Had 1 night here. The hotel room is spacious, offers android HD tv with ample of channels. Breakfast is good, with L shaped buffet arrangements. Hotels provide playroom for infants to toddlers, which is something extraordinary. Also the hotel got a cafe located at the lobby. Overall, 5 stars for me.

We were pleased to stay in Moxy. It’s super clean and the room interior is beautiful, well thought and feels fresh. It’s close to a huge shopping mall which we liked more than those in the KL city centre because it’s not overcrowded. Lots of different restaurants and cafes brings a good food selection. Awesome view from the pool in the evening, and amazing view of the golf course from the room. The overall atmosphere is playful and relaxed, so different from standard boring hotels.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit

The hotel is very close to the Pink Mosque, and we had a perfect night view from our room. The front desk manager was a really fun older gentleman; he kept shaking my hand, helping us out, and even said ”thank you” in broken Chinese, which was very heartwarming. The breakfast was also very rich and varied. For those eating breakfast, remember that food is served both indoors and outdoors. You'll find steamed dishes, Oden, and Southeast Asian cuisine all outside. Don't miss out on the delicious food! All in all, it was a great stay.

Our stay at Dorsett Putrajaya was absolutely amazing! The hotel's location is unbeatable – super convenient for visiting the Pink Mosque and other major attractions, making it perfect for tourists. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially in the evening when the lake offered such a serene sight. The breakfast deserves a special mention; the variety was so extensive it was hard to choose, and everything tasted incredibly authentic. We left feeling stuffed every morning. The rooftop pool area is a hidden gem with stunning panoramic views. A swim or a photo session there instantly melts away any fatigue. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making for an overall excellent experience. While a few front desk staff members were a bit reserved, most of the team was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be booking here again on our next visit to Putrajaya!

Hotel room spacious,all area including bathroom,bed sheets are clean despite the room decor looks classic.View from balcony is nice and peaceful.Infinity swimming pool with beautiful sunset view.This hotel suitable for baby and kids too as it have kids swimming pool.But the kids playroom is small.Breakfast have many dishes and most of it are delicious.All staff are nice and friendly.Proud to see many locals works there and gave good customer services. Hotel location is strategic and near to tourist spot.

We returned to DoubleTree Hilton Putrajaya for the second time in Dec 2025, eager to experience the water playground that was under construction during our last visit (Ramadan, March 2025). My daughters were excited to finally enjoy the water playground, arcade and kids' club again! This time, we booked a family suite but were pleasantly upgraded to a Deluxe Suite. The room featured a sofa bed that they set up into a comfortable bed for the kids, which was a great touch. The room service was impressively quick and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room wasn’t as cold as we would have liked, especially throughout the night. Despite this, we truly loved our time there and will definitely be back!

Great Location, a 24-hours mamak store is nearby, with a lot of convenience store too. Room is very clean. The lobby staff are welcoming and nice. Not many facilities that are relevant to us.

Aircond ok. Cuma water heater tak berfungsi yaaa. Memang tk panas langsung. Smart tv pulak remote prblem menyebabkan tak boleh buka tv langsung. Minta tukar bateri remote kt receptionist tapi still tak berfungsi. So overall memang tak puas hati sangat sebab water heater dan smart tv tkleh guna langsung. Untuk tido semalam boleh la kot. Prefer hotel lain yang amenities dia berfungsi dengan baik. Kecewa dgn bnda ni.

Location is great. Pillow looks dirty. Booked 2 queens,fair price for it & room was spacious. Got iron board outside. Toilet is big,no toothbrush etc given. TV good,have all local channels. Room card cannot be used,got to use key instead. Got fridge also & 4 mineral waters provided. Overall was fine for me & family,what do you expect paying cheap to get all the necessities? if you want to get all those,please stay at Le Méridien or Moxy. Understand? i just dont understand people complaining in the review… I’ll rate this place at 8/10…
