My wife and I spent 7 amazing nights here! The resort has everything, you don’t even have to leave! You can catch a 45 minute cab ride to port denaru for some adventure experiences of course, but so much to do here. Isikeli and Jim - as well everyone else at the water sports area were awesome! The 5 hr cruise with snorkel and wave runner safaris were definitely worth it. Joey over at the fish bar is great and pours some good drinks. Missi and Adam with activities also some great people to run into for a soccer game on the beach. Marcus was the friendliest person to run into everywhere at the resort throughout the day. Simon at the front lobby will help square you away with whatever you need. We had a lagoon view bure which was a home away from not wanting to go back home. Walk right into the lagoon from the beach or sit on your balcony while reading a book. All in all could not recommend this resort more. Safest part of the trip is was having to leave.

The overall service is very good. The brand new hotel has just opened a week ago. Although not all restaurants are open, the service is great. Breakfast is a continental buffet. Eggs Benedict is good. During the day we went shopping downtown and ordered a pick-up service from the hotel's tour manager. The tour guides Vicky (day 1) and Sam (day 2) both did a great job not only picking us up from point to point but showing us around the city and giving us great tips while we were shopping. Even though we were a little late, they waited patiently for us. Overall, the stay at the Crowne Plaza, I would say, was not up to five star standards as not all restaurants were open. However, I would give them six stars for their service and sense of service. Looking forward to visiting again. We had a great stay at the Fiji Gateway hotel! The rooms were clean and in great condition and the showers had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water - perfect for helping us relax as we continued our trip. As opposed to other hotel rooms in Fiji, the air conditioning worked great and the safe in the room was in good working condition - something that is always important for protecting your valuables and travel documents. This was a perfect place for us to stay when we had to fly out of Nadi airport for our flight to the island of Taveuni. On this night, we ate at the restaurant which had excellent, friendly staff and good food. But the thing we remember the most about this hotel were the 2 live musicians Igenasio and Joape who play in the bar and restaurant. During our meal, I kept pausing and saying to my wife, ”listen to this awesome music”! Just about every day for the rest of our trip I kept saying to my wife, ”did I say how awesome those musicians at the Fiji Gateway hotel were?” On our final night in Fiji, just before we went to Nadi airport, we went back to the Fiji Gateway hotel to see if Igenasio and Joape were playing in the restaurant and bar area. Guess what? They were! I was beyond excited to see them and told them that we came back to the hotel just to find them. They did not disappoint and played 2 songs that we requested as well as songs requested by others. They are a great duo and they complement each other with their lead singing and harmony. We'll always remember this final night in Fiji at the Gateway Hotel!

After getting rained out on another island we saw sunshine on Nadi so we changed our flight & were so blessed to get same day accommodations here. The wow factor starts with the short boat ride over to the island where you are instantly greeted with the biggest smiles & friendliest staff. We loved it all- the live music, Fijian night, pool table, swim up bar, relaxing overlooking the ocean, & the best breakfast. This location is an easy 30 minutes to the airport or Denaru marina which we utilized for a day trip to island hop. This is a beautiful island dripping in colorful flowers & dreamy palm trees everywhere. My only negative comment is there is a severely malnourished mare here that was being ridden. Both of the mares that had foals were underweight but she was all bones & it was heartbreaking. Please stop letting people ride these horses until they get up to a safe body weight & if they’re being fed “properly” than have her teeth checked out. Even while nursing a foal there is no reason a horse should ever be in that condition.

One of the best ways to increase customer satisfaction and encourage more reviews from guests is by providing excellent customer service. Make sure your employees are well-trained and know how to handle any situation that may arise. They need to go out of their way to help visitors where they can, from personally booking tickets to scheduling itineraries for their stay. If any stressful events occur, they must know how to remain calm and deal with it swiftly. Making your guests the highest priority will ensure they leave with a positive lasting impression, and your reviews will reflect this.

