I felt that I had a fake Chengdu and regretted it later. Who knows not long ago, a friend invited to see Ginkgo biloba in Chengdu, saying that this is the most beautiful season in Chengdu. I have long been yearning for gingko Avenue. I used to go to Beijing in the late autumn, and now it's time for Chengdu to enjoy gingko. My heart begins to yearn for it. My friend told me that it's the off-season of tourism. I can take me to eat real Chengdu food even though the air tickets are cheap. I know my friend's, a tourist, and I'm right to go with him. So, I asked for a day off from work with my company and started the three-day and two-night trip to Chengdu with my little friend.

The first meal in Chengdu: Zhimin Road Chengdu Diner

The flight from Fuzhou to Chengdu took a full three hours. After arriving at the place where we live, we quickly washed and rested. When you open your eyes, it's 12 o'clock at noon. It's time to find food. Chengdu diner is a well-known restaurant chain in Chengdu, which has been known on the Internet before. It is a must eat restaurant on the public comment list in 2017, and the number one on the Chengdu Sichuan hot list. Therefore, my first meal in Chengdu is to choose Chengdu diner on Zhimin road first.

The restaurant is located on the second floor. It has a large area and plenty of light. The decoration is simple. The main colors are orange and yellow. It gives people a warm and comfortable feeling. However, I found that the dining table here is not very big. It is suitable for 2-4 people to have dinner together. If there are many people, I'm afraid that the table will be put together.

After reading the menu, I asked the waiter for advice. Finally, I ordered some of their signature dishes, namely, the heartless frog, the special grilled fish fillet, the naked running Tuotuo shrimp, the paper baked fresh abalone, the cold eating beef and the Nestle palm treasure. For me, the taste will be a little bit spicy, but it is still acceptable. Unlike the spicy taste I have eaten elsewhere, I feel that the spicy taste here is full of fragrance, which is more and more enjoyable. In fact, the desperate frog is a bullfrog. I usually don't eat much bullfrog. This time, I tasted different ways in Chengdu diners. The fresh bullfrog meat was braised with red peppers, garlic and other ingredients. The meat was delicate and delicious.

I usually eat grilled fish, but it's the first time for me to string fish like Chengdu diner. I don't know what kind of fish to use as food, but I find that there is no fish bone in the processed fish. For some people, this is the gospel. The special grilled fish slices can not be separated from the pepper collocation, but also add pepper, onion and so on, the fragrance overflows. This is my favorite dish in Chengdu, which is highly recommended.

I also highly recommend brown sugar tofu, because I ate two, ha ha.

It's said that rabbit head is a famous snack in Chengdu, but to be honest, I still dare not eat it. These two rabbit heads are ordered by my friends. I can only imagine the taste of them when he eats them with relish. If you don't eat rabbit head, you can also choose super spicy duck head, rattan pepper thin slip rake (in fact, chicken feet) and so on. The per capita consumption of Chengdu diners is not expensive. The most authentic Chengdu specialty food can be tasted at 100 yuan per capita, and you can eat enough.

Go to Sichuan University to see the most beautiful ginkgo Avenue

I think autumn must be the most beautiful season in Chengdu, because there are so many ginkgo trees here. Schools, parks, temples, streets and alleys Too many places can meet Ginkgo biloba. After having lunch in Chengdu, I choose to walk to Sichuan University, which is not far away. There are also many ginkgo trees planted here, attracting many tourists to watch.

Sichuan University, which is a high-level comprehensive national key university directly under the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China, is directly under the management of the central government at the level of deputy ministry, and is a world-class university building university There are too many titles. In a word, it is the highest institution in Western China. I've been away from the university campus for a long time. Seeing the college students coming and going here, I really miss the good life time I had on the university campus before. But the students of Sichuan University are happier because their campus is a golden and brilliant world in autumn. How romantic it is!

