Portside Wharf Review

Probably the ideal base for cruise ships, but for those who go to the cinema and eat, it lacks the atmosphere. Compared to James Street, didn’t like the movie at all, and struggled to find a fun restaurant.

We recently did two cruises from here, and found that right outside the cruise terminal is a great little shopping and dining area a few steps away. The wine shop has some great specials and you are allowed to bring two bottles on board per double occupancy cabin. It was convenient and a nice walk along the wharf as well.

Easy drop off at the cruise terminal and a clean, safe area to walk around. Pre-boarding breakfast at Mariners was delicious and great service.