Because of the transfer, I need to stay in Fiji for one night, a good experience. The house is very clean and tidy, quiet and warm, with two bedrooms, our family of four can easily stay. Furniture and appliances are available, as well as kitchen appliances and tableware that we often use. We don't have time to try cooking. The location is very good, there are Chinese restaurants in the nearby supermarkets, and it is very convenient to be close to the airport. The boss is Chinese, the communication is also very smooth, introduce the surrounding environment and help us contact the rental, very intimate, there is a chance to come again.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and accomodating to our needs including carrying out heavy luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. They even allowed our visitors in which I find very rare. They also carried our food up to our balcony which was great. We had the Sunset suite at the very top - awesome view! Our room was nice and clean, super nice air con in the room and lounge area. Really nice kitchen area with a massive new fridge. Very convenient with the supermarket up the road and beachfront to chill. The ocean was sooo nice and hot to swim in. Downfall: Some of the levels smell like damp, wet carpet and was really bad . Some of our dishes were so dirty and their were cockroaches in the toaster, microwave and jug. Would be great to have a volley ball net on the beach and some activities on offer for guests such as horse riding & snorkelling etc. Also some entertainment would be great as the music next door was the only entertainment we got but sometimes it was far too loud that we couldn’t sleep. There was no fire show or kava ceremony and we were looking forward to that! The food at the ghost ship bar was really good especially the pizza and curry dishes! Be good if reception could help guests find the best taxi prices as some Of the locals that stand on the road really take advantage of travellers and charge you the world. We did have a great stay in the end! I would recommend this if you want to stay near town, the airport and want to experience outside of Denarau. Denarau did get boring for me sometimes so I liked this experience this time around.

We had already had an idea that the rooms would be dated from the reviews. So expected as much and weren't fussed about our stay, given the price hence why we 4 stars as prob can do with an upgrade. We were on the ground floor and we didn't have any bugs in our room. Cleaning was pretty good. One of the cleaners who had returned to work there in the last few months was REALLY amazing at his job. The restaurant food was really good we had no complaints, so dined there quite a bit. Rosie's onsite were also really helpful when we booked activities. But the staff are what make this place such a great atmosphere to be at. The bar staff Eroni (Rhonda) and Vasiti were AMAZING. Super helpful to give you advice and what to look out for. We would recommend the place based on the staff

Run down hotel and very poor service. While the room was clean, the service and facilities were very poor. The images on the web site must be from years ago, because now the place is very run down. At best this is now a one star motel. There is no lift, so if stairs are a problem don't get a room on the upstairs floor. There is no wifi, nor is there free airport transportation. When we arrived the remote control we were given for the air conditioner didn't work, after two requests (and more than an hour) this was fixed. When room service took away our dirty towels they advised they would be back with fresh ones, after a two hour wait I went to reception and got them myself. There was only one plug next to the double bed. The bedside clock didn't work. The bathroom was very run down, the shower door wouldn't close. The whole room is in need of repainting. There was a restaurant, but when we enquired (at 6PM) we were told it had already closed. (In our three night stay I saw two people dining there, once, for breakfast). The poolside bar looked like it hadn't been used for years. The poolside spa was broken. This is our third visit to Nadi, and this hotel rates bottom, way behind the Nalagi and the Mercure (both on the same street and both cheaper).

The staff was friendly. We booked a Family Villa through Tripadvisor Plus for 2 nights. Our flight on Fiji air was scheduled to arrive at 6AM in the morning. They held the room for us and it was ready when we arrived at 7AM. Room was ground level. The staff moved us to a Villa closer to the dining and pool because my wife walks with a cane and a shorter walking distance is better for her. Room was clean and spacious. I would stay again.

