. Nowhere to put towels in the smaller bathroom. We would have been happy to re-use towels if there was somewhere to hang them up and felt this was a waste of energy. A couple of hooks would have been brilliant. The kitchen was very poorly equipped if you’re going to be there for a longer period, but there is a note left by management to just ask for anything you need. A small table on the balcony would have been useful. Breakfast was very hit and miss. On more than one occasion I had to tell the staff that the scrambled eggs and sausages were cold. I was very worried about the food safety aspect of lukewarm meat. We ended up asking the staff to get the chef to make us fresh eggs once we realised this was an option. The toaster was so slow and took 2-3 rotations to get anything other than warm bread. It was however nice to have a bit of variety of the Asian dishes. If you don’t mind being a bit outside of the city, this is a great place for families with the convenience of laundry facilities and a balcony. Daily housekeeping was a bonus and breakfast included. I would certainly recommend it. I hope this is helpful!

The trick is: good pictures on ***********, (but absolutely not honest pictures!), and a non-refundable fee on the total amount of the duration your stay - the reservation can’t be cancelled even if you don’t like what you see when you get there. Once you get to this place and see what you put yourself to, it’s too late, you need to pay the entire stay as is non-refundable/non-changeable (I booked via ***********). Unfortunately we had to endure our stay at Orchard “Grand Court” as we could not afford booking another hotel, spending again such a huge amount (2950,€ ). Towels are falling apart and stained, the smell in the air is of oily food, the bathroom is outdated and absolutely dirty, black fungus basically everywhere in the shower area and behind water tap, stained and cracked walls, it definitely needs fresh paint, even better, a whole make-over in order to make up for the price they ask and what they offer. This place should be asking for 1/4 of the price, as they’re billing the same as good hotel chains but can’t offer the minimum comfort and cleanliness!! For the same amount, you can stay at a way better places in Singapore! Don’t waste your money coming here. Overall is just a “hotel / serviced apartment” that doesn’t deserve one star. Even the pillows can’t be saved: place your head in the pillow to touch the mattress, you’d need to fold the pillow in two or to get a few of them in order to support the weight of your head a few centimeters up. Everything here is from the worse quality ever. Unfortunately, my daughter and I had to endure a 14 night stay at this place; I contacted *********** via phone and emails for several days and they didn’t come up with a solution. I’d be very happy to have moved hotels or to get a refund from the remaining of the nights so I could still try to save a few days of my holidays. That didn’t happen. *********** just spent my time on emails up and down, but offered absolutely no solution. (The payment was directly to the hotel, not to *********** but I believe *********** should be responsible for what they announce on their website). To continue giving you a picture of this place and make sure you’d never spend your money here, I give more feedback: the toilet paper desintegrares in your hands, the kitchen sink was dirty and full of spots when we arrived (old coffee from previous guests), the soap is a powerful detergent to you body (and I mean this in a bad way) I do advise to bring your own soap, and the breakfast, even for free, I didn’t manage to go a second time. The pictures of the breakfast on *********** are totally fake. I’ve the feeling they buy the cheapest of the cheapest and absolutely don’t care at all about (any) quality. You’ll see beautiful pictures of fruits well disposed on a table, etc : it’s all fake! I can’t say I’m disappointed, because I’m actually feeling cheated, robbed and fooled, because I trusted the pictures I saw on *********** and for the price (2950,€ for

great and clean facilities, staff response time to request was excellent throughout the facilities, a special mentioned to Ali and Josephine of Club Level for their attentiveness. Will come back again but of course without the swift-mania that cause the price to spike to unreasonable levels.

This is a new venue in Singapore, offering guests loads of comfort. It consists of a main building (reception/lounge area/work space) and a newly built building, where the rooms/apar**ents are located. In between lie the swimming pool 30 mtrs or so long and the gym. Rooms are very comfortable, well designed and well equipped. Staff is very helpful. They offer guests a good breakfast, not abundant but more than enough for us. Around six they offer guests free wine and beer and some snacks. Non alcoholic beverages/coffee/tea are available 24/7. Bicycles are available too.

Excellent service, as expected from a Kerry / Shangri-La property. The property is undergoing (needed) refurbishment. We stayed in an older apartment because it was the only 3 bedroom apartment available. It was clean and comfortable but not exactly luxurious. The location is very convenient via bus and soon to be built mrt. Great World mall is great for meals and groceries. Being close to the river walk is wonderful for a healthy stroll in the morning or for nightlife at the quays.

Not in a busy area, at least 10 minutes by subway to get to the subway station (Zhonglulu). The room is a suite. We live in a bedroom and a living room. The bed is very large, at least 1.8 meters. There is a sofa in the living room that can be pulled out to sleep, but it costs CAD 88. There is a small kitchen where you can make your own breakfast every day. There is a community with restaurants and supermarkets just a few minutes walk to the right of the hotel. The front desk cannot speak Chinese. We left before 6am and had to check out one night early to get the deposit back. The overall evaluation is still very good, in addition to being very tired every day, it takes a long way to go back.

I have stayed at this hotel three times recently. This in itself shows my recognition of the hotel’s various services and facilities. The price of the hotel is at a mid-to-high level among similar hotels. The biggest feature is the feeling of home, quiet, warm and comfortable, and most of the guests are long-term guests. , Breakfast is also good, simple but adequate and nutritious. The disadvantage is that the housekeeping staff are few and the cleaning is not timely.
