I originally came to Chengdu on a business trip. I thought Chengdu is a tourist city after all, so I found a hotel in the city center. I called the front desk to ask if they had any painkillers, but since I didn’t know my physical condition well, I didn’t dare to provide any medicine at will. At this time, the housekeeper Xiaoji asked if I needed to accompany me to the hospital for a check-up. I hesitated but agreed. So Xiao Ji came to the room to pick me up and took a taxi with me to the hospital. During this period, she helped me sit on the bench, and then she stayed with me, helped me queue up and registered for me; she also accompanied me for a check-up, and finally helped me pay for my medical expenses and got me medicine. After asking the doctor a lot of questions, including precautions, and confirming that there was no major problem and that it was caused by too much stress and not getting enough rest, she felt relieved, sent me back to the hotel room, and packed me some breakfast from the restaurant. She ate it and boiled hot water for me. After watching me take the medicine, she asked me to have a good rest. She had already told the guest room that she would not disturb me. If she needed to clean the room, she would wait until I woke up. Just call the front desk and they really thought of everything for me. After chatting, I heard that the hotel is a chain owned by Tongcheng. There are quite a few stores across the country. Just staying here this time made me full of expectations for all hotels in this series. Not only are the staff patient and attentive, but the service quality is extremely high, and the floors of the rooms are also very high.
