So worth every cent. I love this hotel. The room was very nice and spacious. I appreciated that a prayer mat was provided, which is not commonly offered by other hotels. The food was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back 👍🏻

Great location with easy access to IOI City Mall and free parking for guests. The room was comfortable (though a bit small), with good water pressure and a bathroom bidet. Breakfast was acceptable. There was a minor issue with our booking, we had paid for a room with breakfast and it was confirmed at check-in, but at breakfast we were told it wasn’t included. The staff kindly allowed us to proceed while they double-checked, but it did affect our morning. Hopefully this won’t happen again, as this isn’t our first stay here.

This hotel is located just about 30 minutes from KLIA, which makes it very convenient, especially for travelers with early flights or short layovers. What really stands out is how family-oriented the place is. There are plenty of activities for kids, including a kids’ club and a splash pool, so children can stay entertained while parents relax. The staff are exceptionally friendly, especially towards kids, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. It’s clear that families are well taken care of here. The room had everything we needed for a couple of days — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel also offers a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices, so everyone can find something they like.

The hotel offers a pleasant stay with a great location near key attractions in Putrajaya. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it suitable for both business and leisure stays. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. Overall, it’s a good hotel with a calm environment, and the experience was satisfying.

Our stay at Dorsett Putrajaya was absolutely amazing! The hotel's location is unbeatable – super convenient for visiting the Pink Mosque and other major attractions, making it perfect for tourists. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially in the evening when the lake offered such a serene sight. The breakfast deserves a special mention; the variety was so extensive it was hard to choose, and everything tasted incredibly authentic. We left feeling stuffed every morning. The rooftop pool area is a hidden gem with stunning panoramic views. A swim or a photo session there instantly melts away any fatigue. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making for an overall excellent experience. While a few front desk staff members were a bit reserved, most of the team was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be booking here again on our next visit to Putrajaya!

Hotel room spacious,all area including bathroom,bed sheets are clean despite the room decor looks classic.View from balcony is nice and peaceful.Infinity swimming pool with beautiful sunset view.This hotel suitable for baby and kids too as it have kids swimming pool.But the kids playroom is small.Breakfast have many dishes and most of it are delicious.All staff are nice and friendly.Proud to see many locals works there and gave good customer services. Hotel location is strategic and near to tourist spot.

Everything about the hotel and room is good. Only the parking is the issue as the hotel as allocated in the middle of town so it shared the parking with other public users. Had to go aroung numerous time to find a parking spot. And it will only be your lick if the parking sport is near the hotel entrance, otherwise had to walk quite some distance.

Aircond ok. Cuma water heater tak berfungsi yaaa. Memang tk panas langsung. Smart tv pulak remote prblem menyebabkan tak boleh buka tv langsung. Minta tukar bateri remote kt receptionist tapi still tak berfungsi. So overall memang tak puas hati sangat sebab water heater dan smart tv tkleh guna langsung. Untuk tido semalam boleh la kot. Prefer hotel lain yang amenities dia berfungsi dengan baik. Kecewa dgn bnda ni.

great place to stay near IOL Mall. Just within walking distance about 1 KM. Hotel itself was ok and given the price, its truly was a bargain. Room is clean and well maintain. Shower room was huge for entry level room. All basic necessities was given as usual. but my room doesn't come with window but for me it's ok since i don't stay in room so much. but do noted a few issue with hotel. 1. Wifi connection was terrible. given speed was terrible and i can't do most of my work at hotel because connection was so bad. please invest on getting proper speed wifi. 2. TV channel was lagging. i do understand that given cheap 3 star hotel, management doesn't include TV channel properly such as HBO. But in this hotel, they are using free government channel (FreeView) which is free for all people, and that channel also was lagging. i can't comprehend why does government channel lagging. 3. No free parking, parking was paid and rate was RM5 per day (Max Out). Other problem with parking is it was a bit confusing because you need to identify properly where the hotel located so that you doesn't lost and park near the hotel. as parking was beneath the hotel, make sure to identify well before park or else you end up circle around. but once you familiar, its will be easy. otherwise experience wise was good. i do enjoy staying at this hotel since there were many shop that available nearby. it's easy for you to just hang out and go out. Mamak nearby that also within walking distance was so good, that i repeat going twice per day.