Beside the road, the Malatang store is in full swing. I've taken it

I remember watching a movie called "love spicy hot" a long time ago, the plot has been forgotten, but the three words "spicy hot" let my heart sprout an idea - to eat the most authentic spicy hot. Where is the most authentic Malatang? The answer is the Sichuan Malatang, which has a history of hundreds of years. Listen to the little friend said that the roadside is famous for its spicy and hot food. Queuing is often the first dish here. When I came to this shop, there were a group of people waiting in line at the door!

It's not easy for us to enter the shop. We really see what is a popular tent. When we go inside, it's like sitting on a time machine. Back in the 1980s and 1990s, the patterns on the walls restore the past life scenes. Many old objects are also very kind. Although it's indoors, it feels more like a big stall on the side of the road. It's noisy, but it's grounded. You can speak louder or row a wine fist.

There are traditional bottoms and classic bottoms beside the road. I think the price of 45 yuan is quite cheap, and there are many kinds of dishes. The price is even more grounded. Some of them are only a few cents a string, so I don't care how to eat them. In general, you can eat 50-60 yuan per capita.

Ordered a classic pot bottom, with the addition of soybean noodles dry pepper plate. The fragrant soup pot should smell hot. The little friend said that the bottom of the pot here can be slightly spicy or spicy, but in my eyes, it's only spicy or very spicy. Although I have repeatedly stressed that I am a Fujian person who does not dare to eat spicy food, I will not forgive myself if I don't come to Chengdu to enjoy spicy food.

One of the most famous punch points in Chengdu, Kuanzhai alley is always popular

Kuanzhai alley is located near Changshun street, Qingyang District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. After two consecutive spicy meals, I discussed with my friends about eating something relatively light, so I came to taiguli's Seafood Hotpot of Jiyu Thai style. This meal is the most satisfactory one for my travel in Chengdu, but its price is also the highest, about 150 yuan per capita.

Jiyu Thai Style Seafood Hotpot is wanghong in wanghong store. When I arrived here, the door was full of people waiting in line for dinner. It's said that it's a common thing to wait two or three hours to get on the line. The shopkeeper also carefully prepared boiled water and snacks for the waiting consumers.

At first, I thought the store was not big enough and there were not enough dining tables, which made the customers queue up like this. But when I walked into the restaurant, there were three floors. I saw that the dining table was full. The dining environment here is also relatively tall, decorated with strong Thai style, simple and bright. Different from the pepper smell in the air of other restaurants, you can smell a milk smell here. I can't help but swallow my saliva as soon as I come in.

I want to say three important things: the dessert here is delicious and crying, the dessert here is delicious and crying. Whether it's caramel pudding, sago, nut biscuit ball, mango glutinous rice and all kinds of cakes, I can't stop eating them. If it's not for considering that there are also famous dishes on the table, please keep a little belly, or I can really eat on these desserts alone.

Dongyingong soup is a special hot and sour soup in Thailand and Laos. The Seafood Hotpot of Jiyu Thai style is more fragrant than the ordinary dongyingong soup when it is added with a secret spice bag and a sufficient amount of coconut milk. Living in the coastal areas, I think I still know how to eat seafood, and the ingredients are fresh and not fresh, which can be distinguished by one bite. I didn't expect to have such fresh seafood ingredients as shrimp, abalone, scallop and crab in the inland city of Chengdu. I think seafood ingredients are all transported by air, so the freshness can be guaranteed. There is no reason why the business of Jiyu Thai Style Seafood Hotpot is so hot.

The first jungle in Zhendan, Daci Temple

After lunch, you can walk more than 100 meters to the ancient great saint CI temple. It's really rare to have such a relatively quiet place for Buddhism in this bustling and bustling ancient times. Daci Temple has a long history. It was built in Wei and Jin Dynasties and flourished in Tang and Song dynasties. It has a profound culture, a large scale and a large number of eminent monks. In 622 ad, Xuanzang, who was over 20 years old, was officially given a specific precept in this temple. Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty granted him the title of "building the great sage CI Temple", which has been passed down as the "first forest of Sinian". If you come to taiguli, you must come to Daci Temple to feel the charm of the millennium old temple.

