I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.

The room is quite standard, not big. The infrastructure is online. The overall artistic atmosphere of the hotel is great! I like the gym very much, but it's a pity that the swimming pool is not open... I like the fruits and chocolates sent, and my favorite little lion! I came to watch the Macau 2049 show, which is just downstairs. I just shook my hands and went down. Please note that you cannot bring drinks into the show!

Because I'm used to it, I like the hotel feel. Familiar feeling. Moreover, it is very convenient to go to Yaohan, the old street, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. The hotel service is also very good. We were upgraded to a luxury suite once. Very praiseworthy. It's a pity that the big fish tank is gone. . .

At least ten likes, free upgrade to sea view room, the handsome guy at the front desk is super good, actively helping the elderly, the room is large, clean and bright, very satisfied! You can also visit the Yuanmingyuan animal head exhibition for free, which is a feast for the eyes!

This is a top-tier Thai-inspired luxury hotel located within the Galaxy Macau resort. All suites are at least 100 square meters and come with a private 'Yuexinchi' hot tub. The 2800-square-meter Banyan Tree Spa has an excellent reputation. A sky bridge connects guests directly to the shopping district, and hotel guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck. The service is meticulous and the night views are delightful. However, the prices are quite high, the entrance is a bit hidden, and the children's facilities are limited, making it more suitable for couples than for families with young children.
- Guest User
One of Macau's top hotels (right next to Hotel Okura). The room is massive, with a sofa big enough for one person to sleep on, and a private plunge pool. Both the elevator and the elevator lobby look incredibly luxurious. The in-room amenities are also top-notch, featuring a separate bathtub, a dedicated vanity, two TVs, and a mini-bar with all drinks and snacks complimentary. Even the bottled water is French Evian. After checking in at the front desk, a dedicated staff member escorts you to your room and explains all the facilities and important details. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

The Londoner Macao🏨 This hotel is located in the heart of Cotai, surrounded by famous landmarks like The Venetian and The Parisian. It's within walking distance of several shopping malls, making it a one-stop destination for dining, entertainment, and shopping. 🏰Ambiance & Location: 🍦Immersive British-themed design, from Big Ben to red double-decker buses, makes you feel like you're on the streets of London. 🎡Both the interior and exterior are elegant, and the prime location makes it convenient for guests to explore Macau. 🎉Service Quality: 👍24-hour dedicated butler service proactively communicates needs before check-in, ensuring guests receive personalized service. 👍The staff are attentive and thoughtful, patiently answering questions whether it's for directions, restaurant service, or itinerary inquiries. 🍽️Dining: 🥂The Huating Club offers all-day access privileges, including breakfast, classic English afternoon tea, and cocktail hour. 🥘The food selection is rich and diverse, with high-quality options, allowing guests to enjoy all three meals within the hotel. Breakfast is served until 1 PM, accommodating late risers. Afternoon tea and cocktail hour are also a paradise for food lovers, with a wide variety and excellent taste. 🧹Hygiene: 🧹The hotel facilities and environment are very new, clean, and tidy. Guest rooms, restaurants, and public areas maintain high standards of cleanliness. Housekeeping standards are exceptionally high, with proactive cleaning two to three times a day, ensuring the room always looks brand new, giving guests peace of mind. During the summer vacation, I took my kids to Macau and after comparing several hotels, I chose The Londoner. The stay was fantastic, the kids loved it, and we extended our stay for another night. The hotel even gifted the children a large box of exquisite snacks and puzzle drawing toys!
- Dada521
I rebooked The Londoner to accompany my mother again, as I remember the food at Huating was exceptional, saving her the trouble of going out to find meals. This time, I noticed they've expanded the dining area. My favorite part is the afternoon tea selection; the items are all small and exquisite. The overall room, hotel environment, and hardware are all excellent, apart from a minor communication issue at the very beginning. A big thank you to Colin from the Guest Relations department! He handled everything perfectly and quickly rectified the 'misses' from other colleagues. He deserves a special mention! PS: A small suggestion – it might be time to replace the hairdryers in the hotel rooms. For the price of your rooms, hotels on the mainland would likely offer Dyson models. Of course, in this economic downturn, you could also consider domestic brands, which cost around 200-300 and are convenient and effective. The current model genuinely makes me think of those old-fashioned beauty salon hairdryers from the 90s.😅

The hotel boasts fantastic views, well-maintained facilities, and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a wide variety including lobster, and hotel guests get priority seating by the window without queuing. The service was superb! We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, and they even presented us with thoughtful gifts, wishing my family success. Furthermore, the breakfast restaurant staff were incredibly well-trained, with enthusiastic attitudes and professional, polite communication. Knowing we had to rush off after checkout, the hotel arranged a late checkout and sent a dedicated staff member to our room to help with luggage storage. The service was truly attentive and impeccable. This hotel's zero negative reviews on Ctrip are definitely well-deserved!

