it's been a lovely experience so far! The room is comfortable and well-kept, and the staff have been really pleasant. The biggest perk though has got to be how close it is to Alamanda, it's practically on the doorstep! Brilliant if you fancy popping over for a meal, a bit of shopping, or just a wander round. Dead convenient, especially if you don't have a car. Would definitely recommend it!

I love this hotel! It’s very convenient, with easy access to the mall. The best part is the lobby facilities, you can enjoy the indoor arcade, darts, and pool table, which makes the stay more fun and relaxing. However, I think the management should regularly check and maintain the machines and arcade facilities. During my visit, the pool table was missing a ball, parts of the dartboard were not responsive, and arcade machines were not working. Other than that, the overall experience was good, and I would definitely return.

We truly enjoyed our stay here for 3d2n, overall experience was great, staffs were friendly and very helpful, breakfast variety was good, room was cozy & clean. Got free mini bar & we love all the amenities provided. Only con was no bidet in all the bathroom, but somehow will definitely repeat here.

Stayed at Mercure Living Putrajaya and was genuinely impressed by the comfort and space. The unit is designed like a modern serviced apartment — clean, bright, and very thoughtfully laid out. The living area is spacious with a cosy sofa setup, a proper dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette that makes the stay feel effortless, whether for a night or a week. The wooden flooring, soft lighting and minimalist décor give the whole place a warm, homely vibe. Everything felt well-maintained and spotless. Perfect for guests who appreciate privacy, extra space, and the convenience of having hotel facilities with the comfort of home. Overall, an excellent stay — quiet, comfortable, and ideal for families, business trips, or anyone who prefers a more “residential” experience instead of a standard hotel room. Highly recommended.

Overall recommendation: book the rooms with mosque view, check cleanliness before setting up, location and food is great. Location: perfect if you need to stay around Putrajaya. Check-in/out: everyone in reception are doing their work very well. Especially, the manager is an amazing person. He is the only reason we didn’t leave the hotel after seeing the first room. CLEANLINESS: read below carefully. 1. I booked a cost-effective room. After check-in, we went the room and saw feces in toilet, dust balls at room’s corner, a piece of pasta left under table for long time and more. 2. The receptionists were trying to help us but solutions were hopeless because of the terrible housekeeping team. They were naughty young boys who stared their eyes to us every time they saw us because we complained about the cleanliness. 3. The manager is a kind, professional and smart person who convinced us to stay and inspected the cleanliness himself. 4. I saw a he housekeeping team working from morning till the evening. I felt sorry for their workload since this might be the reason of cleanliness problems. Food: Because of Ramadan, they offered sahur instead of breakfast as we preferred. It included many options with freshly cooked meals. I definitely recommend to book rooms with breakfast.

The hotel amenities are pretty average, and it's quite overpriced! The only upside is its proximity to a park, which is great for exercise and relaxation, and there are many supermarkets nearby, making shopping very convenient.

Very recommended to whom single traveler. Bilik dan koridor serta sekitar dalam hotel sangat bersih. Check in sangat mudah. Lokasi terbaik berhampiran semua kedai makan dan keperluan harian. Sekadar untuk tidur sangat berbaloi.

Honesty I don’t know why I like to stay at this hotel even if it’s cleanlinesses not that satisfy or facility is not that up to spec. Maybe because I’m driving and there are lots of parking nearby available, no matter it is street parking or open space parking. Also, it’s late check in services, counter is available for check in even I reach midnight. The bed is good. Hardness is good for me as I like to sleep on hard bed. I and my colleague check in the same hotel, for my room, water supply in the shower room is ok but my colleague’s one she told me is slow. I manage to snap some photo of its room defect which you may have a look at it. I have another colleague staying nearby whereby her hotel got provide some light refreshment like coffee but mine only provide one small bottle mineral water. I hope this hotel can upgrade its facility asap so that I can continue to be your guest.

Decent stay with a great location, but some maintenance issues. The bedsheets are quite worn out, and the shower isn’t functioning very well, which affects comfort. That said, the location is a big plus — surrounded by many eating places, and there’s even a 24-hour nasi kandar nearby where you can get really good roti prata anytime of the day. Good for short stays if location and food convenience matter more than room condition.