Although there are many pilgrims and tourists in the temple, it is also much quieter than outside the temple. There are many buildings, pavilions and halls in the temple. All kinds of Buddha statues and portraits are very beautiful. Walking in the temple is also like walking into an art treasure house of "exquisite crown". In addition, gingko trees are planted in the temple, which are in contrast with ancient Buddhist buildings.

Drunk Xichang, smokeless barbecue experience

Speaking of barbecue, I used to be quite exclusive, because when I eat barbecue, I always smoke half dead. How can I eat it happily? But I don't need to worry about this problem when I go to Chengdu zuixichang to eat barbecue, because every dining table in zuixichang has a glass covered lampblack machine, and the lampblack produced during barbecue will be sucked away instantly. I wonder if the range hood is on all the time? My friend smiled strangely and said to me, "you will know when you go."

Zuixichang also has several branches in Chengdu. We came to Hongyun store on Huiyuan North Road. The area of the restaurant is not small and the environment is clean and tidy. There are two places, indoor and outdoor. There should be three or 40 dining tables. I found that the range hoods on each dining table constituted a powerful smoke exhaust system. Although there were many diners, there was no smoke in the shop except for the smell of meat, and the noise of the range hoods could not be heard. It's just dark. There are more people coming here for dinner. It seems that it's another online red shop. Its popularity is really high!

Bamboo skewers are its special dishes. A bamboo skewer will string the meat with the sauce, and it can be directly roasted on the table. The lampblack produced in the process of barbecue will be sucked away in an instant, and it will never taste like lampblack after a meal as it used to. Barbecue still needs some skills. If you really don't understand it, it doesn't matter. You can directly ask the waiter for help. The roasted meat is fragrant and chewy. If you think it's greasy, put in a little garlic and wrap it with lettuce, you won't have a taste.

I think mashed garlic beef is also a must order dish for drunk Xichang. The thin and fresh beef is very soft, with very little meat gluten and fat. After marinating the mashed garlic, put it on the grill and heat it. Chopsticks can be moved in two or three minutes. In the past, beef and steak were always served with ketchup and pepper sauce. I didn't expect that they would be more delicious if they were replaced with mashed garlic. It's delicious and full of meat between lips and teeth. I think it's not just the function of garlic puree. Zuixichang must have its own secret sauce.

In zuixichang, when eating barbecue, the more you eat, the more appetizing you will be. So I ordered another oil brush set meal, including fresh ingredients such as beef, yellow throat, tripe, kidney flower, etc. Put some seasoning peppers, scallions, and Capsaicins in the oil brush iron plate, and cook the ingredients that have been brushed with sauce in the iron plate, and they will be ready to eat soon.

Zuixichang also has many special delicacies, such as tin paper cup quail eggs, pig small intestine, Qionghai drunken shrimp, pickled cabbage and streaky pork, which are worth tasting. Compared with hot pot and spicy hot pot, zuixichang's barbecue is not spicy. Of course, if you like spicy food, you can also have a dip plate. It's more economical to eat barbecue here. You can eat a full stomach when the per capita consumption is less than 100.

Wuhou Temple, the only temple in China where the emperor and the minister worship together

When I came to Chengdu, I couldn't say that I didn't go to Wuhou Temple. It started in 223 A.D. when Liubei Huiling was built, it was the only Memorial temple for emperors and ministers, the most famous Zhugeliang, Liubei and Shuhan heroes in China, and also the most influential Three Kingdoms Heritage Museum in China. The ticket is 50 yuan. Two hours is enough.

