Campaigns, Hashtags and Reward Mechanisms

Craving new travel funds for your next adventure? Trip Moments campaigns are here for you to earn bonus surprises! We have summarized the most important basics of our campaigns and make sure you follow the guidelines so that you could receive bonus rewards successfully.

(1) To make a valid entry in the campaign, you must post directly from the campaign page in the Trip.com app.

(2) Published content as part of the campaign must be original, useful, and travel-related content, ideally related to the content suggested in the campaign.

(3) Users will not be eligible to receive the reward multiple times as part of single or multiple ongoing campaigns.

(4) Users are prohibited from simply changing #hashtags in an effort to reuse any Trip Moment previously posted as part of a separate campaign.

(1) After you tab on the “Post Now” button on the campaign page, certain campaign hashtags will be automatically the first hashtag added to your post draft

(2) You can add more hashtags as long as they match your content for more exposure.

(3) The first hashtag decides the campaign you are participating in when you have multiple hashtags.

Additionally, please note that the use of hashtags also has the corresponding rules and conventions, please do not causally add labels which will result in your loss of Trip Coins.

You can find all current campaign pages among the carousel banners under [My Post], and each campaign has its own reward mechanism.

The top users on the leaderboard who post the most qualifying Trip Moments posts shall be eligible to earn prizes and rewards.

Posts participating in this campaign will go through two rounds of review.

Firstly, posts will be reviewed for standard featured rewards.

Then, featured posts will be reviewed in the second round for bonus campaign rewards to make sure the content matches the campaign theme and topic.

You can check the number of featured posts on the campaign page. The coins box will pop up each time you get a bonus reward.

Make sure you add the specific campaign hashtag as the first hashtag.