This is by far the most welcoming hotel I've stayed at in Macau 🏨. A lovely lady at the front desk, realizing we were two families traveling together with two children, proactively arranged connecting rooms and upgraded one of our original king rooms to a Parisian Macao Eiffel Tower 🗼 view room. We ended up with a spacious two-bedroom, two-living room suite, and the kids were thrilled, playing trains 🚄 and doing gymnastics 🤸 in the room. When we requested a change to the minibar drinks, a server 💁‍♀️ promptly came to replace them. Plus, we received a complimentary exquisite afternoon tea set upon check-in, a three-tiered French Eiffel Tower 🗼 pastry stand 🥧 that was incredibly ceremonial!

The room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!

The hotel's design is innovative, and the bathroom features a spacious wet/dry separation with a unique pentagonal bathtub. Toiletries are plentiful, and the large sliding bathroom door operates smoothly with a satisfying weight. The mini-bar is well-stocked with water, tea bags, and drinks, and even includes two complimentary instant noodles! The room is equipped with a tablet for controlling lights, curtains, and other functions, which is a very modern touch. The 37th-floor view is expansive, overlooking Macau Airport, offering an extra sense of openness.

I've always wanted to stay at the Galaxy Macau, but unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm warning on the day we checked in, so we couldn't enjoy the water activities. It was a bit disappointing. However, staying at Galaxy is incredibly convenient; there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. Plus, if you show your Air Macau boarding pass, you can get many discounts and free gifts. It's also super easy to get to the Venetian, Big Ben, and Parisian from here. After a good night's sleep, we could even pop over to Rua do Cunha the next day, which is very close by. What I'll remember most is how incredibly comfortable the beds are at the Galaxy hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Truly five-star service! Since we were traveling with kids, they even gave us complimentary 'Toto' slippers, a 'Toto' tent, and a 'Toto' doll for them. My kids were thrilled and said Galaxy was the most fun! ^_^ Haha. I will definitely stay at Galaxy again next time I visit Macau. What I personally loved most was being able to choose my own pillow. This time, I picked the lavender sleep pillow and even received a free pillow mist. All complimentary, truly excellent value for money.

The best family-friendly hotel in Macau! The front desk staff were very welcoming and even told us about nearby attractions and how long it takes to get to the border gate by car. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Our room had amenities prepared for children, including slippers and mini bathrobes, which was a thoughtful touch. The small tent was adorable, and they even gave us a doll – my kids absolutely loved it (100% approval!). The two adults and two children received complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck: the water park was fantastic and came with life vests. The mini-bar was well-stocked and free. We also had free access to the 'Kids' Fun Zone' at Galaxy Kids, limited to two adults and two children per room: they had many fun craft activities, but you definitely need to book in advance. Plus, there are plenty of delicious food options downstairs!

I've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up: 1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong] 2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional. 3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting. 4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

Our stay was incredibly satisfying, with exceptional and proactive personalized service! Before check-in, they even provided beautiful drawing toys for my child. The front desk staff also kindly upgraded us to a pool view room and thoughtfully set up a tent for the little one. Every night, the turndown service was full of pleasant surprises, including delicious local cookies. We had some trouble with the TV casting, and the hotel's housekeeping staff helped us multiple times. One of the managers even noticed my child and kindly gave them a small doll, which made my kid incredibly happy! They also paid special attention to potential bumps and proactively placed protective corners on every piece of furniture in the room – a huge plus! Many luxury five-star hotels don't go this extra mile. During every encounter with the concierge service, staff members would proactively ask if we needed help with a taxi or if we needed reservations for restaurants. Upon check-out, another detail left a lasting impression: the staff member proactively mentioned that we could continue to use the hotel's swimming pool and children's play area even after checking out. This truly showed their thoughtfulness and sincerity. The newly renovated room was excellent, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, clean, and hygienic. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, I feel it's truly rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such an outstanding service experience!

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and each visit has been thoroughly satisfying. The facilities, service quality, and food are consistently excellent, always leaving us with a great impression. The hotel's concierge team starts assisting even before check-in, proactively inquiring about our needs and paying incredible attention to detail. Jeffrey, Yvonne, Lynn, and Kurt, in particular, provide outstanding and thoughtful service. I'll definitely choose Hotel Eclat again next time! [smiley face]

This hotel boasts an excellent location at City of Dreams, directly opposite The Venetian. Our suite offered unparalleled views, allowing us to enjoy the sunset during the day and the illuminated Eiffel Tower at night. Booked the family room with an adjoining kids' room. The room was quite spacious, and the night view of the Macau Tower from the sea-facing window was beautiful. They even gave us three delicious egg tarts! The only downside is that it's a bit out of the way, and the uphill walk can be tiring. However, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

This is a great hotel with excellent value for money. It's right next to the Sands Hotel; you can take the Sands shuttle from Gongbei Port, and after getting off, the hotel's back entrance is just across the road. It's also only a 10-minute walk to the Macao Science Center. If you want to explore the city center, public transport is convenient; to get to The Venetian, you can take a shuttle from the Sands Hotel. The hotel has a lovely Portuguese flair, with a swimming pool and a gym. The rooms remind me of the Royal Park Hotel in Hong Kong. The front desk staff were very polite, attentive, and warm. Seeing that I was traveling alone with my child, they proactively asked if I needed a king or twin beds and checked for available rooms for early check-in. When I needed extra water or pillows, housekeeping responded very quickly. The restaurant service was also great, with a nice Nanyang (Southeast Asian) style. Breakfast was busy, requiring a short wait, and the dishes were more Western, but my child said the bread and pastries were delicious, and there was a good selection of juices. The lobby staff were also excellent; they proactively opened doors for guests and even gently reminded children not to run in the lobby. The only thing I think could be improved is that the mattress and pillows are a bit too soft.