Jinli, known for its Qin, Han and Three Kingdoms

When you go out of Wuhou Temple, you can stroll around Jinli next to it. It used to be one of the oldest and most commercial streets in the history of Western Shu. It was famous all over the country as early as the Qin and Han Dynasties and the Three Kingdoms. I personally think Jinli is more worth visiting than Kuanzhai alley. Although it is very commercialized now, there are more monuments in this area, including small bridges and flowing water, and an ancient ginkgo tree in Tang Dynasty. The most authentic Chengdu hot pot, a spicy solution to thousands of worries

Chengdu diners, Malatang beside the road and zuixichang barbecue are not hot pots. The taste of Jiyu Thai style seafood hot pot is obviously different from Chengdu hot pot. Seeing the end of Chengdu tour, you have to eat an authentic Chengdu hot pot. Walking in the streets of Chengdu, the most indispensable is the hot pot shop. Dalongyao is a well-known one among many hot pot shops. Moreover, it has opened chain restaurants in many cities across the country and franchise stores one after another, which is really famous.

My little friend and I chose to eat hot pot at 9:30 p.m. in dalongzhu. As soon as we got into the restaurant, we were frightened by its formation. The restaurant was full of seats. We need to know that it should be a midnight snack. How can there be so many people. Fortunately, it wasn't long before a table of guests paid to leave. Otherwise, I really don't know how long to wait.

There are five different bottoms to choose from. I ordered a small spicy pot with mandarin ducks. The high-quality ingredients such as butter, prickly ash and pepper are selected at the bottom of the pot. As the soup is heated, the butter is slowly melted and perfectly combined with the bottom of the soup. The boiling soup bottom wafts out the bursts of mellow fragrance, the soup color is bright and layered. Now, after reading this picture, do you believe it's slightly spicy? My friend said that it's slightly spicy, but for me, a Fujian man, it's already spicy.

However, it's spicy. I ordered kumquat and lemon juice, lime and sour plum soup, oolong tea ice powder, brown sugar ice powder and caramel bean pudding to relieve the hot. Especially the caramel bean pudding, which has moderate sweetness, is particularly delicious.

There are a lot of dishes in dalongsu, including meat and vegetable dishes, plus snacks. There are hundreds of them. I ordered goose intestines, tripe, spicy beef, tripe, duck blood, Longxu bamboo shoots, phoenix tail, mushrooms, etc. These ingredients are very fresh. You can eat them in a hot soup pot. Every mouthful is full of spicy flavor, and every mouthful has endless aftertaste. Although the spicy degree is beyond my imagination, but the more you eat, the more you enjoy it. Even if it's spicy to tears, my chopsticks can't stop.

Goose intestines and scalpel tripe are perfect match for hot pot, but how long they should be boiled is not everyone's understanding, such as me, a foreign tourist. Therefore, dalongsu put a label on these dishes to mark the time of hot washing. For example, the time of hot washing for goose intestines is 20 seconds, and the time of hot washing for broadsword tripe is 35 seconds. Awesome consumption per capita is not high.

Du Fu thatched cottage cherishes the ancients

On the last day of my stay in Chengdu, I went to the Du Fu thatched cottage in the morning. I didn't come here in July. Now it's time to visit here, because there are many gingko in the scenic spot. Du Fu thatched cottage is a label style scenic spot in Chengdu. It is the former residence of Du Fu, a great poet of Tang Dynasty, when he lived in Chengdu. Du Fu lived here for nearly four years and wrote more than 240 poems. Wei Zhuang, a poet at the end of Tang Dynasty, found the site of thatched cottage and rebuilt the thatched cottage so that it could be preserved.

This poem expresses the poet Du Fu's concern for the country and the people. In Chengdu, I saw some tramps sleeping on the streets in the cold night, and I felt very pitiful. I really hope that everyone can have a warm home, at least to eat enough and wear warm.

With an area of nearly 300 mu, Du Fu thatched cottage is a holy land in the history of Chinese literature, which completely retains the architectural pattern when it was repaired and expanded in the 13th year of Hongzhi in Ming Dynasty and the 16th year of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty. The admission is 50 yuan, and the tour time is about 2-3 hours.

Chicken with spicy sauce

For the last meal in Chengdu, we choose the spicy chicken Chunxi Road restaurant. The restaurant is located on the 5th floor of Silverstone square. The area of the restaurant is not large, but the decoration is more personalized. The main color is red. There are many ingredients at the door of the restaurant as decoration. It looks very conspicuous. On the 5th floor, I soon saw the restaurant.

