My mom and I stayed here together, and the location was quite convenient. When we ran low on amenities, we contacted them and they replenished everything the very next day – super efficient! 👍 The fridge was huge, great for storing things, though the kitchen was a bit small. There wasn't enough counter space between the stove and sink for chopping vegetables. The bathroom size was decent, but I wasn't used to there being no dedicated space to put clothes. Overall, for the price and staying 10 nights, especially being a 10-minute walk to Osaka Castle Park, the value for money is excellent.

The room is very clean, there are simple tableware such as microwave ovens and refrigerators and dishes, you can make a little breakfast, the room structure is long, the two ends are the place to sleep, and the bathroom sink is in the middle. The surrounding environment is very quiet and the traffic is convenient. The only downside is that the stairs are steep and narrow, and it is very difficult to drag luggage up and down.

The location is very good, it takes 20 minutes to walk in Namba. Next to it is Tsutenkaku. The room is on the second floor, and the area is enough for three people in Japan. It is highly recommended to burn the bird shop next to the intersection train track. I will stay here next time I come to Osaka.

This is my first review. We stayed exclusively at this accommodation for our 4-night, 5-day trip to Osaka (anticipating that finding accommodation in different areas would be difficult with children), but it was much cleaner than I expected. Since it is close to Shin-Imamiya Station, we were able to get around easily. Thanks to the great accommodation provided, we were able to happily wrap up our trip. Pros: Not too far from the station, clean, spacious enough for 4 people with 2 single beds in the room and 1 queen bed in the living room. Cons: Some noise from the next room during morning preparations and evening bedtimes, and dry if you visit in winter as the heating is on full blast.

Very clean and undisturbed throughout the stay; no contact with the landlord required. Great location, close to the subway. Fully furnished with all appliances, so you don't need to bring much luggage. Daily laundry is available, and there's a dedicated balcony for drying clothes. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby.

Blown away by the bakery downstairs! Not only do they have freshly baked bread, but also delicious and affordable food from the hotel restaurant. I loved how plentiful the hotel shuttle bus and taxis were! 😍 On our first night, we got an upgraded room. While it was bigger, the toilet and shower were combined. Since we were traveling with an elder, I was concerned about the safety of climbing in and out of the bathtub. After speaking with the front desk, they changed us back to our original room type. The next day, the hotel staff even brought our luggage directly to the new room and helped set up the extra bed – I was so grateful! ❤️ The hotel is located in Nakanoshima, which is perfect for a city walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time!!

Before booking, I compared countless hotels and read some mixed and negative reviews about the Royal, so I was honestly a bit hesitant. But after much thought, I realized that having three breakfasts included would be incredibly convenient, so I decided to give it a try. And the result? It truly exceeded my expectations! First off, the room was very clean, with none of the hygiene issues mentioned in some reviews. Plus, the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was also excellent—Western style, with meat, vegetables, fruits, various fresh juices, and coffee ☕️, all readily available. We also made use of the self-service laundry 👚 every day, which was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of hassle. As for transportation, it's closer to Yodoyabashi (than Honmachi), about a 5-minute walk, making it easy to get anywhere. All in all, it was a very, very, very satisfying travel experience ☺️

Downstairs, there's a city rail station, and it's a hub for various subway lines, making travel incredibly convenient. It's very close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The airport shuttle also has a stop right next to the hotel, which is super handy for getting around. I stayed for three nights, and the room was quite spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean. I'm particular about my sleep, so I was thrilled that the bed was very comfortable and the environment was peaceful. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again in the future.

It's located in Namba which is one of the busiest and exciting neighborhoods in Osaka. Direct train to KIX in the same building is the biggest plus. Dotonbori is only 10 min walk away. We had an amazing sushi dinner a few mins from the hotel. You never get hungry staying there. Front desk staff speak very good English. If you opt out of breakfast, the cafe on 3rd floor facing express train station is an excellent choice for coffee and pastries. A few min walk there an excellent brunch cafe that opens at 8 am. If you arrive by train from Kyoto/Nara, it's a little past to n navigate to the hotel. Just get to the 3rd floor first around Takashimaya. Signage is mucus easier from there. Rooms are spacious. We picked the renovated room Swiss Select. It's absolutely worth paying a little bit more. I'll definitely stay there again should I be visiting Osaka in the future.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Daimaru department store and Shinsaibashi shopping street are just across the road, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. There are tons of delicious food options nearby. The teppanyaki restaurant on the third floor of the hotel is good. While the buffet breakfast on the second floor doesn't have a huge variety, the quality is excellent. Guests can ask the front desk for breakfast coupons, which cost 3600 JPY per person. All the restaurants on the B2 level are also delicious, and the service is great. My room had a good view, facing Daimaru directly. There were always Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, and you can buy airport bus tickets in the lobby. The room itself was a bit dated, possibly because I booked a lower-grade room, but it was functional. The shower in the bathroom had excellent water pressure, which was very refreshing – a crucial detail when traveling. The downsides were that the toilet flush button was too small and required a lot of force to press. Also, either the duvet insert or the mattress in the room had a slight, but not overwhelming, odor, perhaps due to age. For the first two days of my stay, I felt itchy while sleeping, and woke up one morning with a very itchy bite on my ankle. The fabric chairs and sofa also looked a bit dirty. I hope the hotel can improve on these aspects. I wonder if staying in a higher-grade room next time would be better.

The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Osaka, with shopping, restaurants and eateries all around, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. What I loved most is how central it is for travelling beyond Osaka too. With Osaka Station right there, it’s so easy to head out to places like Kyoto, Kobe and Kurashiki without wasting time getting across the city. A special shout-out to Don at the hotel, whose service was truly top-notch. He spoke excellent English, was incredibly accommodating and made me feel very well taken care of. The hotel even upgraded my room for free, which was such a lovely surprise! And for Pokémon fans — this is a bonus I absolutely loved! 😍 The Pokémon Center is just on the 13th floor, so you can literally pop down whenever you feel like browsing or shopping. Overall, a fantastic base for an Osaka trip — excellent location, wonderful service, comfortable stay and plenty of shopping and dining right at your doorstep. Would definitely stay here again!

Right next to Shin-Imamiya subway station, so getting around is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff rotate, with two people on duty at a time, including locals, Chinese, Koreans, and Indians. There's a women's shower on the 4th floor, men's showers on the 6th, and a men's bathhouse and microwave on the 10th. Downstairs, there are convenience stores, pharmacies, and places to eat nearby. The room was super small, but quite clean, and they provided towels and plastic slippers. Because it's close to the train tracks, there's a bit of noise. Plus, there's some noise from motorbikes speeding by. I stayed for 3 days, and there was hardly any noise from other guests.

Rooms are surprisingly spacious and beautifully designed, amenities are out of this world. Some people have mentioned that it may not be the best fit if you are traveling with a family since both the shower and the toilet have windows, but for a young couple that was a great experience. The whole place has a very nice smell and you can sense it even from the street connected to the main entrance. One thing that threw us off a little when checking-in was the request from the staff to give them our credit card that we used when booking so that they can charge us in case we break something. Yes, once I informed the staff that I do not have it on me, they said ”Okay” and the issue went away completely, but it did leave a bad aftertaste and I ended up feeling uneasy during the whole stay.

This stay really exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic – right outside Namba Subway Exit 6, and just a short walk to Takashimaya and Nankai Namba Station.