Stayed in Aquarius for 7 days. I went to Fiji to live here. I reported a day trip every day and there was a car transfer, which was very convenient. Comprehensive, cost-effective eat: Three Western foods, you can choose your own. The breakfast bread slices are roasted, black, and very fragrant. The bean paste is also very tasty, very fresh, and it is fresh. There are also special menus for a few days, very good. If you come in the morning, you will basically eat here, eat well and start again. live: More cost-effective hotel, but not the kind of star, I live in a big bed room, wooden top, very feeling, air conditioning is also very cool, very comfortable. The bed is also soft and moderate, the sheets are very clean, no hair, and sleep well. The console that washes the face is very large and spacious, and I have seen the biggest console. The local area seems to be not a bathing liquid, only coconut milk soap, I feel that it is not enough to haul and bring my own. Fiji is a three-hole plug that comes with a patch cord or a multi-purpose charging head. There is no such thing as drying clothes. Laundry seems to require money. We wash it ourselves and hang it in the room. The sun is shining and it is done in one day. Row: Aquarius here is a full-day transfer, very convenient, to the door, basically no need to walk. The doorway is facing the sea, there is a beach, it will go for a meal after eating, and it feels good to barefoot. Features: The local service staff is dressed in a holiday style, with a small red head flower, which is very suitable for the local people. There will be activities on the evening round, with time to inform. We were very happy to meet the local torch dance, knife dance, local dance, and with the joyful jumping notes, watching the thrilling performances was really an unforgettable night. In particular, the knife dance and the torch dance here are higher than those on other islands. There are not so many mistakes. Although there are few people, they are really beautiful and very much like it!

We arrived at Nadi one day afternoon, tired and quite affected by the wet heat that regained on the island. After dinner, they told us that the cow standards in Fiji, force to test antigens before leaving the street. We do not know this regulation so we don't know how to act, we just arrived in a country unknown, our level of English is very limited and we see everything very black. The hotel manager, when he looked so nervous, offered to solve us through the antigen test and told us that we were not worried, that he was organizing everything for the next day. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Then I wonder what route we wanted to do and checked all the hotel reservations we made and provided the tickets for the necessary ferries. Without any extra cost. I also facilitate collection transfers at the return of the islands and transfer to the airport ...this if it had an additional cost but it was worth it for the effectiveness with which all the agreed was met. This hotel is a family business and is not only a hotel service, it offers a travel agency service virtually without additional cost and after two weeks and visiting 4 different islands with their corresponding travel we have The last day, before returning to Sidney, and on the way to the airport, they took us to a clinic where they made the anti-antigon test to enter Australia and gave us the official certificate. Better service or you can ask for

The hotel that is biased towards the hotel looks old. There are many mosquitoes outside, and you need to carry anti-mosquito supplies. The hotels in NADI are generally expensive and shabby, about the same as those in China at RMB 150-60, but the staff are very nice. Even if there is no elevator, I can help you carry your luggage. The most prominent feature of this resort is the service, the warm service for the guests is very thoughtful, especially the eldest sister at the front desk, any problems can be solved as soon as they are raised. Here, this kind of warm service is made consciously by all the staff, which makes the guests feel Fijians are warm and hospitable. There is a supermarket 500 meters away that can buy everything you need. It is about 500 meters away from the beach. You can quietly experience the beautiful scenery of the beach in the morning and evening. Travel should have local experience, so staying in this resort will have Some experience, in terms of diet, maybe because we are not used to Fijian food, we went out to find Chinese restaurants to eat, and I dare not comment on this aspect.

Cheapest option 25FJD. I stayed in a single room, but I was worried that there were many ants' corpses in the corner of the bed facing the wall, and there was a cockroach corpse (only one) in the bathroom. The mirrors that were easily attached were dusty and dirty. Although the shower has hot water facilities, it is recommended to check whether the owner will have hot water at check-in because there was no hot water. When you check in at night, please visit while using the app map. The road around the inn was dark&nobody&the signboard of the inn was dark, so it is a difficult job to reach this inn at night without a map app. The other parts other than the places written at the beginning were kept clean, so there was no problem. I think it's a problem if you are accustomed to an inn. I think it's an advantage to walk from the airport and to be cheap.