Spicy chicken is a classic traditional delicacy in Sichuan and Chongqing. The pot maker, spicy chicken, claims to be the founder of spicy chicken with green and red peppers. It has two jins of hot peppers per Jin. Its ingredients are very exquisite, especially this famous dish, spicy chicken with green and red peppers, farmhouse chicken, Yunnan millet peppers and Guizhou Green Rice peppers, with a variety of secret seasonings, pickled and then stir fried. The dish looks brown Bright red, spicy and tender chicken. It tastes salty, fresh and mellow. It's really satisfying to eat with white rice.

In addition to the famous dish of chicken with green and red peppers, I strongly recommend Xiong a Bing's chicken with sticks. Each piece of chicken has a bone. It's thin and even. Then pour in chicken soup and sesame oil, and put in a few thin cucumbers. Wait for a moment, then you can taste this Sichuan famous dish. It's worth mentioning that this dish is not spicy. The fresh and tender chicken blends with spicy flavor, which makes people praise it.

In addition, there are other delicacies in the pot maker's spicy chicken shop, such as millet ribs, hot mixed vegetables, pot cake potatoes, which are not large in weight, but they taste good, and the dish is quite beautiful. If spicy chicken needs to relieve the heat, I recommend you to try brown sugar ice powder and orange peel red bean soup. I found that most restaurants in Chengdu, where there are spicy dishes, there must be spicy food, so good.

People's Park, the favorite place for Old Chengdu people

The flight back to Fujian is more than 9:00 p.m., so I can take a tour of the people's Park in the afternoon, because a friend from Chengdu once told me: if you want to feel the life of Old Chengdu, you can go to the people's Park. Chengdu people's Park, formerly known as Shaocheng Park, was founded in 1911. It is a park with a history of 100 years. Now there is one national key cultural relics protection unit and four municipal cultural relics protection units in the park.

People's Park has planted many ornamental plants, such as maple leaves, Ginkgo biloba, etc. now it is in late autumn, tourists like weaving, but it can be seen that most of them are local people.

When I came to the people's Park, I happened to hold a chrysanthemum exhibition here. Clusters of chrysanthemums are rich in color and variety, which makes me feast my eyes.

It is a leisure way for many old Chengdu people to make a pot of tea and dig their ears in the park. I also experienced the ear pulling back, but the charge is really expensive. It costs 30 yuan in three minutes, and it's not as comfortable as I thought.

June's house, Yansu, is as comfortable as at home

During the three-day and two-night trip to Chengdu, I chose to stay in June's Yansu. Its location is very good. It's 200 meters away from the nearest subway. It's 10 minutes' walk to the popular Chunxi Road taiguli, where there are many online red food shops. The hot spots around the homestay, such as Jinli, Kuanzhai alley, panda base, and Du Fu thatched cottage, can be directly reached by subway. It's a matter of RMB 120 to call a taxi.

The interior decoration of June's house, Yansu, is also very artistic and fresh. It's clean and sanitary. The landlord is quite absent-minded in some small details. The environment here is very quiet. I lived in a very comfortable place in those days. The price of June's Yansu hotel is similar to that of the economic chain hotel, but it's obviously worth checking in and recommending. For example, I stayed in this two room one hall suite, and it's only 298 yuan a night. Of course, it's off-season.

On this trip, I found that Chengdu is indeed the capital of food. There are more hotpot shops than I imagined. Moreover, the enthusiasm of people here for food can't be compared with that of our Fujian people. Wherever we go, we can see people standing in line at the door of the restaurant. It's common to spend hours to eat a meal. Do I think Chengdu people will enjoy life too much? Although I have repeatedly proposed that I am a fujianren who doesn't eat spicy food, I still swallow my saliva from time to time when coding this text. I also want to have a chance to taste the delicious food that is so spicy that I can remember deeply.
