During the summer vacation, I took my kids to Macau and after comparing several hotels, I chose The Londoner. The stay was fantastic, the kids loved it, and we extended our stay for another night. The hotel even gifted the children a large box of exquisite snacks and puzzle drawing toys!

I rebooked The Londoner to accompany my mother again, as I remember the food at Huating was exceptional, saving her the trouble of going out to find meals. This time, I noticed they've expanded the dining area. My favorite part is the afternoon tea selection; the items are all small and exquisite.
The overall room, hotel environment, and hardware are all excellent, apart from a minor communication issue at the very beginning. A big thank you to Colin from the Guest Relations department! He handled everything perfectly and quickly rectified the 'misses' from other colleagues. He deserves a special mention!
PS: A small suggestion – it might be time to replace the hairdryers in the hotel rooms. For the price of your rooms, hotels on the mainland would likely offer Dyson models. Of course, in this economic downturn, you could also consider domestic brands, which cost around 200-300 and are convenient and effective. The current model genuinely makes me think of those old-fashioned beauty salon hairdryers from the 90s.😅
