The location of this hotel is 300m away from the main shopping areas. Beside the hotel there are plenty of eateries . The room is spacious and comfortable and very clean . Very good service by the hotel staff . Love the robot who sent all the deliveries to our room . A very comfortable stay . Will stay here again in future .

We were there in Chengdu and faced some sudden changes in our itinerary when arriving,the staffs was extremely helpful and friendly in assisting us for all the problems and queries.
I had my mother and brother birthdays on the day we checked in, the staff did a lot of surprises with decorations and cards, really appreciate the help from the morning sets of service crew. I may not get their names but i remember the gentleman with spectacles, along with two ladies with great smiles.
100% would recommend our friends or families to choose this hotel whenever they visit chengdu!!!

The hotel provides really good service to its customers based on my own experience. I was able to check in at a very early time of the day, 8:30ish which is beyond what most of hotels could do to their guests and certainly surprised me nicely to a great deal. The smile started from their reception desk who also gave me a room upgrade. I was able to get a good rest after an over night long haul flight. There were some minor hiccups due to the maintenance issue, but I was given a room change in a timely manner. The amenities are little dated resulting in some facilities in the room fell apart such as the cover of the knob used as a plug in the bathtub which came off although it didn’t affect its function but made me feel a little uncomfortable in a 5 star hotel. If the hotel maintenance could step up its effort to check the functionality of the amenities, this is a very nice, value for money hotel. It is a walking distance to the nearest subway station. I could even walk to the main city centre and some of the famous tourist attractions from the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

This is hands-down the best hotel that I have stayed in during my Sichuan trip. I have stayed in a total of 5 different hotels during my trip and this is the best of all as per my daughter's opinion too. The hot bath provided a much needed rest and relax leisure for the family and the room is extremely well maintained and cozy. I highly recommend this place and will definitely only book this hotel if I comes back to Chengdu again. 5-stars!

We were not disappointed, in fact the stay exceeded expectations. Not only were the rooms in traditional style, they were clean and well maintained. Also, the service was excellent from the moment we arrived. We were helped with our heavy luggage by the team including 小李 to check-in and to our rooms. The hotel compound itself is worth a visit with historic buildings and even antique cars. Location is great as the main entrance opens to the attractions at 文殊院.

Highly recommended! We chose this hotel for our wedding anniversary getaway, and they did made our celebration extra special. We got a cake from them, also decorated our room romantically. Service was perfect, room was huge, clean and just PERFECT. Very family friendly. Food was great. If you want a perfect city and river view, go to this hotel. Cindy was amazing, very professional, friendly and helpful. Most of the staff speak good english if you are a non chinese speaker. They’re very helpful. A fine gentleman down in their lobby area helped us ordered a car. I forgot his name. Thankful we chose this hotel. We are definitely going back here again

This is the first time in my life that I have reviewed a hotel, because this hotel is so perfect. For me who travels for business all year round, this is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever encountered. Whether it is the environment, service, room layout, or catering, it is comparable to a five-star hotel. The receptionist Zhou Qin is also perfect. She is beautiful, intellectual, generous, and enthusiastic. She has a very good attitude and is very patient in helping me solve the booked style. I even asked for a business card specifically to recommend this hotel to colleagues who will travel to Chengdu on business in the future. The original plan was to stay one night today and change to a better hotel the next day. I locked in here when I arrived at the store on the first day. Whether it was the complimentary fruit that looked very clean, or the room layout, sound insulation, and rich breakfast, I was impressed. I highly recommend it🥳🥳🥳

This time I came to Chengdu for a trip and chose to stay in this hotel. First of all, the location is very good. It is close to Chunxi Road, Tianfu Square Museum, Kuanzhai Alley, and it is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The room is clean and hygienic, and there is a large projection screen, which is great! When I checked out, the front desk lady also gave the child a panda toy. I recommend it!

GGuest User”Create the wilderness in the south, stay humble and return to the countryside”, the name is full of poetry and picturesqueness, but I went there because of the zero negative reviews. I thought what kind of B&B makes everyone like it so much that I can't bear to leave negative reviews. Stayed for one night and it was a really different experience. Simple, ancient style, ancient charm and a bit of Zen. If you wander around the courtyard for nothing, you will find a lot of ingenuity, such as throwing pots, shooting arrows, teasing the parrot that can only bark but cannot speak, and writing calligraphy; you can also watch Meditate, meditate, relax, and forget the troubles of the world with eyes full of green. In front of the hall, there is a cactus owned by Mr. Gu, who is over 80 years old, and it makes me deeply moved. I ate breakfast while smelling the fragrance of books. It was a really different feeling. The breakfast and dinner were exquisite and rich, and many arrangements surprised you. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home, all in all a pleasant trip.

One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful complimentary services offered by the hotel. We were delighted to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea, which added a touch of indulgence to our experience. Additionally, the complimentary fruit platter provided was a refreshing and much-appreciated gesture. The attention to detail in these small yet impactful offerings truly made us feel valued as guests.
Our room exceeded our expectations in both comfort and size. The spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax, and it was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The design and decor were modern and inviting, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

This prime location made it incredibly easy to explore the surrounding attractions and fully immerse ourselves in the energy of Chengdu.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by its elegant and high-end decoration. The spacious and bright space, with exquisite chandeliers and gorgeous decorations, is like walking into a palace of art.
The service is impeccable. From the warm doorman to the front desk staff who efficiently check in, everyone is smiling and friendly.
During the stay, the waiters are always on call, whether it is to help find lost items or provide personalized services, it makes people feel very considerate.
The room facilities are also top-notch enjoyment. The bed is big and soft, lying on it is like being wrapped in clouds, making people sleep well all night. The TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, etc. in the giant room are all available, all are smart devices, and they are very convenient to operate. The bathroom is clean and tidy, the shower head has a large water flow, and I feel that all the fatigue is washed away when taking a shower. I will choose it next time! 🌞🌞🌞

Secondly the room was very spacious and had everything I needed. The environment was peaceful too! If I come back to Chengdu I’ll definitely come back to this hotel.

GGuest UserThis is a very nice and cozy place, very near to Chun Xi Rd so it’s very convenient access and go anywhere including the airport bus nearby. But yet its away enough from the bustling crowd. Stayed in 3 different rooms during the trip. Food is easily accessible too. There is also a shop right infront with lots of panda and local souvenirs. The front desk area is a good relaxing area and also has a nice chill out roof top bar Aloha. There is a billiard table for those who enjoy that. Only thing is it’s a little odd with a wet market on L1 and only a small entrance to the lift leading up to the reception on L3. But not a bad thing as you can experience real daily live in CD. It’s not a noisy market though, just a quiet market with spices and local supply. Two feedbacks (1) There is no where to hang up clothes in the room although hangers are provided (2) The hand wash bottle is the foam type and the liquid inside is not foam type. The bottle is not compatible with the liquid. So when press nothing can come out. Please change the bottle to normal pump bottle instead of the foam bottle.

GGuest UserThe hostel and rooms are clean and well maintained, the AC is working well and there is complimentary water to refill your bottle. The biggest asset of the hotel is the English speaking staff, who is incredibly helpful, creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. Biggest shout out to Loura, who with her friendliness and smile made our stay there great!

We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.