Facilities: The hotel lobby and elevators all have a pleasant, high-end fragrance. The hotel's transportation is convenient with a shuttle bus service, and it's about a 15-minute ride from the airport. Cleanliness: Meets the standards for the hotel's price; it is indeed very clean. Environment: The Broadway style is noticeable as soon as you enter the hotel. StarWorld and Broadway Macau are connected, making the hotel a one-stop destination for shopping, a water park, a Ferris wheel, dining, and even a concert venue. It's perfect for families with children who want to stay and play within the hotel for a few days. Service: Housekeeping is prompt every day, and the service is very timely and enthusiastic.

People always compare Macau to Las Vegas, but let me tell you right now: Macau and the hotels on the Cotai Strip are in a league of their own. Having been to Vegas a few dozen times, I’m used to hotels feeling smoky and chaotic. This was the exact opposite. We took the free, direct Parisian shuttle bus straight from the Macau Port, and from the moment we arrived to the time we checked in, everything was incredibly smooth and organized. I can't even imagine what a seamless experience like this would cost in Vegas. To top it off, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to an Eiffel Tower view room absolutely stunning! We were already loving the service. Plus, as a fantastic perk, hotel guests get free access to the Eiffel Tower deck, which was an awesome bonus. The room was immaculate; my wife immediately noticed how spotless the all-Italian marble bathroom was. From the registration hall to the lobby, the fine paintings and decor feel ultra-premium. The main reason I picked this hotel was for the kids' pool and water slides. Vegas isn't exactly built for kids, but The Parisian makes families feel so welcome. The pool area was amazingly fun, and with lifeguards stationed everywhere, it was clear that safety is their number one priority. Another huge perk is that it's connected to the other Sands hotels like The Venetian and The Londoner. You can walk from hotel to hotel without ever stepping outside, giving you access to endless high-end luxury shops and incredible restaurants. On top of that, the hotel offers free shuttle services to all the popular tourist destinations around the city, like Senado Square, making sightseeing incredibly easy and budget-friendly. Given how amazing the experience was, you'd think it would cost an arm and a leg. But visiting in July, it was incredibly affordable roughly the same price as staying at a decent hotel off the strip in Vegas. We will definitely be coming back!

I arrived in the evening, so check-in was quick with no queues. There was a 500 deposit, which was promptly returned after check-out. I'd requested a non-smoking and quiet room, and they absolutely delivered on both. The air conditioning in the room was incredibly quiet at night, which was a blessing for someone like me with sleep issues. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel, and it's super convenient for shopping. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had great water pressure – very comfortable. The only downsides were that the shampoo and shower gel weren't great (I ended up buying my own from the supermarket), and I found the low ceilings a bit oppressive, especially with the dark carpet. However, the pillows and duvet were very comfortable. The mattress was an older spring type and quite bouncy, but it was fine sleeping alone.

First time staying at this hotel! I'd passed by it before and thought it looked nice, so I took the opportunity to experience it this time! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. There were so many food choices, and the taste was excellent! A really good experience 👍 Hope to come again next time ☺️

The hotel's location is great, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby on the ground floor. The only downside was the poor pricing on Trip.com. I had to cancel my reservation due to a change in plans, and Trip.com immediately charged me a 100 cancellation fee! When I asked the hotel front desk, they said I could check in or cancel without any issues. Soon after, I received calls from two customer service agents. The female agent was helpful and offered solutions, but the male agent was rude, saying, 'This is a fee charged by the agent; I'm helping you negotiate, understand?' It's ridiculous that a big platform like Trip.com has to defer to these 'agents'! No wonder people around me say Trip.com is going downhill and struggling. I will never use this terrible platform again.

This hotel is located in the heart of the bustling commercial district, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The trendy, artistic decor is very unique, and the guest rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with all the latest smart technology. The bedding is soft, and the bathroom amenities are top-notch. The common areas include a pool and a gym, which are really practical. My only minor complaint is that the lower floors facing the street can be a bit noisy; higher floors offer a better experience. The room was quite spacious, and there were plenty of power outlets, which was very convenient as no adapters were needed. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and helpful. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the Grand Lisboa. We took a shuttle from Grand Lisboa Palace, where we had dinner and shopped, then caught another shuttle to Grand Lisboa, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the Metropark Hotel. There are restaurants next to the hotel, and on Rua de Outubro, behind the hotel, there's a bus that goes directly to the Border Gate, making transportation very convenient. It's also a leisurely 10-15 minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. I haven't included internal photos as they are quite standard; the exterior shots provided were taken from inside the room, offering a wide, open view. The complimentary bottled water was a bit too small.
