The environment is super good, very close to Haeundae, just a few steps away, the younger brother at the front desk is very nice, any problem can help you solve it, and the shampoo there is super easy to use, when my friend asked where to buy it. During the Chuseok holiday, I booked Hoshikage Ryokan at a price higher than a 5-star hotel and came here with high expectations. However, I was disappointed from the moment I first met the front desk at the hotel. Three groups came in a few minutes apart, and they greeted the guests without any rules or order. When I said I arrived first, they told me to figure out the order among the guests;;; Then they gave us our room last. The group before us even upgraded their room, but they didn't even apologize to us and just greeted us with a sullen expression until the end. At this price, there weren't many rooms, so it wasn't crowded, but I was really disappointed that they could treat guests this well. I didn't expect great treatment, but I never thought I would be ignored and treated this badly. I was satisfied with the welcome tea, the room condition, the jacuzzi, the dinner, and the breakfast, but the only thing I remember is the rudeness of the female employee at the front desk.

Resort is absolutely stunning and location wise is on a quiet side but plenty of restaurants nearby. A relaxing place away from too much tourists. Nearby is the new Lotte theme park and luge park. Staffs are very friendly and attentive but communication is very tough. Restaurants in the resort are very nice and plenty of choice. It also has a convenience store that sells everything. The restaurants and facilities operation time is very weird, with certain limitations. One of the swimming pool not in operation and we were unaware. Certain amenities not provided due to government policy but I strongly dislike soap bars as shampoo and no tv in the room. A tablet is provided if you need some entertainment for your children. We would like to stay again in the future

Park Hyatt Busan is located in the Haeundae district of Busan, to the North of Busan Station. Getting here cost about 20,000 KRW by taxi. While the hotel is located somewhat far from some of the major tourist attractions like Gamcheon village, the amenities and the service of this hotel were absolutely impeccable. From the moment we alighted from the taxi, porters took our luggage bags and we were whisked to the hotel lobby on the 30th floor. The elevator doors opened to an expansive and impressive view of Busan. The standard deluxe room was very spacious for 2 persons, clean, and luxurious. Everything felt very modern. The sockets were also international, obviating the need for adaptors. The views from the room were fantastic too. The bathroom comes with 2 sinks, a shower equipped with Le Labo soaps, and a bath tub. The toilet was equipped with a Toto Japanese bidet. We will definitely return if we are ever back in Busan.

Directions: If on public transport: Stop at Nampo Station. Exit 7. Walk around 200-300m down a street after seeing a camera shop. *Upon arrival, there were possibly a half a dozen steps up to reach the main door of the hotel. The lift wasn't working at the ground level. This may cause problems for those with multiple or heavy or big luggage. *Tip: Drag the luggage to the underground carpark (easier for luggage with wheels as it's a slope) and use the lift there to go to the lobby level and check-in. Service : Good and friendly staff. Reminded us of weather conditions may disrupt flights. Informed the next shift of staff we may need to check out earlier and helped us with booking of cab to Busan airport. Ok to converse in English speaking. No daily clean up (2 nights). Did not use or not aware of any room service. Value : Good. Booked via Agoda. Comparable pricing (plus minus) with various hotel agents sites. Wi-Fi: Free in room. Decent Wi-Fi signal. Room : Level 9 room. Deluxe Family Twin Room City View. 1 Double Bed and 1 Single Bed. Window view was neighboring buildings. Able to fit in 3 medium luggage. TV not used. Heater worked ok. Electric Kettle. A small Fridge was available. Toilet and bathroom were separated but spacious. Aircon worked ok. Room was ok distance from level lift. Food/ Pantry area: No restaurant seen. There was a pantry area on level 1 lobby with table, seats, coffee machine, microwave ovens etc to heat & consume food bought from outside. Sleep Quality: Good. No serious disturbance. Laundry: There were a washing machine and dryer on one of the levels near the staircase. Free to use. Cleanliness: Decent. No major issue. Swimming Pool /Gym: None Location: Good. Walkable and close to train station. Walkable or short bus trips to Lotte department stores, Busan tower, Jagalchi market and shopping area. Overall : Stayed 2 nights. Good Value for Budget Stay. Good location. Helpful staff.

5 stars hotel with 5 stars amenities such as Dyson hairdryer and diptyque toiletries. Nespresso machine and 4 different types of tea available each day. You can borrow a HDMI-iPhone cable to mirror to TV for YouTube/Netflix. Family room was queen and single beds. Daily snacks such as macaroons, chocolates or fruits. Concierge and check in/out service was polite and prompt. Short cut from hotel to LCT mall (towards Haeundae beach) was very handy. The mall has few shops opened such as a bakery, 7-11, and cafes.
