Baita Shan Gongyuan-Fayu Temple Review

[Fayu Temple], formerly known as Luohan Temple, is located on the mountain of Baita Mountain Park in Lanzhou City. It was built in the end of the Qing Dynasty. It is one of Lanzhou's famous temples. It has always been incense. Standing by the guardrail of the monastery of Fayu Temple, you can take a bird's eye view of Jincheng Lanzhou and take good photos!

The temple was originally called Luohan Temple. It is located in the northeast of the Baita Mountain Santai Hall, on the west side of the middle section of Liupan Road, and the three official temples of Xiling. It was built in the Qingqianlong and Daoguang years (1740 AD). It was renovated when Guangxu was renovated in the 1950s and changed to an exhibition hall and office space. Fayu Temple Gate sits west to east, north is the main hall, hanging mountain with roll shed roof, external roll shed holding building; west is the hard mountain wing room, there is also a roll shed holding building, the white tower temple in the original Tibetan temple stone carving Tibetan Bodhisattva statue moved here, is the only Buddha statue in Baita Mountain; south is the hard mountain top dry rail-style hanging building, Standing on a cliff exposed by the rocky foundation; twisting and twisting, up to the backyard.

Baita Mountain covers an area of more than 3 million square meters, opened as a park in 1958, with a total area of more than 8,000 square meters, and the complex is built in the mountains, distributed as a three-story platform area according to the height. The lower area starts with the Yellow River Iron Bridge. The gate archway still retains the bridge head plaque when the Qing Dynasty Bridge is completed. The upper book Jiuqu Anlan, the pavilions in the courtyard, is connected to the corridor, and there are artificial water views, which become a fitness place for citizens to visit the garden. The central district passes through Fenglin Xiangxi Archway, and it takes Fayu Temple as the main body. There are ancient buildings such as Samsung Palace and Yingxue Pavilion nearby; the top is the Yuan Dynasty White Tower, and the Cien Temple building community built around the White Tower.

The white tower mountain is densely forested and winding. Standing on the mountain, you can see the city's landscape and the mother river of Jiuqu. It has become a must-visit place for Lanzhou tourism due to the one yuan white tower. Early June to mid-September is the best time to escape the heat and relax. On Saturdays and Sundays, people gather.

The mountaintop of the Baita, overlooking the city of Lanzhou, combines exquisite architectural structure and exquisite sculpture art, fully showing the intelligence and artistic creativity of the ancient working people, is a masterpiece of ancient architecture in China. The white tower and the iron bridge on the Yellow River constitute majestic pictures, becoming one of the symbols of Lanzhou City.