Our family of 4 adults rented two deluxe x 2br units and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand West Villas. The main reason for visiting Fiji was to enjoy the seasonal local produce from farmers markets and cook to our own liking. The kitchen had adequate pots, pans & utensils for cooking. We found the bed linen & towels in good condition, & both units were neat and tidy. The Manager Deepshika and his support staff went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable, enjoyable experience. Would recommend these villas to families wanting a comfortable home away from home stay without the exhorbitant prices of Denarau.

Terrible place, no respect for guests, chefs pathetic food and don't know how to talk, manager doesn't even know how to rectify guest issues and sort out accordingly. We ordered a pizza that was $17.00, size of the pizza probably around 9” diameter, pizza was terrible and not worthy ( cheese was burnt, only 5 to 6 small chicken pieces, base was way too thin). I asked for refund because I was not satisfied with the quality and quantity served. $17 was refunded upon several arguments. I also ordered fries that cost me $6.00, it was not what I expected, upon asking them why was I being served with this quality than they told me that's the standard !!!! They said we cannot take this back since you must have eaten already and no refund were given. At the reception she told me you can have it or leave it!!!???. I request the people to think twice before going to this place for vacation, this place will ruin your mood like they spoiled mine. This place needs someone who has worked for a five star resort and knows how to sort out issues, also a chef who knows how to lift up the standards and both quality and quantity of food that is worth very dollar. And definitely a well presented and smart receptionist who knows how to welcome guests and respond in a polite manner. I hope this review can be forwarded to cluster GM or Mr. Reddy.

More than ten minutes drive from the airport to the hotel, the location is relatively close. Next to it is a supermarket, which is a relatively large supermarket. The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are very good, there is a swimming pool or something, it is more suitable for bringing children. On arrival the check in went smoothly. In the room there were no towells, or kettle? There were sachets of Coffee, Tea, sugar & milk creama. I went to make enquiries at reception they were checking in a large group. Close by I saw & went to the room-service laundry room, they quickly brought me what was needed, and apologized for the inconvenience. The room is dated as in previous comments, but it is clean, with clean sheets on the beds & very comfortable. Good reception on the TV. Shower altho dated was warm and had a strong water flow. Pool was clean, a little cold but was good enough for hubby to have a little dip. Efficient car parking space. There is no restaurant here but they quickly recommended visiting Gateway Hotel next door, we went there for Breakfast & Lunch it was amazing at Gateway they had 2 local gentlemen singing with guitars, serenading the guests” just beautiful” We requested a late check out till 5pm cost us $10 an hour $60 11am-5pm. At first when I asked reception for a late check out she said $10 an hour, I said ok, she then said oh no its $30 an hour cash??? Really?? She then said come back in the morning and check with reception???? which we did and were promptly told $10 an hour and can be paid via cash or credit card. We were given a receipt on request. Situated 2nd Closest Hotel to the Airport. we had a rental car but it is in Walking Distance from the Gateway Hotel, and the Gateway Hotel is just across the road to the Airport and closer to the Airport than the Trans International Hotel. We used Google Maps, to guide us to the Hotel, it rarely gets the destination wrong, but it did this time it guided us to a Hotel furtherest away from The Airport. So its not at The Big Red Maroon coloured Hotel, its in between & closer to The Gateway Hotel. If you can afford the extra cost, then stay at The Gateway it has a beautiful flow there on entry. Plenty of car parking. Beautiful restaurant, ovely friendly attentive staff. The sour cream for the wedges tasted & looked like standard cream from a bottle? I advised the waitress she took the small dish away and came back with exactly the same thing??? They need to change their brand of sour cream, if that was indeed sour cream. Cost $91 NZD at Trans International and about double the amount at Gateway. After checking out we went back nextdoor to Gateway to relax, be serenaded and wait for our late flight.
