來这里当然要吃大刀腰片。23年的摸爬滚打，一盘腰片早已做得出神入化。从原材料的选择上就开始下足功夫，新鲜的腰子必须选择比成年人手掌大的，独家秘法去除腰骚，一系列的工序耗时费力。除了腰片，店里自制的厚切梅林午餐肉也很好吃，淀粉的用量很少，瘦肉比较多，一口下去还有肉丝的感觉，其他还有牦牛肉、耗儿鱼、鳝鱼、牛筋也都好好吃
