The hotel is ideally located for this boring city for a tourist, a gorgeous view of the bay, a park nearby. Terrible noise isolation, on Shabbat night, a neighbor gave us a party with dances and songs. Heard his every word clearly. The breakfasts are superb. The city of Haifa itself is uninteresting and boring, there is nothing to look at, nowhere to walk.

I recently stayed at ibis in Jerusalem and had an exceptional experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the hotel's exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and made me feel like a valued guest. I would highly recommend ibis to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Jerusalem. I can't wait to return!

A bit disappointed of the hotel, picture looks super nice but in real it’s not like that at all.. room are very dark and super noisy receptionist not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast is fine but on the basement, you don’t really want to stay at the restaurant.. Plus they put tones of conditioner and body lotion but zero shampoo and shower gel. Last thing, zero consideration on sustainability or ecological question (towel or amenities)

Ten minutes from the old city of Jerusalem, it is very convenient to walk to Jaffa Gate and walk five minutes from the shopping street. Breakfast is very like, self-help, Chinese stomach is slightly sad, personal preference for Western food, eat every day, every day at 5-7 pm in the lobby there is tea and refreshment, the hotel's front desk is very good, every time the route is basically to ask them, Also helped us book a day trip to the Dead Sea, the overall is good, the service staff are also very polite.

The location is awesome because it is the light rail next to it. It is convenient to go anywhere to Jaffa Gate. However, it is because the following is the light rail. The sound insulation is not very good. Every time the light rail is on the station, the sound of the cymbal will be very obvious. So the facility column gives 4 stars. Everything else is good. It’s super delicious nearby! In the evening, there are still amateurs who are selling on the street. Service is also ok. We have more than checkin time. Write an email and say that you can check in yourself. Just send the password for the building door and the password for the box that locks the key. Easy to operate

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel. I made a mistake with the dates - and the hotel and/or Trip.com was unable to accommodate a change of dates so I was charged for the hotel and did not stay there. That was a bummer. Of course, because I couldn't make a change to the reservation (I discovered the mistakes minutes after I booked it) I was unwilling to book with this hotel and stayed somewhere else. The hotel is located in the business district and parking around is difficult. Hotel guests' cars can be parked at the nearby Harmony Hotel parking lot. There are not many parking spaces there. It is an underground parking lot and can only park cars. We just arrived the other day and the front desk lady said that there was no place. The hotel is 10 minutes away from Jaffa Gate, we are walking to the old city. There are many restaurants around the hotel, the hotel breakfast is good, but there is no bread. The hotel has a free afternoon tea at 5-7 pm (happy hours), offering different biscuits, fruits and more. It seems that there are many Chinese people who go there. The word of mouth is good among the Chinese people, which is a bit exaggerated. The hotel is older and the facilities are rude, as it is noisy at night due to the city center. Israelis sleep very late at night
