San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park's Visitor Center Review

A very interesting little Museum on Fisherman's Wharf. There are many interacting programs. A short video shows us some of San Francisco's most worthwhile attractions. The museum itself also introduces San Francisco people's lifestyle and rhythm of life, so that we can get a better understanding of this beautiful city.

This little museum is a must see for anyone interested in the heritage, culture, and history of San Francisco. The best part is it is free! There are displays explaining the area's long history with the sea as well as explaining where the popular San Francisco dish of Ciopino comes from.

The waterfront exhibit in the parks visitor center re-creates six historical waterfront neighborhoods.
